Heather at the front desk got me in right on time. She was so nice! It only took 1 1/2 hours to get it completed. I definitely would recommend Glass Doctor!!

Glass doctor in Lubbock was very helpful in replacing my windshield and very quick. The staff was awesome and nice!! Would recommend them to family and friends and the warranty they offer it's well worth it!!

I was so happy with their service. My windshield had a crack spreading across. They put in a perfect windshield in about an hour and half. My car has sensors and so I didn't know if that affected the repair. I would recommend them to everyone.

Unfortunately I needed a new windshield. It's one of those windshields that projects the speedometer on to the glass, so this had to be recalibrated as well.I only worked with the front office folks but they were great. They kept me informed (thoroughly). And they did the work when they said they were going to do it and in the time-frame they estimated.And I know a windshield doesn't seem like that big a deal in terms of "oh, let's rave about this," but window glass can be if it's cracked, or it's been replaced and is leaking, or it's ill-fitting, or...Glass Doctor did this right and all is great. Thank you!

I have used them twice now. Once for a back glass replacement and another for a rock chip repair. Both times, they got us booked and the work was done in a timely manner! Hannah has taken care of both my appointments, she is incredibly thorough and professional. They have both my business and personal needs from here on out.

Glass Doctor replaced a broken driver side rear window at a very low price and completed the work in under 1 hour. I'm Very satisfied with this company, The office staff is very friendly and courteous.

I had a broken window at my Airbnb with guests staying there. I called two glass companies and they were not helpful at all. I called Glass Doctor around 9am. Glass doctor sent a tech over within in hour of inquiry, gave me an estimate and then fixed the window all before noon. I was very pleased.

I recently had to have my windshield replaced and recalibrated. The Glass Doctor team was helpful and efficient. And the windshield has a 12-month guarantee!

The staff and the experience were exceptional! Very helpful and trustworthy. I just needed an inch cut off of a large bathroom mirror to retrofit back onto the wall after vanity was replaced. They did it quickly and perfectly!

I don't recommend this place at all. My brother has taken his car here multiple times trying to get his window repaired and he keeps getting the run around that they ordered the wrong window and/or window didn't come in. They called the day before and that morning to confirm appointment and to make sure he would be there and then when he shows up they tell him it's wrong order or it's didn't come in. Mind you it's a 2 hour round trip to not get taken care of.

I scheduled an appointment at this location but cancelled due to the customer service and lack of professionalism. I spoke with Hannah last week and scheduled an appointment for this afternoon to have a window replaced. During my call I confirmed my appointment twice and wrote it down, so that I could request off work. This morning I received a call confirming my appointment but the day/time was entirely different. When I called regarding the appointment, Hannah was extremely rude and stated that she had made no mistake and that it was my problem. I completely understand that scheduling mistakes happen, however, she was extremely unprofessional and not helpful regarding the problem. I canceled my appointment and will take my business someplace that values customer service.

Don't use this company. They will not replace your windshield with OEM even though the website states they will replace with factory windshields. And the NEW windshield had a scratch on it

I needed the windshield replaced on my vehicle and I filed in my insurance . My daughter drives this vehicle and lives in Lubbock. I am actually an insurance agent in another area of Texas and was not familiar with the glass companies in West Texas. The insurance companies use a 3rd party to set these up windshield claims and they want verification of whether the windshield can be repaired as opposed to replaced . Normally the glass shop would do the verification for the customer online but Not Glass Doctor . I was told by Hannah at Glass Doctor that I had to call and she could not do it online or call for me . I told her I had experienced long hold times and she said she had held up to 1.5 hours before .So I called the 3rd party vendor again very early the next morning and got the replacement verified myself . The message on hold says you can verify online - meaning the glass shop can verify online . So I asked the representative is this something the Glass Doctor could have done for me ? He said Yes , shops can verify online . So after waiting on long holds 2x and only getting through the 2nd time because I called in early 7:30 CT I find out glass doctor could have done this online . So I asked the representative to move my order to a different shop in the area . I honestly don t think this shop in Lubbock wants insurance claims and I think it s terrible customer service . I know as an insurance agent my customers won t tolerate it

One of the few, if not the only, glass company in Lubbock that will replace window glass without having to buy a whole new window. That was really important for me since my broken window was one of a set of 3, and the manufacturer no longer makes the window!

I had a shattered window on a party bus, and not only did they have the window in stock..the turn around time was exceptionally quick! Very professional and friendly.. Definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Glass Doctor highly enough. I had a broken window at my business and found them via a quick Google search. They sent a technician out within a few hours for a consultation. The technician was very helpful and informed me that the windows were made by a different company and though he could purchase them and replace, the warranty would be void. He was honest and encouraged me to use the competitor company so I would receive the window s warranty. Subsequently I did try to contact that company but encountered terrible customer service and other issues. After this, I called Glass Doctor again and they were happy to help. The customer service was excellent, the work was high quality and done quickly, and the estimate of cost was accurate.Service: Window installation

The team members that came to my house were very friendly and professional. If you don t mind waiting a while for installation, this is a good company. The only downside is it generally takes a couple of weeks to install after you place and order, even if it s not a very large piece.

Tremendous work and value! When we had that huge windstorm last month my windshield had to be replaced and they were over $500 less than using my insurance and Safelite! Will definitely be using them again should I need their services.
