Lube Pro is the only place in Lubbock to get your oil changed! I ve been coming here for years, and every experience is 10/10. Everyone here is extremely friendly, and make the whole process quick and easy!

Fast, Easy, and Professional. Been going here for my Texas vehicle inspections for a while now and have yet to have any problems. The employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. Overall,I would recommend this location for all your Texas required inspections. They also offer oil changes..

Lube Pro has always been on top of their game. Every visit is met with friendly faces and great service. I'm super happy I found these people. They're always very friendly and thorough. The most recent time I went, they first verified that I still wanted to most expensive oil, making sure I knew they have a comparable oil for $20 cheaper. Then, my truck just passed 100,000 miles, so they did extra checks. They then told me that several fluids and oils are typically changed at 100,000 miles, but all of mine looked great. If I wanted to change them though, they can do it.Overall great place!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. They showed me my air filter and asked if I wanted a new one. I said "yes". A few weeks later I noticed I was getting terrible gas mileage when I filled up (my vehicle is old and doesn't have a mpg display). I googled why that might be. The result was mass air flow sensor. It turns out the tech didn't clamp the air intake hose onto the air filter box so there was a big gap. I fixed that but the problem is they also showed me the condition of other fluids trying to sell me those and who knows what else they may have left loose or unscrewed. One of the main reasons people get service at these "pro" places is for piece of mind, feeling your vehicle was serviced correctly to keep it reliable and safe. Can't get that at this place.Service: Oil change

I went here to get my oil changed and they suggested to replace my fuel filter. After their services I have had a tremendous increase in better gas mileage. Thanks guys! Best place in town for oil change and inspection renewal. The line gets long at times but I'm sure it's because many people are very satisfied with their work. Great work and great customer service

Super quick and friendly service!Took my car for state inspection about 30 minutes before they closed. Usually, some employees might be angry and slightly hostile, but not here! Extremely friendly, efficient, good prices and quick good service.Highly recommend.

Every employee in the place said hi to me today. They were really sweet to my dog & even gave her a treat. Their service is superb. Discussed upcoming camping trip with manager and he had the air in my tires adjusted for the trip. Above & beyond!

These guys do an outstanding job. I go here a lot! I ve never left out of there with my dipstick not put back or my hood not completely latched, like some other places I ve gone. Some of the reviews complain that they up sell, but they ve only tried to up sell stuff I need. If my air filter isn t that bad, they show it to me and tell me, It can go until next time. If I ve ever turned down a service they ve offered, I don t get the impression that they re offended. I think they re hard-working guys who care about what they do. This is the best place in town to get an oil change, by far.

They were very fast and knowledgeable! My father never taught me anything about cars and they told me what I needed to know and what needed to be done to my car in order for it to be ready for my trip. Very great guys and great price too!

This is by far the most professional oil change tech shop in Lubbock. Clean, neat and well organized describes the business. They are very knowledgeable about their products. They asked me how I drove and a few more question to help decide the best option for the type of oil I needed. They always have a little freebie to kick in, ways a top shelf item like a fuel system cleaner etc...

I just went there the other day for an oil change and inspection. The guys were all very nice, and it only took about 10 minutes. They were also able to fix an issue with one of the lightbulbs in my headlamp that Gene Messer Hyundai took 4 hours to misdiagnose and then told me they have to replace the whole headlamp. I ll continue to visit for my oil changes and inspections.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Best local shop in town. I got my inspection and oil change there and wait was minimum but service was maximum. We take all our vehicles here, ex. Ramcharger, Dodge 1500, Jeep Cherokee, and the Nissan Frontier. Only people I trust with my older and newer vehicles when I don't have the time to do it myself. Great customer service skills.

Best place EVER! These guy really know what they're doing, they always take care of you, give you suggestions and do the best to their ability to have you leaving with a smile on your face. The only place I've gone to get my oil replaced for the last 4 years and I'm not going anywhere else!

My first time using Lube Pro. It was fast & still got that treatment of checking filters to what type of oil do I want. Keep up the good work guys. Have used Bolton's for years but when it went to Take 5 wasn't impressed then went to Jiffy Lube okay there. So now I decided to give this place a try.

I don't like to complain but today was a little uncalled for. After they drained my oil they discovered they didn't have the recommended oil filter in stock. They informed me of the situation and said someone had to drive to Gene Messer Kia to get one. After waiting over 45 minutes in the bay and over an hour altogether they told me my total was $52.95 instead of $42.95. I asked them what they were charging me extra for. They said it was for driving across town. It was not my fault they didn't have the part in stock and proceeded without checking first. Nor did they inform me it would be extra to go get it. I did not mind paying the regular price, but they should've offered some sort of discount; especially being a repeat customer. Not to mention they got oil on my hood and didn't even bother to clean it off. My car only has 3800 miles and planned to do all my oil changes there until this happened. Then the person who gave me my receipt told me the part # was on there and said I would be better off to bring my own oil filter next time. I wouldn't give this company anymore business. P.S. They knocked the $10 charge off after I complained, but it should not have come to that.

We have been getting our oil changes and inspections done here for a few years now. The employees are professional, knowledgeable, and quick. No pushy sales, no waiting for hours, no inflated pricing. All that on its own made me a repeat customer. Today, the guys accidentally snapped off the handle of my car's dipstick (little plastic piece that was bound to break eventually). Jerod immediately promised to make it right. I swung around the corner, picked up a new part, returned to the shop, and had my reimbursement in hand minutes later. Thanks for the honest service, you guys are great!

Friendly staff, sufficient time, and a great service. I live about an hour away and this is the only place I come to get my oil change and inspection!! Fair prices as well!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Great place to service your vehicle. Very well trained, well mannered crew that has serviced more than 200 of my vehicles . Knowing how to service all types of vehicles and do it right.The only place to go in Lubbock to get the proper care.

We love coming here because the service is great and each time they are super professional and nice. AND they do military discount and don't push you to buy extra. They warned us about our tires being way worn out on the inside and we never would have known because the tread was fine. Thanks guys!
