This repair shop did great work on repairs on my car with hail damage and scratches. The repairs were quick and complete. There were two minor issues which were addressed. Michael communicated with me through the process and provided excellent customer service. Would recommend their service to anyone

I had a horrible experience at West Loop Gerber. I reached out to Janie and she immediately took care of me and got me into contact with Isac where he took care of my vehicle and reassured me that not all Gerber locations are horrible if i would be willing to let him take care of my vehicle. Immediately he and Michael were reaching out to me with weekly updates on my vehicle, eta s on my parts ordered they even let me view my vehicle as it was in the shop just to reassure me that it was being taken care of. Also a huge shout out to Ivey who always knew who i was before she answered. 10/10 I will definitely use 50th Gerber location in the future and recommend people to this location.

When I first picked up my car I didn't write a review because I was honestly furious. It took longer than I believe it should have for my car to be repaired. I feel like I was given the run around on multiple occasions. In the end though I can say the repairs on my vehicle were above and beyond my expectations. So my final thoughts after weeks of contemplating this review are I could probably have got the work done somewhere else alot faster, but I honestly believe they take care and want to do the absolute best job they can to make sure the work they do is done correct and to the top standards. I believe they take extreme pride in thier work and want to make sure everything is done correctly.

The customer service at Gerber Collision was great and so far their work has been too. They called me twice a week to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle or lack thereof. They did have my vehicle for three months but that was not all their fault. They were waiting on parts. When I picked it up the air conditioner was not blowing cold but they were able to get that fixed quickly. I would send another vehicle to get fixed by them.

Gerber did a terrible job with my vehicle. Took it in to fix the paint and got my car back with the windshield wipers on backwards, they stripped the screws that hold up the bottom panel of my car, there's white paint residual and imperfections all over in the paint job they did. I will have to take it to another shop to fix not only what I took it in there to begin with but to also fix the extra problems they have caused. I am very upset with my insurance for suggesting Gerber and I would not recommend their business whatsoever. They have degraded the quality of my vehicle even further.

Seriously THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I ve ever encountered. ISSAC, the general manager, is a very busy man and in the span of two weeks could never get on the phone - even though I was supposedly transferred to him three times and sat on hold 5 to 8 minutes each time waiting for him - nor return a single call.One on phone call, as I was speaking with Ivy she asked me for another location s phone number and address information. I told her I didn t have it and she asked me to call her back with it. So while on the phone with her, I googled it. She told me they would reach out to them and get the info they needed for some warranty work and then call me back. Five days later I still had not heard back from them so I called to follow up again.Once again, I was put on hold to speak with the general manager, Isaac, and once again Ivy came back on the phone and said he could not be reached. She then told me that Isaac told her that I needed to have the other location reach out to them, because Isaac just simply does not have the time to call them. But I guess somehow, if they called him, he would magically have the time.Two weeks have passed and they have not once called me back. They have not once reached out yo the other location. They have not once helped in ANY way.

This is definitely not a place I would recommend repair. Read my reviews I recently left a 5 star for another similar company but this was NOT good service, bad communication and repair work was NOT good. I had to leave my vehicle so they could do it again and hopefully get it right!. I wouldn't recommend a sales company like this, instead do the footwork and stick with a LOCALLY owned company that cares about the quality of their work.Service: Painting

I had to give one star to start this review, otherwise (I give zero stars). Tiffany Bridges, the estimator assigned to me, was full of empty promises and one lie after another. She was very disrespectful, interrupted me when asking questions, and talked down to me like a piece of trash. Eleven weeks and over a dozen trips, I finally have my one year old car back. I'm still very dissatisfied and angry about the entire experience. The 100% guarantee is a loss for me because I wouldn't let this company work on a tricycle and sure won't be taking my car back to make things right. I consider this to be a generous review.

Fantastic shop. Called about repairing some major hail damage. Dropped off the truck, they made a few calls, drove me to the rental, text me a dozen times on updates, truck ready as she promised, clean, walked me through any issues, explained the warranty. Could not have been a better experience. 3.5 days, in and out. Now that is service! Thank you for taking care of my truck!

I was debating Gerber and another collision company (I won t say it, but if you live in Lubbock you know) and man am I glad I went to Gerber !!!This is not my first experience with Gerber, but this is the first time they have taken care of my own personal vehicle. I ll say this, if you are getting your vehicle repaid , know that it will take time, that s just part of the game anywhere you go. I was in and out in a week! But I didn t call them at all in fact they called me every 2 days with updates and this is above and beyond from experiences I have had in the past.I truly can t say enough about Micheal Sandavol, he takes his time and GETS it right! Your adjuster will try to get you to Gerber because it's cheap and they probably get commission. Don't accept that! I don't know where to start. After some 40 days of repairs, when I received my vehicle, I noticed the fender and headlight did not fit on the repaired side of the vehicle. They told they would call me about this but no calls. Not to mention that on my way to home, I noticed that they managed to put a screw in my tire. What they offered was a $10 repair of the hole, on a tire which has only 7k miles. Anyways, as the weather started getting warmer, I noticed that the AC was not repaired properly. Called them and had it repaired through the warranty. At the same time I reminded them about the fender issue, they ordered a new fender, painted and fitted that, however, there are variable gaps between the fender and the hood on both sides. Either the fender or the hood was not fit properly. The person suggested me to have it inspected at another body shop! I still drive like that, I don't have more time to waste for their poor work. Not to mention that the paint or finish on the hood is so bad that you can see spray marks under the sun. After that second repair, we opened up the hood to check the contents and surprise! One plastic part was missing. They told they would call me about it and send the part to me, no call for months! Do yourself a favor and stay away. They are either blind or have serious issues with quality control.PS: Don't believe positive comments here, they offer $50 to leave a positive comment.Service: Body & Trim

don't go with reviews bcoz i went with reviews n i took my car for hail damage repair.. it took them on n off 7 months to fix it. i had to take the car back 3 times coz every time i bring the car back home find a new the problem that they messed up...or didn't finish the job properly...or forgot to fix it...they were horrible by not getting back to me whenever called to find out about the car repair status. even manager wouldn't reply u properly. my brand new car (value 48K) just only had hail damage and they screw up. they said they had to remove the top roof to replace the hail damage but they forgot to tell me that if they remove the top roof then they will have to remove the side air bags. they forgot to mention this big part. i found out after 2 months later when i took my car to a dealer where they told me car value drop $10000 bcoz they remove the airbags. and now manager wont reply...area manager said he cant do nothing about it. (he didnt even say sorry) so they made $16000 from my insurance to fix the car n i lost 10k n no one wants to take responsibility. i wish they were getting my calls response and explain to me properly what exactly what they were doing with my car. i wish they would have explain to me before they open up my car. Loved how smoothly everything went! I had no clue what to do when my car was hit and felt like a total mess but everyone here made me feel so much better about the whole process. I worked with Gilbert and he called with detailed updates during the whole process so I always knew what was happening next with my vehicle. Picked it up, which also pickup was a breeze, and it looks just like new can t even tell that there s a whole new door on there!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been burned and mistreated so many times dealing with auto repair in the past and then I used this place and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I ever imagined an auto repair shop would. Gilbert was extremely professional, helpful, caring, and stuck with it the whole way. I ll be honest, I don t leave a lot of good reviews but I just couldn t believe how helpful they have been the whole way. They did a great job on our car and I couldn t be happier. I would strongly recommend Gerber Collision for your auto repair needs. Mr. Garza was my representative for Gerber. He was professional and kept in touch throughout the whole process of repairing my vehicle. Upon receiving my vehicle I was surprised that they took the time to clean my vehicle inside and out(it needed it). It shows the kind of service you will receive with Gerber Collision.

By far the worst experience I could ever have with a repair company. Sent my car in to be repaired after a wreck. Came out the first time with pieces missing and parts marked for replacement still on it that hadn't been replaced. Was supposed to be in the shop for 3 weeks. After multiple visits and me having to take off work to get it to and from the vehicle was in the shop about 2 full months. Had to go back multiple times for a water leak that they couldn't find and acted like was my fault. They suggested I was messing with the car. Come to find out they had used the wrong sized rivets on a window molding. Those are just a few of the things. Way to much bad to type the whole ordeal. I would never recommend these people with their work or attitudes towards customers.

They did a very good job on my truck, very impressed with the work they did. It was also vacuumed. I will bring my vehicle's and also recommended to my friend's to come here for any repairs on there vehicles. But good job to the whole team from keeping me inform on status of the truck, to the repairs of the body, to dropping it off. That's good customer service.

These guys were a total pro. Especially Aaron who helped me throughout the process. The driver s side door and the fender had to be replaced along with some other small repairs. Not only did they do a great job, when I came to pick up my car there were a few spots which had a few scratches that were not necessarily part of the accident and they immediately fixed that too. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and Aaron was great in answering all my questions patiently. I especially give them credit for regularly calling and updating me regarding the progress from the time I dropped off the car. Thank you paceline and especially Aaron for everything!

My insurance told us to use you guys because you did heavy damage. The front part of the frame was tweaked a little. Two guys in suits came out to look at my truck versus a mechanic. You had us wait an hour to tell my husband and I that you couldn't find the part. We went to Collision King (because you said they wouldn't do it either) and magically they could find the part. Thanks but no thanks Collision King has my business. To Collision King, "LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!! Gerber told me that they COULD not repair my truck. They said that they could not get the part I needed. You guys took less than 20 minutes (looking at truck and coming back with estimate) to tell me that you could fix my truck. The estimate was exactly the price. We overpaid thinking that we would have to pay more, but we got 100% of the money back. Thank you again! I came from Odessa, Texas and am very thankful to you guys. Truck looks great." It took about two weeks total to fix. Never use Gerber. If they can't fix a little tweaked frame, how are they going to fix major damage?

Needed the front bumper of my vehicle repainted. This company is absolutely 100% about their customers. Amazingly fast, constantly in contact with me about my job, and A+++ in the quality of paint repair needed. Too many times I have had items painted and they come back with "trash" or inconsistency's in the paint. Not this time, there was not a blemish in the paint anywhere. Color matching of the paint was as if it was painted at the factory. Everyone I talked to there was absolutely focused on taking care of me. Thank you Rick, Blake, AJ, and the rest of the staff for the awesome service!

I needed to bring my car in on a Friday for insurance work instead of a Monday. I was told that "insurance won't pay to store my vehicle for those 2 days". So now I have to take off work on Monday to bring in my car. At some point customer service should be put ahead of nickel and diming. On top of this last time they did work for us they forgot to replace the broke license place bracket.Paceline lacks attention to detail and quality customer service. I don't know what happened when they changed names but it has not been a good experience for us.

Aaron and Bre were absolutely amazing!!! I had a bumper fender bender in which I chose to private pay. Aaron informed me of my options to repair or replace my bumper and panels. He was completely honest with me about the pros cons and costs of my options. Ultimately I decided to replace the damaged parts. Aaron and Bre ordered the parts and had them in the office less than a week. Bre called and got me in ASAP. I was told it would be 48 hours before my SUV was ready. To my surprise I got my SUV back the same day! They even detailed it for me! I love my SUV and I am thankful to Paceline for their professional and friendly service! No one else will ever touch any of my vehicles again! Thank you Aaron and Bre Paceline!!!

I got into a car accident that left my car dented and damaged, including a deployed side airbag. I was so scared that it wouldn't be able to be restored to its original condition, but Paceline made it happen! Bryce was so professional and took all of my worries away the minute that I walked in their doors. He assured me that they could fix it and him and Danica kept me updated throughout the entire process! My car is in even better shape than when I first got it and I couldn't be more happy. Thank you Bryce for your hard work! I truly appreciate it.

Neighbor backed into me and had to use this body shop because this was the only body shop available in the area for USAA car insurance and other body shops were too expensive for their insurance. After 2 weeks of having my vehicle they calle me to pick up and after examination the vehicle was nowhere near done. They kept they vehicle for another week to fix it while I waited. Now a few months later more of their incompetent body work is showing its nasty head and I now realize how bad the job that was done to begin with. I would not recommend this body shop unless you don t care about the vehicle. BEWARE
