I would recommend McGavock to anyone I know who is in the market to purchase a vehicle! Rantrell made my experience so easy and really went above and beyond to exceed the expectations I had coming in to just inquire about purchasing a vehicle. 10 out of 10 customer service!

Nissan used to be great and reliable. Not so much anymore. If they quote you a price over the phone, get a name. They will not honor it. If Brad, the service manager tells you something, I would be very leary of it. The last two interactions has not been pleasant.

First time got a Nissan car and had a really good experience with them. Brad was the service advisor who is a very well experienced service manager. He spend enough time to explain me everything over the phone and recommended only necessary things. They are very professional and know what they are doing I must say. Not like other dealership services who would just tell you to fix things you don't need. Never had this nice experience with any other dealership services. Brad also answered to my all questions. When I went to pick up the car there was another guy who also explained to me very nicely about how I can save some labor fee as two of the recommended service would cost the same labor cost. Overall in very please with them always taking the vehicle to them.

McGavock took great care of my car and my family. Their facility is incredibly clean and inviting. They were quick and efficient in my repairs. They kept me well informed of what was going on with the car the whole time. Orlando with the service team was especially helpful. While I waited for repairs several employees stopped to ask if I needed anything or if they could help in any way. I highly recommend this business for going above and beyond in customer care.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

I have a Mitsubishi Lancer, and this is the only place in town that will service my cvt transmission. Both Nissan and Mitsubishi use the same cvt's made by Jatco. The service people are always polite and helpful.

Not sure how I feel about this service center. I took my car in yesterday morning before 7:30, when I initially booked my car in I asked how long my car needed to stay there and I was told that it would be ready the same day. Yesterday I was told that they hadn't got to my car yet, they managed to get me a car to use for the night and I was told that my car would be ready today. This morning when I phoned to follow up on my car I was told that they would try get to my car before or after lunch. I'm not going to assume why they are shrugging me off but I can say that I really am not happy with the service I have received so far.

Will never be back. Lied and said they diagnosed a problem and code came back. I dropped off my car, needing only a computer update, and even brought the notification number that it needed. Charged me over $150 to "diagnose" and update. It didn't need any diagnosis.

I needed a car. The moment i opened the door i was greeted by a friendly staff member. Told her who I was looking for. Within minutes Crystal Duncan comes in and greets me. Explained my situation. Crystal got to work and found me a car I could afford and love. Everything was professional, quick and easy with Crystal. I really appreciate her dedication, professionalism and sincerity. Thank you! They have the best customer service ever. Dale Derryberry, Cody Sullivan, Patrick Helm, Patrick Hayes, Brad Mclinc, are the go to guys to see if you ever have a problem with your car, suv, or truck. An Brent McGavic is an awesome guy to get to know. He can help get you a great deal on a Nissan or Infinity. You would be super lucky to join the McGavic family they are very loyal an super friendly. So they will not guarantee a transmission they put in for anything over 1 year 12k miles. Yet can get one at autozone and get 3 year unlimited miles. Take in mind the first one only lasted 74000 miles before it went out. Absolutely the worst company ever for cars.

I have had mixed experiences but the dealership did fix the issue on which they had go back on their word and it took quite a bit of time to but it's time to get the issue rectified.
