Do not come here unless you have time to call multiple times everyday to babysit and make sure your vehicle is getting worked on. And if you do get in touch with anyone, hopefully they know where your car is and what stage of repair its at. Otherwise, your car gets forgotten and you're without a vehicle for 2 months. No one at this location knows how to communicate. Also, make sure you come with exact change, otherwise they will want to keep your car, eventhough you have more than enough to pay. Pieces were lost, not all clips were reapplied, so plastic was rubbing on my tire when I turned. They don't keep you updated at all. Horrible communication!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my wife's brand new 2023 Kia Sportage in for a rear bumper and liftgate repair after she was rear-ended. Impact has her car for six weeks total and the technicians and receptionist lied multiple times about the state of repairs as well as the timeline for completion. In addition, the receptionist was incredibly rude to my wife on multiple occasions when she expresses displeasure at the lack of communication coming from the shop. When we did get the car back, the liftgate would not close correctly so we took it to a new shop who informed us that the install was done incorrectly to begin with and has to be re-aligned. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is once the manager got involved he was very helpful and apologetic for how our car was handled. I do not recommend this repair shop as the technicians do not know what they are doing.Service: Body & Trim

I have now taken 2 of my vehicles here for dents and paint issues. Extremely fast turn around and very friendly staff. Both locations are professional and perform excellent work.

They told me the repairs on my vehicle would take 2 weeks. 60+ days and 2 more estimated completion dates and still not finished. Told me every day updates that they were on schedule for the original completion date...until the day of and then say they are still waiting on parts...same for the other completion date estimates....Fast forward 23 days later and still no closer to completion of my car. They say they are waiting on parts while I have gotten 2 parts suppliers to confirm all parts are readily available and the minor repairs are still not done 80+ days later.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IMPACT COLLISION. They are understaffed, do not communicate, do not follow through, and have a complete disregard for the customer. I dropped my car of to be fixed through an All State claim, and requested the shop order the necessary parts before I leave my car in their lot, to ensure a timely delivery of service. I was honest about my upcoming move in 10 weeks 600+ miles away, and they assured me it would be finished. One week before my move my car had not been touched. It took 3 months from dropping my car off to for the work to be finished. When I finally got my car back the lift gate was not installed properly and it was rubbing on the hood of the car and making a horribly loud sound every time it opened. They promised so many things that were never true, they never call you back when they say they will-- they are dishonest and have horrible business and communications practices. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop worked with my schedule. My vehicle was in and out. Repaired quickly with no issues. Communication was great. Notified me when parts arrived, when work was being completed, and when there was a delay but still got the job done on time... Great service and communication. I had collision repairs done to my drivers side fender and left front corner. Everything looks exactly as it should, all the way down to the replacement of my aftermarket emblems. I was kept informed of the status the entire time and have no need to take the vehicle back for further attention. I ve had several vehicles in the shop over the years and have always been satisfied with the outcome.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Good work, keep me included through the whole process with pics and messages along with updates on other damage not visible in the initial check. Got everything done in a timely manner and kept to the schedule as per the online app which set the fix date to about a week and 1 day after dropping off my car. I brought my van there to replace a damaged bumper. When I picked it up I noticed the bumper was a few shades lighter than the van. Anthony said to bring it back on 11/21/22 and they'd add another coat of paint. After dropping my van back off on 11/21/22, I received a phone call telling me to pick my van back up because the painter quit.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All body shops were in back order with parts I did check around town so other that that yes it was good . Anthony Rojas was very helpful and kind . but the company No bueno I decided to be honest 5 months in the shop had to take back several times and now Hertz trying to charge me 549$ for rental because impact apparently did not pay for the rental they got me . Never again sticking with Danny's paint shop !! Thought I was getting better somewhere else no way Jose !! Sandy Rogers!!!

I absolutely love and recommend this body shop. Not only did I receive outstanding customer service, but the shop also did amazing on the services for my vehicle. Anthony Rojas kept me up to date on my vehicle, the process of the repair, and when it would be ready. Best shop ever! I confidently would recommend this place to family and friends. Communication was exceptional, I was kept up to date which I truly appreciate. We brought my husband's car here for a lot of work done, very friendly and helpful, very professional and made sure we both knew and understood what work would be done. Would recommend them for sure. Big Daddy's is under new ownership and you can tell the difference! I saw the previous reviews and was a little concerned, but I thought I'd give them a try anyway. The staff was really nice and they got my car out in half the time that I expected. I got text message updates during the process and drop off/pick up was fast and easy. My car looks great and, even though it's a small thing, they gave me a t-shirt.Seems like they've had some problems in the past, but with the new ownership, they are doing their best to fix them.

After hitting a bird on the Interstate, my left passenger door would not open properly due to fender damage. Big Daddy's Collision was extremely welcoming with excellent customer service. Throughout the wait time my service representative, Jerry, kept me in the loop on the time and date of completion, updating when it changed.I got my vehicle back in half the time I expected, the door works perfectly, and the paint was matched to such perfection, I can't tell that any damage had been done to that area at all. In addition, I was surprised to find out that my car had been washed and the interior carpets vacuumed! I am more than satisfied and I'm amazed at the level of service and passion this place has. I strongly suggest this place to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

I received outstanding customer service from the staff at Big Daddy's Collision. They were more than willing to go above and beyond while repairing my vehicle. They went out of their way to allow me to drop my car off early, before normal business hours to meet my needs. Updates were sent via text messages keeping me in loop of where my vehicle was at during the process. I am 100% satisfied with the results of the job. I will certainly use them again in the future if I need any additional repairs.

I didn't have work done here I went in with a question about the hood of my car not opening. I was told the best thing to do for it and where I need to take my car. I was also told how I can get my hood open until time comes to have it fixed properly. They were very friendly and helped me quickly. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable. I woikd certainly recommend this place based on how professional, friendly and knowledgeable they are.

Had the worst customer service! I will NEVER take another vehicle here again. It took 2 months to schedule us in and when we did finally get the car it took a longer then expected. I was honestly ok with it until I called to check to see what the status of my car was. The lady at the front was very rude and refused to answer any of my questions. And when I finally got to speak to someone else (his name is Blake) he hung up on me! Didn t even let me get one word in. I honestly am glad it s over with. My car was fixed and it looks ok. I expected a better outcome. Having to deal with the employees was not worth my time or money.

Terrible service, tried to get two appointments and they lost them, when i called for the manager he never returned the call. I ended uo going somewhere else. I guess they don't want the business. I'll never go there or recommend them.

I was not happy at all. It took four weeks for my truck to be repaired. They do not communicate with their customers well. I had to call every time I wanted information and the text alerts are inaccurate. When I got my truck there was still wax that had not been removed and residue all over my windows. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, even if your insurance company does.

My repairs were excellent. Great customer servive from Blaine Bearden. My vehicle was done 3 days ahead of schedule. They buffed out a couple extra scuff marks for free, gave me some touch up paint, and also gave me a t-shirt. The new ownership is a HUGE improvement. Thank guys!!

These guys did a great job on my car. I worked with Bruce. Bruce was very polite, conscious of my wishes, and went above/beyond in my opinion. I did not get jerked around. This is the second time I have taken my car to Big Daddy's Collusion. Great job, guys.
