We purchased a certified used Volvo XC90 right before Christmas and we are very happy with everything! This was our first experience buying something from out of state as we live in Michigan. We knew that we would need to have a good first impression and trust the sales team at Mears since we would not be able to see or drive the vehicle in person. Paul was our sales person and he was very helpful and patient. He was never pushy and never rushed us in our decision making.All of the paperwork was mailed over night and easy to complete. When I had questions, I was always able to get an answer quickly over text, email, or phone. The car was delivered in excellent condition. We were made aware of any scratches or cosmetic issues ahead of time. We were very happy that there were no surprises. Paul even included a bottle of color matched touch up paint if we needed it :)We would definitely buy from Mears again. Honest dealership, great pricing, and excellent sales team!!!

We bought our (new to us) Subaru Ascent from Mears Mazda Volvo and could not be happier with the purchase. The sales rep was not mean or pushy, which was a major turn off when trying to buy a vehicle from other dealerships. I am so glad to have found this dealership. They were fast, efficient, and absolutely wonderful to work with. Ask for KEN and MIESHA for your financing needs! They will get it done in a hurry! And tell them Emily sent ya!

I don t even know where to start! Nikki answered the first call and she was a very professional young lady! She directed me to Ruben who was outstanding! If anyone needs a car Ruben will definitely go above and beyond. I traded in a 2014 mustang GT for a 2022 corvette. I live 2.5 hours away from them but he did everything over the phone and got me what I wanted on my trade in! Upon arrival they greeted me and knew what I was there for! Car was ready and just needed to sign a few papers. I called Friday for the car by Saturday I was driving home with it only because I lived some distance away! Ruben and Nikki thank you guys for such an easy and professional experience! Will definitely be going back soon for my wife s next vehicle! Ruben will be my dealer going forward! Also the young lady who finalizes the paper work she was amazing as well! The whole building and staff has a great atmosphere!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing from this dealership for the second time, thanks to the exceptional team of Travis, Jude, and Isaac. Travis, our salesman, dedicated ample time to assist us, going above and beyond in his service. Jude s thorough explanation of the Audi s features, including the innovative dimming lights, was particularly impressive. Isaac skillfully guided us through the financing process, helping us find a plan that suited our needs. Their approach was honest, straightforward, and refreshingly non-pushy. We are also delighted with the convenience of having our car delivered to us in Midland from Lubbock. We can confidently say we received the best deal and service here and highly recommend them.

Fantastic service at Mears. Sales manager Thomas was delightful to work with, helping provide videos, pictures and detailed info about the vehicle i was purchasing blind from another state without being able to test drive. I felt very confident in my purchase. Product Specialist, Jude Greene, was extremely helpful setting up a post purchase call to walk me through all the confusing various functions of the vehicle. He was great at answering all my questions and helping me figure everything out.Rock star team at Mears!

The people at Mears Mazda and especially Bobby and Homer were amazing. I was actually looking at Toyota's before going to Mears but once I drove the Mazda3 I fell in love. Bobby and Homer worked very hard to get me the loan I needed. Jude has incredible knowledge on vehicles and walked me through all my new features. The whole team at Mears Mazda Volvo were amazing. The Husband and I drove up to Mears from Odessa to look at a vehicle on their lot. Bobby was one of the best salesman I ve ever dealt with. No pushing, no sneaky tactics, nothing that would make me want to walk out. The Product Specialist, Jude, knew just about everything about the vehicle we purchased, went thru all the functions and answered questions. Sheridan, our finance manager, was great also. Great team all around

Jude has been a wonderful help with our new purchase on our 2021 Buick Enclave that we purchased from Mears Mazda in October of this year. He has been very responsive to any questions that we have asked, and has given my husband and I so much insight to things we did not know about our vehicle. We highly recommend Jude for any vehicle assistance when making your new purchase! His father Billy has been a wonderful help as well when we weren t sure on what family vehicle to choose. He picked out the perfect family ride for us and exceeded our expectations!

Just purchased my first new vehicle! We had a great team helping us with our experience. Our sales man Nick was friendly and responsive, finance manager Isaac helped us get a package that fit us the best, and Jude the product expert is very knowledgeable and friendly. We had such a great experience with Mears. Noah took care of us from the very beginning and was so helpful and friendly. Every single step was amazing- from finding our vehicle, applying for financing, signing papers, and driving off of the lot-every single step was a breeze. Purchased a Tesla from them, j easy promised they wouldn t repair a faulty tire but never was repaired. The day of purchase they had me waiting a bit as they were replacing the tire but finally delivered me the vehicle and stated they needed to order the tire and when it comes in they would replace the tire for me. Here we are several months later they have not resolved the issue. I have reached out several times to my sales guy and his response is always we are waiting on parts manager and never a follow up. When signing paper work I mentioned to the finance guy on the paper it stated nothing was owed and he said yes because they already replaced the tire and they never did.

Our experience with Ruben Madrigal was absolutely wonderful. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help get us the car we wanted. Was looking for a new car since my previous one was giving me issues. Saw online the Acura MDX and RDX and went the next day to test drive them. Fell in love with both cars and Alex helped me get into the RDX. It was such a great experience to get to know him and he be curious about our family as well. We closed the deal and now I get to enjoy my sweet new suv. Will be sending people I know to him again!

I bought a used Jaguar F-type from Ken 3 years ago. I did not want to have to drive to Dallas for service and Ken promised their service department was Jaguar certified and qualified. They have not let me down. It's simple to make an appointment and they are always ready at the appointment time. Their shop is clean and the techs are friendly and VERY knowledgeable!They have an incredible inventory of some amazing cars, too!Thanks to GM Cameron for running a great establishment!

I d highly recommend Mears Mazda. Especially Noah Cruz! He has the biggest most welcoming smile and a sense of humor. Noah was a call, text or email away during the entire process! He was good about selecting suvs he thought I would like and didn t have a cap on how many I could test drive! Even when I said no he was determined to get me into something that I liked! Since my purchase he still send emails to see if I m satisfied with my purchase and to see if there s anything I need! Definitely Noah for the win! Friendliest car buying experience I have ever had!!
