Renato and his crew are amazing! They made sure I was taking care of in a timely manner as well as letting me use a rental while my vehicle was getting repaired. I highly recommend any and everyone to use them! I cannot thank Renato and his crew enough for making me feel like a valued customer!

BMW 2018 320 I My car was badly damaged by hail this May of 2023.I didn't know who to go to I have never done this before but luckily my savior came to my rescue Renato.A sculptor, magician this man help me through every step great communication great service and beautiful paintwork job I will definitely be coming back if the nasty hail storms come back to haunt me.Service: Body & Trim

Best body shop specially for paintless dent repair and hail damage in west texas. I drop off my car and they explained the things to be done and gave me rental car for free. While its in the shop, renato regularly updates me with whats happening. Transparency and honesty is what makes them the best. Results are amazing. My car looks new after repairs. This is by far the best repair experience I ve ever had!! Luckily I didn t have to pay anything, and I was really impressed by condition of my car when I got it back. Renato and his crew really went above and beyond to accommodate me and I ll always recommend my friends to go here

Renato and his team helped us beyond our expectations. Renato made the process easy and convenient. He communicated with me about the insurance status throughout the whole process. And, was able to lend me a loner vehicle while mine was getting repaired. They fixed two of my vehicles and did a great job on both! I m very happy with their work and definitely recommend them!

Hail Repair Pro did an Awesome job repairing Severe Hail Damage on my New Hyundai Kona! They gave Me a Nice Free Loaner Truck and even Detailed My Vehicle after they finished the Repairs. Such a great, local company!! Renato was nothing short of professional, responsive and timely. Once my insurance finally did their thing, Renato and his team had my car done in just a few days and it looks like new! A sweet bonus I didn t expect was a free detail of my car before I picked it up. Will most definitely be going back with any hail damage I have and recommending them to everyone! Renato and his team were above and beyond outstanding to work with. I was provided with transportation to get my rental, deductible was waived, and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. Even when things took longer than expected and I was out of town, Renato presented several options for pick up to take any stress away. My car looks amazing and came back fully detailed. I 1000% recommend!

I had an awful dent in my car from a door ding and this place was absolutely superb in getting it done for a very fair price! I went in , they gave me a quote said it would be done today and finished within 2 hours and I could use their rental and they lived up to it all! They were very genuine and truthful about the best option for me and I didn t feel like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of at all. I cannot recommend this place enough! Oh and they even washed my car too!!! Thank you so much for fixing my car!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Hail Repair Pro is one of the best places I've done business with! I highly recommend them! They had my black Tahoe looking brand spanking new! They even lighten my head lights, did my interior, all of the above. 10/10 for sure!

Renalto and the Hail Repair Pro team made it super easy to get my hail damage taken care of. I was provided regular updates, pictures and was even given a rental car during the repair process. The body repair was top notch as well! I highly recommend them!

These guys took care of me and the whole process, I literally just had to drop off my 2020 Sonata, which not gonna lie, I was apprehensive about, but they took care of everything. They covered my deductible and I got it back in a week with a free wash. I was very impressed with the repair, you can't even tell my car had dents before hand. 10 out of 10 recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Very impressed with the repair on my Infiniti! No signs of previous hail damage anywhere, it looks brand new! Renato gave me constant updates, sent photos during the repair process and took care of everything with my Progressive adjuster. I work during the week and they re open on Saturdays so the timing was perfect

I had my car repaired (hail damage) here at Hail Repair Pro Renato walked me through the entire process every step of the way kept me me updated they did excellent work on my car and even gave me a ride to my car rental Caden picked me up to bring me back to my car very nice professional guy I HIGHLY recommend this business I m highly satisfied they did amazing work. I was absolutely blown away by the service and quality of work done here. I have gone through 2 hail repairs on my little car in a row and these guys not only handled my car way faster but did a much better job than the "recommended" shop my insurance steered me to last year. These guys are top notch. Don't listen to your insurance company. Go nowhere else for your hail repair needs. They are probably the best shop in the Lubbock area! Thanks guys.

These guys are amazing. Took my truck in all beat up from hail damage. When I went to pick it up, I thought it was someone else s brand new vehicle. They did an amazing job and even took time to detail the interior for me. They were very friendly and worked quick. Highly recommend Hail Repair Pro.

I greatly appreciate how professional the service was. I got my car back quickly and it looks great. Everyone was friendly, and Renato kept me posted on progress every step of the way. I will absolutely be a return customer if damages to my car occur in the future.

They did an awesome job.! Truck looks brand new! Very impressed! They did a top notch job! They didn't get best of West Texas for nothing. They definitely live up to there name. Renato is great. He is genuinely concerned for your needs and great to work with! I'm glad I found them to do my hail repair job on my truck. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else! They'll will do you right!

Renato was amazing! He will walk you through every step of the process and keep you updated on the entire thing. I am very glad I chose to take my car here! Paul was so helpful, and the entire process involving the insurance company was very smooth and simple. They love their customers and their Military! As soon as I reached out to them, I was approached with exceptional service. I m a very picky individual when it comes to my truck and who works on it. I have nothing but positive things to say about Paulo and his team. They all are very professional and are extremely talented at what they all do. I would not hesitate at all in referring them. They truly do the job right the first time. I am so glad I waited to have my baby( my car) fixed. As soon as I walked in Paulo was there to greet me. He asked how he could help me. I flat out said i had no idea what I was doing and how to go about taking care of my car. He took it from there. He told me step by step what needed to be done and not once did he treat me like a ATM machine. He was very personable, he treated me like a human. I really appreciated that. He helped get my claim going and let me use the courtesy loaner car while my car was in the shop. He kept me informed when the adjuster checked my car. I got my car back in 5 DAYS! Needless to say, I could not be happier with the end result. My car looks like new and it was a very fast turn around. I definitely will be recommending this place to anyone that is willing to listen. Thank you so much!

I reccomend this company to anyone needing hail damage repair to their vehicle, My new car was in-and-out in less than 3 days and hail repair pro made it look new again!!! Very easy process from start to finish. My insurance claim was handled very professionally and at no cost to me, With no deductible. Easy 5 stars!

At first I had doubts about them concerning the loaner car they had for me but they corrected that and I was very impressed with that. This was the first time I had ever heard they had a light that could detect dents not easily seen with the naked eye. Again, I was impressed that I did not have to come out of my pocket with anything and how quick the job was done. What they reassure, they kept their word. I've called a few friends and have recommended them. Good job!
