Engine was supposed to be delivered to my shop days ago, operator Says she doesn't know whats going on, and said she couldn't assist me. They obviously need to organize their delivery. Waiting like this is costing me and my company $$. Very unprofessional..

We have used Keystone on multiple occasions and have always had a great experience. Yes you can tell they are understaffed for the amount of work they do but they have always handled business superbly.

We returned 2 small/inexpensive parts to their driver at which time, he signed our return document admitting that he picked the parts up. When we called, 2 weeks later to get a copy of the credit memo, we were met with frustration/anger and "We can't give you credit for that". Tricia Young was very unpleasant to deal with and her manager Patrick Carruth was even worse. I asked to talk to his boss and he told me that he was the top of the food chain at that location. He also told me that he more important things to worry about than my $27 credit.Long story short, Patrick and Tricia will keep me from buying parts from Keystone if I can avoid it. I have had several return issues with Keystone and I have never had one with National out of Albuquerque, NM. They actually bring the credit memo when they pick the part up.

Get those folks Some help . you guys have the parts .. You got paint and materials and even equipment . MAKE A PRESENCE IN LUBBOCK ! You haveGreat people jumping through hoops .. They cant keep this pace . your going to burn them out.. .. My oppinion .. But THEY NEED HELP. !!!

3rd time I have ordered parts in the last 3 weeks never get here always excuses why it s not here blaming everyone else very cool concept but they have no idea how to do it right very undependable:(
