Some of the best customer service. Helping my son and I with getting tires for my son s 2015 mustang with 20 rims. Went beyond and above our expectations. Will use them again without hesitation. Great people!!!!

I was in desperate need for a tire and this shop sold me a tire that was not the correct size and didn t ask if I was cool with the tire being smaller than the original size! Me being a female I trusted them to get me right and they got over on me. When my dad noticed the size was different 2 weeks later, we brought it to their attention and just wanted a fair trade for the right size. They denied doing that saying I should have brought it back the same day!!! When in actuality they should have put the right size on in the first place! Or atleast informed me that was the closet size they had!! SCAMMERS

This was the only business that I got ahold of that had a service truck up and running today. He came to Shallow Water to fix my flat. He was very nice and did a great job, very efficiently. We were on the side of the road for less than an hour from phone call to fixed. Thank you guys!

Went and got 4 used tires for my dodge journey and tires pretty much almost brand new great service great people and I returned to purchase two used tires for a farm truck of mine and again it was Friday and they were busy but just like that they took care of me and had me back on the road in no time . Best place and very affordable I really would recommend you stop by for any and all your tire needs .

I am so very greatful for Here n There tire. It s been a very hard week one thing after another, and when I found my car on 4 flats, I had no idea what I was going to do. I had no money, and didn t know any resources for help. Here n There tire was the first place I called. I explained my situation to them and when I tell you they blessed me, I MEAN THEY BLESSED ME. I needed a tire swaped with one that I patched other tire change shops told me to get bent but these guys not only were gonna do what I asked but also sold me a great set of used tires for a great price good group of men here I highly recommend this shop and they are quick and skilled

Jus bought some 28s wheels and tires I got an unbelievable price 4 them I'm from New Mexico 2hrs away I will most definitely be coming back will load pics of wheels when I put them on but here's what I bout top notch here what ther rims look like now good customer service

I m new to Lubbock ! And I got a flat tire on a rainy cold day! no family no friends I was stranded and I called these guys for help they came and helped me out very fast and friendly workers I m very grateful for their help I was able to get home thank you so much!

Horrible service! They told me it be 15 minutes to fix my flat tire and I watched them help everyone else but me i literally waited almost an hour so I got my tire and loaded it and left! Never again will I take my service to them!!

Very professional and quality customer service. I was recently in town helping a family member move. Sometime during the evening the valve stems were removed from the tires leaving me with a flat. I was staying at a local motel and had no way to take the tire to be repaired. After calling a few other businesses and getting no answer or a very long wait time, I called Here and There. The service tech arrived within 20 minutes of my call and had tire repaired quickly. The cost was less than $80 for the service call. He was awesome. I recommend this business to anyone needing mobile tire repair.

Had to get 6 tires replaced for our Chevy 3500 and wasn t in the position to shell out $1000 minimum. Thankful to have found this place. Prices were amazing and quality was great for used tires. Thank you Here-n-There for helping us get back on the road for a very reasonable price. Staff was all very friendly and fast! Keep up the great work. We highly recommend them!

This is an absolutely true story: I had a flat tire on my 40 foot trailer and saw that this shop was the only place open on Sundays. I decided to just drive to the location, sit and park and try to wait until they open. I was just traveling through and didn t know anything or anybody in the area. Randomly the owner was passing by on that Saturday evening, stopped and asked me if I needed any help. I only had the intention of repairing my flat tire but after the owner said he didn t mind doing the complete set, which I needed and at a great price, I had to take the offer. He called up his crew and when they arrived, they also checked my brakes and stayed up until 3 in the morning to complete the job. Also while waiting his wife offer to get everybody some food, and she didn t want anything in return. This was hands down the best experience I had with a tire company. I ve had my own company for only a year and a half and it s hard to come by honest hard working people. I will definitely be doing business again in the future with these guys.

Traveling back to Colorado from Sweetwater after my FILs funeral and my husband didn't feel comfortable trying to make the trip. They not only had all 4 tires but at an amazing price. Got us back on the road in less than an hour. Blessed is an understatement. Super thankful for this shop with amazing, fast, affordable, service!
