This is an amazing crew! We had a blow out on our RV that caused damage to our airbag and lightwiring. We were on the road for the holiday weekend .Everyone I called all but laughed at me until I reached these guys. They were honest about already being busy and trying to get their guys off to enjoy their holiday, but told me they would help if they could. They got the repairs done in record time and made it safe for us to make it home. They were absolute professionals that treated us with kindness and respect. Fair prices, great work and a friendly staff...everything you could ask for. Highly recommend.

Very direct with their work load and were able to fit me in. Maybe just a little more attention to customers while they wait like " we have coffee and water if you'd like while you wait " cookies etc.. but really overall their actual service was spot on.

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The mechanic knew what he was doing over 40 years experience. He answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips to make the new clutch last a long time. I recommend anyone that's near the Lubbock, Texas that needs work done on their truck or just about anything else you can't go wrong coming to Mcwhorter's Truck Center.

Had four new tires mounted on my service truck because of the size the must be done by hand and the guys here are top notch

First class service and very reasonable prices. Nothing is cheap on an RV! Tony Lee, Manager who is new there since April 2018 but lots of experience in the business, was very helpful on a variety of topics related to service. Can't say enough good about him or about McWhorter's. Thank you so much!!

We had DEF codes showing on our Class A motorhome while driving through Lubbock. McWhorters said they would be glad to work us in their schedule. The ran the diagnostic on the unit and said it would take some time to trace the issue. They confirmed that the 3 codes for the heater lines should be fine to continue on our trip until we were somewhere that could trace the issue. All employees were great. Price was reasonable. Would recommend them and would use them again if we were in the area.Thanks guys.

Great folks. Brought in a 30 year old motor home in need of master cylinder. They had the part right away but also needed brake lines. They built them and drove us to and from a hotel.Mike the parts manager was great. Doug and Cory run a great shop.Highly recommend them!

Doug and Arnold provided us with excellent service on our motorhome.. We brought our Class A RV in for some diagnostics and they did a great job for us, would definitely recommend this place and we will come back to them in the future if the need ever arises! Very friendly and helpful operation all around

Awesome guys! They re very helpful here. They squeezed me in on a busy day to diagnose the problem on the truck. They ordered the part, got me in the next day and had me out in a couple hours. Definitely recommend.

Traveling west in our motorhome our dash air conditioner went out. Although short handed they worked us in gave us great service. Professional, friendly and accommodating. God bless them

Greatest customer service, hands down in Lubbock Texas. I went there for a DOT inspection and just for a great customer service I will bring my truck there for all repairs. Thanks McWhorter Tire

I called and was told to bring motor Home in after lunch. When I arrived they immediately started their diagnosis of my low voltage problem. Need new alternator. $550. They immediately called for the part and when it arrived they already had the old one off and installed the new one. Because on my deisel pusher motor home access to the motor is in the rear closet it took 1 hour to remove and 1 hour to install. During the entire process, Mike the Parts Manager kept me in the loop on their progress.From the Service Manager to the mechanic to the parts manager, everyone was very courteous, very professional and understanding of my predicament with an electrical issue that was causing havoc with my coach and my wife, one dog and w cats in car with the a/c on. When you are travelling in a motorhome and you have a mechanical problem, it is a difficult situation and these guys understood that and got us back on the road in record time. If you are in Lubbock area and need maintenance on a large truck or mptorhome, McWhorters is the only place to go, you won't regret it.Phil Spence

My truck and trailer could be on fire. And and these people could have the only water for 500 miles and I d just let it burn, before they (ever) get another nickel of my business. I and a one man independent owner operator and value for my buck is a big deal. They not only sold me the wrong application tire but who the parts changers was that aligned my tractor had to have been blind..stoned.. or drunk..Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Great guys, honest and reliable. Took my 14 frieghliner in for emissions issue. Not only did they give me cost efficient options to correct the issue, they did a computer update and i havent had a problem since. Its been 2 months and i couldnt be happier. If your are broke down in lubbock, this is the place to go.

Called them at 11:30am on a Saturday and needed 8 tires replaced on a tanker trailer. Matt gave me a good deal on tires and they got me back on the road in no time, would definitely recommend!

Horrible work. After leaving our motorhome and trailer for over a month we retured to find absolute trash work that will need redone immediately . Not one thing was done right and when I have tried to contact them by phone they just put me on hold.

Took my 2006' isuzu npr to get pump nd engine timing synched. Was told it would take 4 hours or so to get done. Next thing you know they had to change a sprocket on it and subed my truck out to someone else. My pump came lose on way home and my fuel line broke on way home. I got raped for $2,100 dollars and my truck is still the same if not worse... Do not recommend these guys for any work. ...

Grease job wasnt very good at least wipe the dirt off the point not even wet or grease on the point then one of there drivers backing up to the front on my vehicle and hit me
