Came in on a Sunday in a bind to get mower tires taken care and they not only said yes, they went above and beyond to make sure it was all done right. I highly recommend this tire shop! There's construction in the area, but if I can get around it, so can you.

Started for home and realized someone had slashed my son s tire. Google search brought us here. Super service!!! Very helpful. Had us back on the road in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

Took my Sonic for second opinion about alignment and Mike and his team took the time to inspect my car before just doing the job. Come to find out needed bit more work which i figured it needed. Just grateful they saved me some time and money. THANK YOU MIKE!!!

I highly recommend this Mavis location. We came here because the tire place we usually go to was closed, however, we will continue to return to this location because of the service we received! The customer service was excellent--the staff that we interacted with were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and generous.

pretty good place areas a lil sketchy but they fixed my tire and took a look when i made a complaint (they got me in right away) so GREAT customer service ill be back. Do be aware there's a LOT of construction around

These guys were great! Very professional, friendly and fast. My tire pressure light was on and I couldn t get it to fill up at the gas station and these guys did a thorough check of all my tires and the systems for me to get me back on the road.

Mikey was so professional and helpful. He got me in fast and was even able to help me out when I was in a bind and got me an affordable brand new tire. I highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back for any future needs!!

Firstly, I can t be more grateful that they are open into the evening like this! I had a nail in my tire wall and knew it wasn t going to make it I needed to find a shop asap. Not only were they the closest to me, they are also open while the other shops are closed. They were friendly to me when I entered and explained what was going on with compassion. Service was quick (I was also the only one here lol), and I feel confident in their work. Definitely considering returning when the time comes for new tires.

Great Service in an Emergency! I had a blow out in my rental vehicle on the way out of town, and when I came rolling into Mavis on the donut tire, they prioritized my need and got me back on the road within the hour. Great job! I did not even have to pay for the cost out of pocket; they are settling it with the rental company. Thanks for making a good experience out of a bad circumstance!

I would ve given a 0 if I could! I barely ever give bad reviews but this horrible experience deserves it. Went there with a nailed in my NEW tire! I asked for them to patch it if they can but if not use my spare tire. They took off the tire said they can t patch it and can t use my spare either; asked them to place the tire back on as I KNEW IT HAS HAD A NAIL IN IT FOR LIKE 2 minutes! They said they can t and the only way is for me to buy a new tire from them which cost me a fortune. Took the tire elsewhere afterwards and they patched it right up for me!

I needed a tire patched on a Sunday since Pep Boys decided to close an hour and a half early the day before and Mavis is one of the only tire shops open in Lubbock on Sundays. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by someone who took care of everything. I was in and out in under ten minutes, and was not the only customer either! Mavis is excellent, and I'll definitely be back.

Very efficient and reasonably priced! I recently got a full set of tires but I have used them a few times before with other vehicles and they have always done an amazing job. I recommend them to anyone in need of some mechanical needs/tires.

The service these guys provided was nothing short of incredible! I came in with a flat and they did an outstanding job not only fixing it but also just being genuinely nice, understanding, and caring in every aspect, helping in every way possible to accommodate my needs. My tire popped on the side of the road and this was place was the closest I could get to. They took care of me and my husband, they were amazing and only took 30 mins. This place is absolutely amazing and I m glad I came here to get a new tire. Will definitely recommend this place

These guys are the best! We came in to get brakes on my husbands F250. Very professional & knowledgeable. Most important I didn t feel as though they were trying to take advantage of us.All of the staff was very friendly and they had complimentary donuts to fill you up while you wait (My favorite part) They were so helpful that we decided to speak to them about my 2019 Dodge Durango R/t. I needed new tires but not sure what would be best. Gabriel Garcez helped us and went the extra mile to assist us in price matching a tire for the biggest bang for our buck! 10/10 recommend. Honestly, we would choose them over Discount Tire. We will definitely be bring our business back here!

After an important meeting downtown, I was hurrying to another meeting in my exotic rental when I noticed a rear tire was quickly losing air. I noticed a Mavis, conveniently located on 19th and Texas Ave. I quickly pulled in and explained my situation and the gentleman at the counter was attentive, kind, and courteous. In just a few short minutes he and his team had me out of there and on time for my next meeting. I highly recommend this Mavis Tire and will definitely be back for any of my tire needs. Good people. I am so happy Mavis was recommended to me. This place is my new go to for brakes and tires. Mr. Calvin Harris and his staff are so friendly and professional, and I really appreciate the communication and understanding my need to have it fixed quickly. I'll never go to another "Discount" establishment. Mavis prices are great too. Total package should be in their name.

I am forever blessed that they were open on Sunday and able to fix my tire to get me back on the road! The two men that helped me made me feel comfortable and safe, and I knew my little family was gonna get taken care of! The overall process didn t even take 30 minutes!!This was such a convenient tire shop, and I really am grateful !From Fort Cavazos/Killeen Tx -keep up the great work!!
