The customer service here is amazing. They are always respectful and will take care of you. This is the second time I come here and they always out do themselves every time. I would highly recommend coming here.

When I took my truck there for repairs from my insurance, Isaac was the first gentleman I spoke to. He looked at the truck inspected. It did the first initial estimate and said he would be able to take care of it cleanly quickly, and efficiently, Jay Brothers took care of me with through my insurance got them all updated. There was never any questions never problems. He took care of my truck, I m so happy with the job he did and I ve already been back to him on two or three other things on my other cars and not once have. I been disappointed they do a good job.

Well, I don't recommend taking your vehicles here to get worked on. I spent over $20,000 to get my truck repaired, and they did not do a good job. Fender not lining up to the hood and door and poping out. The paint is smeared on my bed. The emblem on the fender is coming off. You can see on one of the pictures that they didn't paint one spot. The bed has stuff in the paint. I called them many times and they didn't answer my phone calls. All they wanted was the money and after that. They will drop you. If I could give no stars, that would be even better. Hopefully, you guys don't get scammed by these people.

I would not recommend this place. My wife and I had our KIA Soul worked on here for hail damage. The car was picked up April 3rd and the person picking it up gave me the time frame of a week or two and i would be updated periodically in case there is a change or need to wait on parts. After 2 weeks of not hearing an update. Not that i was upset but just wanting to know something. I called the phone number I was given but never got an answer so I decided to try the number on google which I did get someone to answer but they couldn't tell me anything and the "Boss" was not available so i just asked that someone give me a call back. Days went by and no one ever called back and i could never get ahold of anyone. Finally a few days later an owner reach out to me and all he told me was it would be finished by the end of the day just need to put the doors back on. At this point I am just frustrated because I felt like I was just being given the run around and I just wanted some honesty. If you'll were behind just tell me that. So a few days went by and again I tried calling again because the owner I talked to said the doors would be put back on by the end of the day and will be ready, this time someone else finally answered and apparently it was just someone that worked in the shop and couldn't help me. A couple more weeks go by and now we are a few days into May and now i get a message stating that the car would be delivered soon after some paperwork was straightened out with the insurance. The car finally gets returned to my wife. The car was supposed to be returned fueled and detailed. When my wife got to inspecting it the passenger door would not open and the key fob would not unlock it. The front seats were stained horribly. The rear passenger door window would not come down and the front passenger window also didn't work. The rear hatch will only open if you hold down the button on the key fob and manually open it. The interior was not detailed at all. The passenger side speakers also did not work. Turns out the wiring harnesses were not correctly reconnected and damaged. On the exterior the plastic trim along the windshield wasn't put back on right and rattles on the windshield while driving. The windows were scratched, the doors were not aligning. Then when I try calling them of course nobody answers my calls again. A few days later I got reached out to by David who is the only one that tried to make things right. After a while Mr David came by my house personally to give me a check from the company but it was only for $50 which was not even close enough for all I had to get fixed. The owner could have reached out and tried to correct things but never did even though I would call his personal cell or what I believe was because I was given that number from one of his employees. Overall this company is not worth wasting your time with. There are other companies out there that will be more honest with you and value you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am absolutely impressed with how great of a job Jbrothers LLC did on my car I got it back in a timely manner and I was kept informed of all the details they even fixed details I didn t notice I recommend 10/10

Paid in full to have a cargo van fixed after a collision. I was given the run around for 6 months after being told it would only take two weeks to be fully repaired.9 months later the AC doesn t work, leaking coolant, broken wind shield and a terrible paint job. The interior of the van is unbelievable dirty. They took and left the door off outdoors for months and didn t even bother to wipe off the dash.I ve know the owner for years and this and the other reviews shows the integrity and quality coming out of this shop is non existent. Excellent hail damage repair with PDR (paintless dent repair) for my vehicle. This company has conducted themselves in the most professional level I have every seen. Very disappointed with this company they do not communicate with you at all I've been calling them for the last 2 weeks cause 4 weeks ago they called me and texted that they were bringing my girlfriend's car which is Guadalupe car and still no answer they had her car 3 months and the loaner they gave us the car is making weird noises so I would never recommend anybody to this place...
