Mitch runs the best auto shop I ve ever found. He is honest, kind, and knowledgeable. I m thankful to have him in my corner. He has taken care of my car, and me kids cars as well.

My daughter Madison had gone to see Mitch for a 2nd opinion on a shop that said she needed 2 struts replaced. Mitch took the time to check this for my daughter, Being 5hrs away it warms my heart that Mitch took care of her honestly.

As long as I have a choice, I won't go anywhere else. I trust Mitch and his crew with the safety of my kids, my wife and me. If the work's not in his wheelhouse, he knows where to send you. There is nothing better than having a mechanic you trust, and Mitch is that guy for me.

Very helpful! I needed help diagnosing a strange sound coming from my front suspension. Even though they were all booked for the day they still managed to squeeze me in since I was traveling from out of town. They drove the car, figured out the issue (sway bar) and let me know it was not a safety issue so that I could travel with peace of mind. Best of all they didn t charge me a dime despite my offers to pay them for their time. I am highly recommended these nice folks.Service: Auto maintenance

It is the best auto shop I have ever dealt with in my 76-plus years on earth. Excellent work with better than expected pricing and work completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them.

My Daughter was traveling from Texas to Washington state when she hit a huge pothole, that damaged her vehicle. We called several shops in the area and got the same old,sorry we cant help we are to busy. Then we called M&M and explained our situation to Mitch. He was a gift from God. His response to me was have her bring it down and we can at least see what is wrong with it and if we can't fix it we will help her find someone who can. They took the time to help someone in their time of need and got her back on her long trip home. These are great people and this Dad appreciates them very much. Mitch and his crew done a great job I had front suspension work and a heater core and actuators replaced, had an issue with fan blowers not blowing Mitch said bring it back, I was expecting to pay more money Mitch said no charges, He guarantees his work and backs his work and guarantees 100%, I highly recommend this business for all your car repairsService: Steering & suspension repair

Went here on a recommendation from a friend and I'm glad i did. These guys will do right by you and make sure to suggest the right thing, not necessarily the thing that will make them the most money at that time. Why? Because that's how you get customers for life. I will be one of them. Also, it's a very peaceful place for being a mechanic shop!

I come here all the time to have my car service, and have been that way for a couple years now. Brought my car by at 9am to have the strut replace on the passenger side and was called to pick up the same day at 3pm! And it didnt cost me an arm and a leg.These guys are great and very customer friendly .

The best place to go for 95% of your vehicle repair needs with the exception of the jobs that he doesn't do. Personally I purchased tires from here a few months ago and just recently had my A/C fixed. I've known people who've had engine work done here as well. If you're looking for a place that is big on honesty and integrity more so than about your money,this is the place to go. Mitch is the owner and a great all around guy. He's always been honest as to what was wrong with the vehicle and not tried to tack on things that didn't really need repairing at that immediate moment like a lot of places do. If it's not a must that something needs to be done right then and there, he will let you know what's wrong and inform you of that fact. He's always very busy but not too busy to get you worked in. I suggest M&M Tire & Service Center for your future needs, and I can confidently say that with 100% certainty. Thank you, Mitch, for always being there!

This place is awesome. A pretty decent sized operation, it seems to run really smoothly and quickly. Mitch, the owner, has answered the phone every time I've called. He is super nice, a clear communicator, and delivers news honestly. The rest of the staff we've talked with are also just really professional. We got there in the morning and all of them had their uniforms clean and pressed! I had contacted several different mechanics about our car's a/c issue and they either had incredibly high charges for just diagnosing the problem, or gave me quotes over the phone without seeing the vehicle. This is the place to take your vehicle!

Last week I ran over a curb in my little car (and she still runs miraculously), but it was clear that I needed a front end alignment. I called M&M Service Center, I was easily able to schedule an appointment with them, and they did the job right and for the right price in just a few hours. I have 200K miles on my little car. I would like to keep her around for at least that many more. I will be needing to get work done on the shocks and struts soon. I will be taking my car to M&M Service Center for that and most other work I don t do myself. You should too.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Mitch is amazing and was super helpful and very honest. My alternator belt and water pump had been replaced this past August and it turned out that I had to get them replaced again. Mitch informed me that it should still be under warranty and even called the other mechanic that had fixed my car prior to get them to send over all the information he needed. As a college student who does not know about cars at all, I would definitely recommend this place. Mitch helped me with my situation to get me the best price and did not take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I wish there was more than 5 stars!!

Had to have my car towed in to m&m after another mechanic did a bad timing job. It went in on a Friday and within a couple hours Mitch was able to diagnose and confirm the problem with me and started the repairs then. Car was done by Monday but I wasn't able to pick it up until Friday since I was out of town and they made no fuss about that. Picked it up and it drove perfectly to Amarillo the same day. Sounds better than it has in a long time. Will definitely be using them for my automotive needs in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Call first. Takes a while to get your vehicle in, but Mitch's communication is trustworthy. His diagnosis, his price and his time are all right on. Your vehicle will be in good hands.

Mitch is the nicest man. This place is the best! Our daughter is at Tech and we trust her safety while traveling as he always checks her air oil etc before she travels. If you ever need a good car repair or tire place this is a top-notch establishment. Mitch is the most kind, thorough, and competent person; he goes above and beyond to the make sure that things are done right and at a very reasonable price. Anytime I need something repaired on my car I know that it will be done correctly. I've been coming here for at least 20 years.

My daughter, who is a student at Texas Tech, had a problem with her steering on her Nissan and we needed to find a good mechanic. I looked on Google and saw great reviews for M & M Tire & Service Center so I gave them a try. Not only was Mitch an honest, trustworthy and bright individual...he gave me the proper advice on how to deal with the issue. Mitch was awesome! If we have any vehicle problems in Lubbock, TX in the future, I will be going to Mitch to sort them out.

The last 40 miles rolling into Lubbock our truck was bouncing & Stabilitrac was initializing. I called M & M and Mitch was able to get us in to his shop the very next morning. Within 15 minutes of my arrival that morning, Mitch had diagnosed the problem and had the solution. We are on a very long journey back home to Oregon, and Mitch was a life saver. He proved to be kind, professional & extremely ethical. He even called me a couple hours later to verify that the problem was resolved. Mitch put our safety & security above his own economic interests. It is such reassurance to know that integrity & kindness are still values honored by some. Mitch is definitely one who does. I recommend him with the highest possible regard.
