Woke up to a completely flat tire and of course on a day when it was snowing. I got my car over to Mavis (I get all my work done here) and they were able to get me in and out so quickly. The customer service was great, the staff is friendly, and the job is always done right the first time. I won t take my car anywhere else!!!

10 Stars! I went in for an alignment and the service man estimated accurate times of when the vehicle would be pulled into the bay and when it would be complete.Benjamin, the mechanic, noticed that my oversized tires were rubbing on the body and brought me in to see if I wanted him to alleviate the issue by removing some plastic around the fender. (This is an example of this establishment going above and beyond to take care of their customers.)I was more than happy with the results!!!Not only was my alignment exceptional, the rubbing issues were also resolved!!Thank you Mavis Tires & Brakes!-Harvey G.

Great experience with Mavis once I got to the store. Calling on the phone was kinda weird. I got the store the first time and everything was going good accept that they never called me back. Called again and got routed to a call center in FL? The guy I spoke with was cool and all, however their computer systems were not in sync. The guy on the phone told me they didn't have the tire I needed which was not what I was told from the store. When I called again and spoke to a gentleman in the store everything worked out and I now have new tires. The service was awesome! Everyone I spoke to in the store was very friendly and respectful. The price was quoted up front and that is what I paid. They were also pretty quick seeing as they seemed pretty busy as all the bays were full of cars. I would definitely go back if or rather when I need a new set of tires.

If you re looking for an honest and ethical shop ladies here it is! I am always on the go between work and kiddos. I came in last week because my brakes sounded horrible. The assistant manager quoted me a price and I walked away paying that quoted price. They were able to get me in same day and allowed my daughter s service dog in the shop. If you re looking for an ethical shop and great service check out their current discount for their brakes 158.00 per axle just can t beat it!!! Back on the road, safe and soundless.

Came in after work as I picked up a nail on my way to work, it was about to be close time but Angel at the slide location was more than willing and happy to help, super fast, reliable and great service. They were able to patch my tire and get me back on the road within the hour. Definitely will be coming for any tire or brake needs in the future.

Daniel was beyond helpful! Last minute almost closing time and he jumped in to help me with my flat. Highly recommend and highly grateful for Mavis tire and Daniel! Customer service still exists in the right places!

I came into Mavis tire with a flate on my trailer tire. I barely made it here. The supervisor and management took care of me asap. The guys in the shop are knowledgeable and fast. By far these guys get an EXCELLENT rating, the most awesome customer service. Daniel was very helpful gave us insight on tire wear and tear. We will definitely return when it s time for new tires. Flat tire was repaired.

A++ service...I am so thankful for the help and service that Angel and Alex provided me. They repaired my tire, and got me back on the road in no time at all. The job was fast, prompt, efficient, and budget friendly. Keep up the good work guys. This is the second time I have chosen to go with them and they have not failed. Again, Thank you for the help.

Just get new tires for today and at first i think not fit with my rims because is 9.5 too big for my car but they did so good and fit for my car. Love this and I'll ask my friend come here

Great service! This Mavis is our preferred choice for tires in Lubbock. Staff is fabulous and helpful. Pricing is reasonable and they don t price gouge.

Treated like a king today in your slide Rd store. Bought a set of tires here on my last visit and today Daniel rotated them for me. That man is awesome and I d hire him but can tell he loves his job and is very good at what he does. Thank you Mavis tire co. I ll be back.

These guys went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend them. I went in this morning with two flat tires. I had previously taken the same tire to another place and they couldn t find an issue with it. These guys patched both tires no problem! Their customer service was great. The wait time wasn t bad at and they actually got me out quicker then my initial wait time. I ll be back for sure.

Needed new rear brake pads and rotors and called Mavis. Frankie assured me that he would take care of me and he sure did. He went above and beyond with his customer service and attention to detail in what needed to be done. They were also $300 less than what the service department quoted me at Gene Messer VW and $100 less than Dalton s Automotive. Thank you Frankie and Mavis on Slide!

Took my tire off my truck cuz I hit a pot hole and it put a hole in my tire brought it in on Sunday dropped it off. They called me 2 hrs later said my tire was ready I come back up here to get it asked if they could put it on for me he said yea no problem I said well ill go ahead and pay for it then let your guys swap it for me he replied no it's free I was like what no way he said yea fixing flats and rotations are completely free I said awesome thanks man!!! Really friendly ppl and great fast service thanks Mavis tires and brakes!!!

I had the best experience this morning at the Slide location. Alex and Daniel, I believe, really took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I will definitely be going back for oil changes, new tires and all my future car needs. Exceptional customer service from scheduling online, to exiting the building. I felt cared for as a customer! I definitely recommend this place to all!

I just called to set an appointment to get a new set of tires. I spoke with Daniel, and he was so wonderful to me. He gave me a fair price and got my appointment set quickly. I explained to Daniel that I'm a double-amputee and had to make sure the facility was accessible for me. I can't stress enough how kind he was to me and what great customer service he gave me. I can't wait to get my new tires put on and post another glowing review!

I was having an issue with my brakes not working correctly. They looked at them and flushed the ABS system and said it was fixed. 1) they had no idea what they were doing and charged me for their lack of knowledge. 2) it didnt fix the problem at all and it happened again shortly after leavimg and last this is what they put all over my running boards and interior of my truck. Zero stars wasnt an option but these guys are horrible. Brake fluid on both sides of my truck. Stick to tires and stay away from brake systems before someone gets hurt.

Angel and the entire team at Mavis on Slide are amazing! They took care of my flat tire and got me on my way quickly!!! I could not recommend them enough. They didn t know that I am going out of town by myself this weekend and looked over my car thoroughly giving me such peace of mind! 1000% recommend!!!!

I was traveling from Houston to Denver and collected a flat tire along the way. Knowing I needed to get back on-the-road as quickly as possible, they were able to patch my tire. But not before needing to strip two lug nuts and replace the wheel studs (some Good Samaritans had helped me with the flat and spare, but re-attached the lug nuts wrong). I was in-and-out in about 2 hours. I wish I lived locally so I could take my car back to them for all my service needs. Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very nice workers and was so helpful with everything! Quick too! I went in to get my brake pads done. My door was broken and my undercarriage was hanging off and just to be nice, they also fixed those two for me even though thats not what they do. I was so thankful and still am and couldn't believe it! I will be going back!

I had an emergency flat tire on a Sunday and I was able to get in and out quick and no charge! I love their hours, especially being open on Sundays and everyone there was helpful and nice! Will go again!
