This gets 4 stars because, ultimately, my oil was changed. Here is why it didn t get 5:I pulled up at early afternoon on Sunday April 21 and 1) I had to engage with 4-5 guys standing in a circle ignoring me to get one of them to walk over and engage with me. They did happen to stare at me as I pulled up, yet without walking over or helping. Keep in mind, at the moment I pulled up, I was the only customer there. It s not like it was busy.2) I asked them to check my maintenance needed light on my vehicle and run a quick diagnostic to make sure it wasn t any more than just an oil change needed. The guy that was helping said oh yeah, we ll take care of that. Another gentleman walked over and I also let him know what I needed. They never once mentioned this again. When I got back into my vehicle the maintenance needed light was still on. After doing some research on my own, I was able to get this reset. I ve never heard of an oil change service who doesn t reset the oil mileage. They sure did remember to check my filters, though, which meant more money.3) I wasn t asked what type of oil I wanted or needed at any point. I had to ask after what they put in. This was also the first time that I wasn t asked what type of oil at a business that does they type of service. For my vehicle I wanted the absolute highest quality oil available and I have no idea if I received that or not.4) I see that your average rating is 4 stars, and I don t want to bring that rating down by giving you any lower. The reality is, most of the guys that were there probably won t be there in a few months and that s not fair to you as a business owner. I can t imagine how hard it is to hire and keep good work, especially on a Sunday afternoon. I hope it s helpful to share my experience so that you can have a perspective of someone who is there in person when you re not able to be. I will probably not be back because I am not confident that those hired to work at your store are competent to take care of my vehicle. But I hope that changes for your sake and the sake of future customers.

I was not impressed. The gentleman who first greeted us was lifeless and could have cared less about being there. It took 5 guys to complete oil change. One guy was in and out talking to girlfriend in waiting area. The bay was unkept with trash laying around on floor and outside around building. Truly I felt dirty after just sitting in waiting area. When my daughter and I got in car, there were oiled smudges and fingerprints all on side panel and all over the hood of car. Overall, was very disappointed! I normally use another business who greets with a smile, go the extra mile by vacuuming and cleaning windows, business inside and out is super clean and guys not working on a car might be sweeping, power washing floors, and helping with trash. They are professional, kind, and have a great personal touch!

The staff that were there were great and as I waited for 45 minutes I had the opportunity to watch them. None were slacking- they were all going as fast as they could. I felt sorry for them as there obviously were not enough employees to enable a fast service. I usually go to another business, but husband recommended this place. I won t return. I emphasize this is not due to the staff as they ere great. But I waited 45 minutes and there was only 1 car ahead of me. Price- I had a discount of &15. If not for that, cost was same as my regular place. At my regular place, I m in and out in 20 minutes maximum. Consistently.

Went for a car wash because of the great reviews in hopes that my black rims and tires would come out looking amazing. I chose the "Totally Bananas" package for the best possible chance of making my ride shine. Problem is with my Jeep Wrangler they did not touch my spare tire on the back at all. Pretty disappointed with the rest of the rims as well. A few spots on my black car were not touched or left looking splattered which is disappointing. Overall, the customer service was awesome.

The vast majority of the times I've been here service has been great, but the times that service was poor it was incredibly so. My last experience was truly horrific from beginning to end.The person who was greeting customers didn't know the differences in the different oils. I was overcharged for the amount of oil I received ( not enough to make a difference), the technicians didn't know how much oil to put in my vehicle, I was never shown my oil level when I left, the sticker I was given had incorrect information on it and I was told we don't want to bother fixing it, the gm and one of the technicians were extremely rude.Needless to say I was disappointed.

Really wanted to like this place. Of the 6 times I ve gone, I ve probably only been happy once leaving this place. There seems to be little transparency on the pricing. This past visit I told the check in person I wanted 5W-20 full synthetic and he said it would be in the upper $80s. When they cashed me out, the bill was in the $120s. I asked why and they said it was because they put mobile 1 full synthetic. I did not ask for Mobile 1. This is not the first time something like this has happened @ this location. I will not be taking my vehicles here for PM anymore.

Grease monkey tried to look for my cabin filter had no clue how to check it. Broke my glove box on the right hand side and didn t tell me. I told him please just leave it alone if you don t know how to change it. I Found out later it was broken. Went back to get my oil changed again, this time they left my skid plate loose to drag on the ground. I heard It when I drove Off and went back and spoke to the manager about it. I m not sure how lazy that is. But I m now concerned if they changed my oil right if they can t even put the skid plate back where it belongs. They are lucky it wasn t damaged. I went Yesterday 12/10/24. They also didn t even air up my tires correctly. I had To go fix them myself.

Not only did it take an hour and a half to complete an oil change, I watched 6 cars that arrived after me get serviced before me, heard the techs talking crap about my car the ENTIRE time even though I was clearly sitting in the car, and an extra 50 dollars was added to the oil change with absolutely no warning and no mention of the price before they ran my card. When I asked why is was so expensive, I was talked down to and told "well its not like it's 8 dollars anymore. Go get the free carwash" I felt incredibly disrespected. Had I known this was their customer service, I would have gone to Take5, and when it's time for my next oil change, I will.

Took my wife's Tahoe in for an oil change took about 15 minutes for someone to check us in and another 55 minutes for the oil change. I wouldn't have worried about the time if all the workers were working but it appeared that 2 or 3 of the workers were just wandering around like they were lost or didn't know what they were doing. To top it all off the guys working on our tahoe left oilly hand prints all over the car and windows. After I had just washed it. No consideration for other people's things.

Had inspection and full service oil change with full synthetic oil. Friendly, quick, and excellent service. Great price for full synthetic oil. Explained the difference between super-synthetic and mobil-1.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like my experience should be shared. I m hoping I just caught them on a bad day and my experience is out of the norm. I arrived right as they opened on 10/29 to get my oil changed. As soon as I pulled in the garage, I was met with a disgruntled technician. He informed that he was the only one working, so I understand the stressful situation he was in. I would have happily left and returned another day, but he went ahead and started my oil change. He was talking on his phone during the service and seemed to be yelling curse words at the person he was speaking with (probably his co-worker that left him working alone). I get that he was stressed, but I would have appreciated more attentive service. Then, while pouring the new oil into my car using a funnel (and still on the phone), he proceeded to rip the funnel out and throw it across the garage. I was the only other patron present, so it was startling to say the least. He finished the service without confirming with me that my oil levels were safe or doing the typical 16-point inspection. When I arrived home, I noticed a puddle of oil underneath my car. I drove back up there and he informed me that he forgot to clean everything out after draining the old oil. I was inconvenienced but let it go. Then, a little over a week later, I noticed that my skid plate had come loose. I tried calling half an hour before they closed, but no one answered. I ended up going to another oil change company in town to fix my skid plate and double check that nothing was messed up during my oil change with Grease Monkey.I hate leaving negative reviews and usually like to give as much grace as possible, but my experience with Grease Monkey was unpleasant. Further, I would like to add that the technician was put in a compromising position, so I don t blame him fully. It seems like management has some kinks to work out and I m hoping no one else has to experience what I did.Service: Oil change

Put too much oil in vehicle and had to pull it back in, drain and refill. It is obvious they didn t check the oil after the service or they would have caught it, luckily the guy closing my ticket caught it and had them pull the vehicle back in.Drove around to get my free wash and the system dispensed no soap, whole wash was just water. Not a reflection of the service I have received in the past.

UPDATE (7/24/2022): Just took my car in for brakes and an oil change only to find out Grease Monkey put the wrong filter (a GM 3/4 ton truck filter) on my Challenger and that it was finger loose (picture of incorrect filter next to correct filter in photo gallery). The mechanic told me he s astounded it didn t fall off as it was hanging on by a thread. DO NOT USE Grease Monkey for your wash or automotive maintenance needs. They do not employ adequate training practices, nor do they employ people knowledgeable enough to be performing the work they're responsible for.Absolutely ridiculous. Just had a $20 wash done here and come home to find this. Bugs still all over the front, mirrors, and side of car. Even the back has black grime still all over it that comes off with a finger. My windshield has bug splotches as well. 3 guys dried it and happily took my tip from my hand without saying a word as to the quality of the wash. No offer for a re-run, nothing. As a college student, $20 for a wash and a $5 tip is a lot of money. One extra star for the wash I received last time being satisfactory.Service: Oil change

I went in for an oil change and inspection. They charged me for the inspection but it said I failed the girl at the front said they just do it like that so they can charge for the service. I didn't get anything saying the inspection had been done I had to go in and ask for it and turns out they didn't even do it. So the guy had to do it after I'd already waited 2 hours. Also,when they switched out my filter they didn't attach my glove compartment right. I asked him to fix it he put it back and it fell out again. So I had to ask him again and he finally got it in there correctly .I won't be going back

Wife took her Tahoe to get an oil change. Was informed that had to get out of the vehicle due to new policy.After paying and getting back into the car she noticed that there was oil all over inside. (Steering wheel, gear shift, door handle and the floor mat) not to mention oil marks all over the exterior.She went inside to tell someone and no one was in the office just a few kids staring at her from inside the shop area. I tried calling twice and got no answer. This was at 545 still during operating hours.Definitely would not recommend going here.!

Everyone is very nice and professional. There is a play room for the kiddos. Bathrooms are clean. You get a free car wash with every oil change!

I was not impressed at all with this place. I was called boss by everyone in this place. A simple sir would have been sufficient. I left here headed to Fort Worth hoping everything was done correctly. I will be going back to my regular oil change place next time! I also feel like the $57.00 air filter they sold me was over priced because I could have bought an A C Delco filter $33.99. Not impressed at all!

I would do 5 stars for professionalism because it handled properly.We own a business, and it is hard to get good reliable help, then you have people who handle things wrongly is always a nightmare. As the owner or manager of a company it is the responsibility for the one in charge to make things are right.In my opinion Chester should be held accountable for breaking the dipstick tubing on my F250 Chester is a nice man from what I can tell. But I do believe he was excessive in force by yanking on it per his & my conversation.Jacob Simmons General Manager is a very honest man and made the problem right. They were trying to handle in house but as this truck is used for our business to make money, we don't need any problems, so they did what we asked and was very kind about the situation.Life happens and how you handle it is what counts.Jacob, I wish I had 10 men like you working for our business.Sincerely, Triple L Paint

I went in there and got my oil changed in early November. Immediately after I noticed my truck was sluggish and acting out of the norm. So I decided to check the oil levels and coke to find out the tech over filled my truck with oil by 2 whole quarts. Never coming back and won t recommend anyone else to go there either.

I gave this spot a try because Take 5 was so ridiculous with their pricing, and the service has been rushed, and they weren't paying attention it felt like. It was a Sunday, and there was no one outnin the bays. One of the guys gave me the ugliest look when he passed by my car like I was a jerk for coming. It was an hour and 15 minutes before they closed, so Im not sure what the issue was. They all came out of the woodwork. They were having some kind of trouble and I got a clue watching them call the numbers back and forth and go down below and come back and look at the computer and go down below...it was a bit unsettling. They finally figured out whatever it was, and then he told me what they had trouble finding my oil filter. They gave a free car wash, which was nice, and I went to use it-heads up they count the day you get it as day one, so it's not technically a 7 day voucher it's 6. They didn't touch the back of my car with the scrub brush, and going through the brushes in there didn't touch it either, so I ended up cleaning the back of my car myself. The space underneath my handles wasn't touched and they dry your car, but they do it super fast so my back windshield, side mirrors, and windshield are streaked and water spotted, but its a free hand dry so going back over that stuff isn't totally the worst. Overall, it's not terrible, and I did go on Sunday both times. I'll see what it's like on a week day.

Want to charge you almost 3x the basic wash price ($22) to run a dually through. It takes no more work on their end but they re one of the only washes in town that can accommodate these trucks so they take advantage of it. I won t use them for oil changes or washes anymore because of that.@Greasemonkey- if you try to stay competitive, then create a basic wash for dually trucks instead of forcing them to get a top tier wash that costs more than any other wash you offer. You have 4 levels for srw, at least give us a second option.Service: Oil change

My headlights where very yellow. They are sparkling clear. I brought 2 vehicles in for this service because I was so pleased with the first vehicle. The personal are very friendly as well.
