I was genuinely pleased with my visit to this car inspection center. The speed of the service was a delightful surprise, wrapping up in under five minutes! The staff member was not only knowledgeable but also had a warm way of explaining everything. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a friendly and efficient experience!

This was my second time returning to this location because of the customer service provided. The first time was good but this time with Brady Dryer was by far the best from any car service place I had been to. He educated me on my vehicle, something no one has ever done and I've been to many shops . He also gave advice as where you can get your registration at and what to take. He was so sweet, he clearly showed he was blessed and looked forward to being at work, he had such a positive attitude and charisma to him and provided the best customer service you can possibly imagine. Definitely set the standard high for expectations of a vehicle servicing place. I sure do hope you're recognized at your location Brady, and keep up the great service!

These people are awesome. They get you taken care of so quickly that I don't recommend that you go anywhere else. I know I won't. The drive through style is . I had two cars in front of me and I still got out of there in less than 10 minutes. Quick and convenient as can be!

Good service I can't take that away from them I got my vehicle inspected and I had a blinker out they took care of it for me I haven't change my oil there yet but I'm thinking about it to do it this month coming

Quick and easy inspection. Friendly attendant. Windshield wipers were falling apart. Offered to change. Super reasonable and reliable.

DO NOT get your inspection here if you are in a bind. They failed me for a film of tint on my taillights that isn t noticeable and the 10 years I ve had this car I didn t even know it had. The tech started to peel it away making it look ugly and failed me for it but still charged me for the inspection.I ve been failed in the past at other establishments for actual violations like tire tread and headlight being out, but not one of them ever reported the fail or charger me cause they actually have good customer service unlike what I experienced here. I will never comeback nor recommend this place.

I was almost too stupid to figure out how to get in the building, but, fortunately, I made it. Employees are always so efficient and helpful. I used to drive around town trying to find a place that was not lined up with customers. Now I have a dependable go-to. Yay!!!

I went on a Saturday morning to get an oil change. IX was busy but not slammed. The guys were respectful, pleasant, and direct. One of the guys showed me that the filter was dirty, but IX didn t have it in stock. He recommended that I get a new one and originally stated that it was free of charge. However he checked with a coworker, and he corrected himself stating they could install it for $5. Also, they offered to check my cabin filter, but I declined. So they moved on to the next thing.I m happy with their service, so I am recommending them to others and will continue to go there. :)

The location is closed. The signs have been removed. The have another location, but this should have been identified by now on Google.

The wait was crazy but it was great to see everyone understand it wasn't the employees' fault!The guys here know what they're doing and it's worth the wait for quality work!

I'm in line right now, going on 15 minutes. No movement in the garage. I got out to check and was told they're on break right now (all three employees). Apparently they all take their breaks together. There are now seven cars waiting. And once you're in line, you're stuck. These people do not care about their customers or their time.

Great service. Speedy service. Friendly service. You don't really rave about an oil change, but if you're looking for a new dependable 0lace since Bolton's sold, give it a try. Disappointment is never in stock!

I went to this location for my registration inspection, (my first time here.) I checked Google maps to see how busy or not they were at the time I wanted to go. When I arrived, only one car in front of me, I waited 7 minutes and it was my turn .A very professional and friendly tech came out and did my inpection, I paid my fee and he told me to go right over to the united grocery and get my sticker. Wow, I didn't know that, and would have waited for the sticker to come in the mail. My inspection only took about 6 or 7 minutes and he saved my time in getting my sticker and now it's on my car, all done. Awesome!Definitely go and use Inspection Xpress here in Lubbock, you won't be disappointed. They also have an xpress oil change service at this location, guess where I'll be getting my next oil change?

I went on my lunch break and there was only 1 car in front of me. They were pretty quick inspecting the vehicle in front of me and mine as well. Everything went well and I was on my way with time to spare for an hour lunch.

The people were friendly but it took them a while to acknowledge me. I sat there not really sure if I should get out of my car or not. Other vehicles were being acknowledged so I was confused.Anyway, when they did get me into the bay, it was fast and efficient service.

Fantastic! In and out in minutes, and a very nice attendant. First inspection in my life where the station didn't try to "fix" imaginary problems before passing me! The other location does oil changes too!

Worst experience. Since this place had very high rating, I want to give it a try. Stayed there for 5 minutes, there were two employees at this time, one was serving the other customer in front of me, the other one just stayed there, looked at me and even did not bother to ask me or greetings. Completely being ignored! I decided to go to Take 5, just a few seconds they saw me, they gave me a greetings as well as a bottle of water. That s it!
