Wow, Great guys there. I had a very pleasant experience with all the guys at Jones Tires. They got me what I needed and out the door pretty quickly. They knew exactly what they were doing and they do it well.

THEY LEAVE BEFORE CLOSING...EVERY. SINGLE. FKN. TIME!THIS IS THE 4TH TIME IN A MONTH THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED. GOOGLE AND SIGNAGE SAYS CLOSES AT 5:30PM. WOULD DO ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. CALLED BEFORE 5 TO TRY TO AVOID THIS AS WELL. ANYONE WITH A JOB THAT GETS OUTTA WORK AT 5 DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME AND GAS LIKE I HAVE.CHANGE THE SIGN AND GOOGLE INFO IF YOU CLOSE BEFORE THE LISTED TIMES. IT ISNT HARD.

Hole in the wall joint that I bought four good used tires for a great price. Got me pulled in, tires put on out the door in 45 mins. Do recommend!

Awesome store. Amazing prices on flats and used <Pull off > tires. Had a blowout and just needed a basic replacement spare they had me fixed up and driving away in under 15 minutes and about 30$ vs over 100 for a brand new one... It was a good tire nice amount of tread very fair tire in a bind especially so far away from payday for an unexpected expense. Truly a life saver got me Back on the road safely

This place is fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. That's a weird thing to say about a tire place, but it's true. They're very kind and reasonable and they really enjoy their jobs. You can tell by the way they interact with each other and their customers. I will definitely be back.

I am a long time customer of Jones Tire. Today I went to the shop to have check if one of the tires could be repaired. He quickly checked and found out that it was to be replaced and did it quickly and as usual told me to come back if needed any service. I know that he stands by his service and work.

I've been coming to this place for over 25 years. And I always get the same professional and courteous service. They go out of their way to find the exact tire you need for your vehicle. I highly recommend this location

Always gets too my car fast. Prices are reasonable on flats and tires. I always take my flats there. I don't the owner but I do feel he is good honest business man.

These guys are one of the last few locally owned businesses. Big corporations are ruining capitalism. Thanks to business like Jones tire we will as a human race see past cultural differences and be human. Thanks for the professional service.

Super friendly crew found me a great used tire and got me back on the road in no time! A hard-working team that stays busy about the business of quality tire care/replacement. I will definitely be back for all of my future tire needs!

Extremely nice honest people. In & out (even while busy). Got a complete set of practically brand new tires for a total of $180 & that already included labor and tire disposal. $180 TOTAL!!! Highly recommend this place for tires. I checked everywhere in Lubbock and it would've cost me an arm and a leg for tires. This place was cheaper by at least $100+.

They have the best prices in town I found. Everyone is Friendly and get you taken care of pretty quick. I've been going to these guys for years for any used tires or repairs. They also sell new tires.

Great experience! Always find used tires for great price, fast and friendly service! I've been going there for 6 years now for all my tire needs and flats, and I dont even have to get out of my car!

I went to this tire shop to get a tire fixed. They supposedly fixed it. The next morning I get up and that same tire is still going flat. I take my vehicle back to them and they "fix" it again and charge me again. I took truck back again because now this time my valve stem is leaking. They replace it and still tire continues to go flat. Finally got tired of messing with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Paid $80 for two tires was told I could get used tires for $30 or great tires for $40 each I asked for the $40 tires..they had friendly service for the most part, but after I left there my tire pressure light came on..thought it was just a glitch seeing as how I just got my tires fixed..went to work and got off to a flat tire, took it back and they told me it was just the valve stem that made my tire go flat, they claimed to fix it and now I am still stuck and the same tire is still flat right now a week later so basically I waisted $40 out of it all still ended up with a effed up tire and can't get any service unless I pay for a whole other tire..I feel like I've already paid for what y'all claim to be a great tire and it's gone flat within the two weeks of purchasing it at least three times now..this is ridiculous that u try to upsell a product that u won't even fix if it's defective without charging $40 all over again...

They always know how to take care of there customers....sorry to say but they are cheaper than any other tire place...and fast.

I've been going to Jones Tires since I moved to Lubbock in "09" and I was going through a lot of tires over a 2 year period.The guys there have always been friendly, helpful, quick, and the prices are reasonable. They try to carry the obsolete size tire I need and if they Dont have it when I need asap, they will recommend someone else. Good group of guys, good service.

I had a very bad experience with them or at least the red headed guy that pretend to help me. He was very shovonistic and rude. He looked at me and looked at my tire and said I need a new tire without checking it first and said it would be $30. I asked if they accepted debit cards and he said no that there was an atm up the street "stripes", which was okay but when I came back and parked in the same spot I was in before I had to go to the atm ,he pointed at me and said "Hey You Move Over Here". The proper way to greet a customer is ma'am or Sir. Not hey you!!! Once I moved to the spot he took my tire off and left me sitting there for awhile. He took my money and I had to tell him I needed a receipt. He also said that the $30 tire was a good tire. I sat there for about 5 minutes while he was helping other customers get in and out that came after me. He was talking to other workers ignoring me until one of his other coworkers a little old man finally put it on there. Then he the red headed man maybe his name was cj not sure really but he asked me if I wanted them to keep my tire for another $5, and I said no thanks so he put it in my back seat and let down the Jack and said I was good to go. I made it down the street and noticed a hissing sound when I pulled over to check my tire only to find out that the tire they just put on was going flat!!! So I called them and they said to bring it back and they would fix it. I was very frustrated already from dealing with the rudeness. When I got there a different man came and he apologized for his coworker's mistake. The red headed guy just came out and looked at me with disgust instead of apologizing . Then I had to wait another 10 minutes or so just for them to find the right size tire, while I was waiting another customer came and they took his tire off and checked it and said he needed another tire would $25 be okay. Let me just say I was appalled and aggravated and told them I felt they were trying to take advantage of me because I was a woman!! They told the man $25, and they told me $30... If it was his job to make sure I wouldn't return it worked. Learn how to treat your customers right REGARDLESS of race or gender!!!

Don't let them steal your money go to Chris Tiers on 34th and Knoxville beter and great prizes and they don't steal your money like this old man he stole our money and didn't fix the issue just pretended to and stole our money do ur save a favor and go to CHRIS TIERS ON 34TH AND KNOXVILLE

I got there before closing, being as I called before hand to see if they had the right tire and see when they closed. But they had already shut their machines down so they wouldn't change my tire which was completely trashed. Leaving me to drive on it to go hunt down another tire when I had already driven across town. It's sad when I made sure I was there prior to closing. I had left work early to make it there on time. Even when I drove off and their workers could hear the tread loudly hitting my fender they didn't bother to offer to help, no they stared. Such wonderful customer service.

So far quick and simple service. Tires look good. Couldnt get the 5 star for 1 reasons. Does not except cards and does not give receipts. Change one of those and you can have the 5 stars

Dude literally took our money and said ge took out both nails from my tire... I go to the gas station and check an lo and behold the same nails in my tire yoll better watch out for this dude

I had my car towed here with the tiers flat and couldn't get them until the next day they let me keep my car there and when I got the tiers my car had other unknown damage and they let me keep my car there another day there great people and good service and their prices can't be beatThank you, Jones Tire

Onwer was a man of integrity who quoted me a price over the phone and honored it when another sales person said he couldn't. Service was fast and the workers were knowledgeable. Thank you Jones Tire

The hours posted are not their actually hours apparently just came to get an emergency tire because it said they close at 5:30 pull up at 4:30 and they are closed, screwing people over once again
