I have set up uhaul truck rentals through this shop a couple of times before. The first time I went in the owner barely made eye contact with me and took forever to even get to me when there was only one other person in the shop. The 2nd time I went in I asked my boyfriend to go in with me because I had a feeling service would be speedier and less uncomfortable (sad to even feel that way!). The owner pretty much just addressed my boyfriend unless he had to address me and gave the keys to my boyfriend even though I was the one standing at the counter. The only reason I booked here for a 3rd time is because I like that it is so convenient to where we live and I love that it's a small business regardless of how the owner acted. I figured maybe he was having a bad day or I possibly was overreacting. BUT the 3rd time and FINAL time I booked via uhaul.com like I had every other time. I booked about 5-7 days prior to us needing the truck, I got a confirmation for our reservation, we showed up to pick up the truck 6 mins after our 930am reservation to find a paper sign on the door that stated "Closed, Back Monday". I received a text via uhaul that they were sorry they wouldn't be able to accommodate my request for the day- and HOUR after we left the shop. VERY unprofessional. You can't overlook horrible customer service after giving 3 opportunities for improvement.

Took my SBC distributor in for a rebuild. Got it back, put in in the motor, timed it, took it for a drive. ( 68 Corvette ). Ran really bad, backfiring etc. Took of the cap and rotor..and...NO SPRINGS!! I guess he just forgot to install any.

The store itself and the products and pricing were good. The customer service was lackluster at best.
