I had a great experience buying my first car at this location. Oscar helped me with getting a monthly payment that worked for me, was friendly and had wonderful customer service skills. I highly recommend going to him if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. A big thanks to everyone at this location! I love my 2017 Nissan Rogue!

We had a family member recommend Joey after their experience with him a few weeks ago. We are so thankful they sent us his way. His professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. Never has buying a car been this easy! With our busy schedules he was able to accommodate us and communicate with us via text/phone call to help find us just what we were looking for.

Lady bird is the best. We were just looking around and she came up to us. She definitely made the whole process smooth. She did not waste no time at all. I will definitely will be recommending everyone I know to her. She did amazing. She did not pressure us at all. She is the sweetest and caring person. You definitely can tell she loves doing what she does.

My wife wanted a newer vehicle. I told her the only stipulations are that it s used and we purchase it from the Hayes family.We just finished closing on the 8th vehicle we ve purchased with the Hayes Family. Each time has been painless. We always feel welcome, valued and respected. Each deal we have made has always been extremely fair and often in our favor. Thank you Tommy, Trey, Tye, Thad, and staff.

We looked at several dealerships to find a car that would have more space and be more reliable for us and seemed looked over at every dealership. I had gotten so discouraged and decided I was going to look at just one more. We went to Hayes, were greeted immediately and brought into an office to be helped. Ladybird sat down with us, broke everything down for us and showed us multiple cars to help us find one we would love. She genuinely listened to us and found us the perfect car! Everybody was insanely kind and very attentive. It was overall the best experience I ve ever had in a dealership! I would definitely recommend LadyBird to all my friends and family and honestly everybody looking for a new car. We had kind of a tight budget but she did not stop until we found something we loved. The attitude of everyone in the office was outstanding. We love our car and will definitely be recommending everybody to Hayes!!!

LadyBird and the finance manager were tremendous when it came time to buy a car. After totaling our last vehicle in an accident, we came to Hayes with high expectations and a bucket list of wants and needs. Ladybird took the time to go through every one checking them off and making sure we were happy. When it was time to finance, they worked diligently to get us the best rate available and saved us a ton of money. Thanks again!

Ask for Landen! My wife is days away from giving birth and my car was just too small for 3 car seats. I didn't even plan on doing anything, but thought I'd call to ask. They worked with me over the phone to get the best trade-in deal and the lowest monthly payments that FAR exceeded what I thought was possible. Landen even drove the car 100 miles to my front door barely 4.5hrs after I made the call. Absolutely impeccable customer service to the point I wanted to clean my previous car as best as possible for them! 11/10, would go back without hesitation. Be honest up front and you'll get honesty back here.

This dealership went above and beyond to get us in the right truck! Even when I made a huge foul up the stepped up and fixed it for me. Joey Garcia is the one you want to talk to. Made everything run smooth as silk. Landon Foree was top notch in his delivery both times! Truck represents exactly what is advertised. Highly recommend using them!

Hayes motor helped me out so much! I went in to trade my 2011 Chevy Cruze. I ended up getting a 2023 Kia Forte, I really love this car, it has everything I want! I really have to thank LadyBird, she helped me out so much! LadyBird is so kind, listened to what I wanted, and was realistic with me. I m going to give a big thanks to Kyle for helping me with financing mine new car! Also have to thanks to Chris for breaking down and explaining the paperwork.
