I highly recommend going to Good Auto Company. I went to other used car dealerships that wouldn't help. But my experience with Good Auto Company was awesome. The application process was quick and they showed me a vehicle with monthly payments in my budget range. Thank you Good Auto Company.

I had a great experienced buying my first vehicle at Good Auto Company on Clovis Road, Lubbock. They have a great customer service and Oscar is so friendly. They have good quality cars at a cheap price. I bought a 2015 Buick LaCrosse with 80k miles less than $6000. Thank Oscar for the service. I will always recommend anyone to Good Auto Company if you need a great car at an affordable price.

Recently bought a car from this place and it was a great deal. Oscar gives customers enough space to make a decision. When asked with a query or questions, he is extremely calm and answers all the questions respectfully. He has a good range of cars and excellent at what he does- customer satisfaction. He isn't bothered if you ask him too many questions but lets you make a decision in an extremely calm and comfortable manner. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this car dealership!

Got my Honda Civic 2012 from this place and it was the best decision I have made. Oscar let s you test drive the car, check up to a mechanic before you could make a decision on buying it. My Honda Civic had a low battery problem where it wouldn t let it start but after finalizing my deal on buying it, he was kind of enough to change the battery and the oil which saved me some money on replacing it. I usually recommend this dealer shop to anyone including my friends. Both Oscar and Anna who helped me with the buying process are easy to work and are honest in assisting you in buying the best quality car they have.

Read the review before you buy from here!!!! We are not the only ones that bought a car after being lied to. We bought a vehicle there 3 months ago. It had been wrecked, but according to them it was cosmetic only. He showed up pictures and we asked several times if the motor had been damaged. He assured us it was cosmetic only. He lied!!! The car had 69k miles on it. We haven t even put 200 miles on it and the motor is messed up. It had an issue with it that wasn t fixed or checked when it was sold. These people lie to get business. Now we have to pay to have it replaced and they pretty much told us it was our problem. We called Oscar and he said, did you check the oil??? Are you kidding me? He said they had changed all the fluids before we picked it up. Save your money and go to a real dealership. We spent 10k and now have to fix the motor. We will never do business with them or recommend that anyone does business with this company of scammers and liars.

I purchased my first car from here and it was such a great experience! Oscar was super patient with me, I test drove like 6 cars before I finally decided on one. He also answered all of my questions and concerns and really took into consideration my budget and what I needed. (An affordable car with good gas milage ) Im also super thankful as since this is my first time buying a car I had no idea how to get my title, plates, etc and they took care of it and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

Alright so I m 19, and was very excited when I found a sonata with a decent price. We drove 2 hours to the dealership and looked at it and test drove it. The lady assured me that everything worked fine and there were no issues besides a rear end accident, that they fixed . They said there was no structural damage. We went in the day so I could not see that the front headlights didn t work. They didn t tell me they didn t work. Got pulled over last week and found that I ve been driving without a left rear brake light. Didn t tell me that. When it rains, water leaks into the trunk. Found out it was because the trunk is dented upward slightly, causing leakage. Didn t tell me that. A month after I bought the car for $10k CASH, I found that the electrical power steering was messed up, so I could literally die if I m going 80 on the highway and it decides to wig out again. Didn t tell me the power steering was fd up. Oh but no big deal, a new power steering device is only $700 for this car. All in all, I thought they were nice people, but the truth is, they just want to sell whatever they can, even if it s complete garbage. Also need to get a new battery because my car started dying a couple months after purchasing, the battery s almost dead and I ve been jump starting it frequently. Sucks to run into people like this but if I were you, I d take my hard earned money somewhere else, a place that doesn t just want a quick buck but actually cares about the customer and their safety. Like I know if a parent spent their money here for their kids first car and found dangerous problems they weren t told about, they d be upset to know they put their kids in something that could have easily have hurt them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, GOOD LUCK!UPDATE: car broke down, I m a college student and couldn t have gotten worse news. The engine broke and the mechanic said we need a new engine which runs for $3000 + or so dollars, since this is a salvaged vehicle, the warranty with the manufacturer is void. I m f**ked.

My granddaughter bought her 2nd car here, we will definitely be back in the future! Price was more than fair, the 2 brothers that worked with us were awesome! She has had her Elantra for over a year and is still very happy!

Went to Good Auto Company, met Mr. Oneil, he was friendly and let us test drive cars we were interested in. Bought 2015 Jeep Patriot on 7/23/2020.Test drive fine. He showed pic of Jeep when he purchased it, spare on front, all else seemed ok. I asked was damage just cosmetic, Mr.Oneil replied yes.Drove home, Clovis NM, drove fine. Eventually heard clunking in front. I checked, saw broken part by left front tire. Took to mechanic, replaced left front axle, both sway bars $380 on 8/13/2020. Drove again, stopping and going, slight clunk. Took to mechanic, repaired incorrectly positioned vehicle frame (it was moving causing clunk sound)$280 on 9/3/2020.A frame out of position isn't the result of a failure that happens over time, it's an issue that happens at a specific time, when there has been a collision; like many cars with a salvage title. If buying from dealer that sells autos with salvaged titles, have mechanic INSPECT THE FRAME! Remember, they're sold AS IS, NO WARRANTY!Mechanic told me," Looks like vehicle suffered an impact." Just wanted to share my experience. Good luck.

My GF recently purchased a vehicle from here about a month ago and at first, I thought the place seemed a little... janky. However, after talking with the gentleman who handled the actual sale, I can say with full confidence that this dealership is legitimate. Legit, if you will. I mean, so far, the car hasn't fallen apart or anything like that. If it does, I'll let y'all know.

These people post ads for cars online on big name auto web sites for $5,500 and when you get there they say it was a mistake in the online ad and the car is really $7,000. This has now happened to 5 individuals who have gone there purposely to see if they would try pulling the same scam with a few different cars they have online. Unbelievable that these 2 individuals (Oscar and Ana) would try the age old bait and switch in a time of a worldwide pandemic when used car sales are nearing nonexistent. You would think they would be dropping prices to try to get them off the lot. Ohhh, and 95% of their vehicles are rebuild or salvage titles. So, so your homework before you buy a vehicle from these scammers.

Very friendly, the whole buying process was quick and super easy! They give you space when you're looking at the cars so you're comfortable AND don't feel pressured the entire time. I highly recommend you guys to and talk to Oscar if you're looking for a car!
