Gerber Collision fixed my car, they did pretty good job but while they were trying to fix my car, they also damaged my interior of the car, they told me it was their fault and they would re-order these parts and fix it for me, I followed up 3-4 times, nothing happened, they just kept telling me they would call me back once the parts arrives, but never hear anything back, it's been more than a month now. The pics I attached are the body they damaged while fixing my car. Not happy!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I recently took my Hyundai Palisade in for hail repair. Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful the moment I walked in. Sherry managed my case, and she was AMAZING. She was so friendly and super knowledgeable. She s clearly passionate about her job and a perfectionist. Who doesn t want a perfectionist working on their car? My car was finished very quickly and was in pristine shape. They also gave it a good clean for me! Sherry was great at communication all along the way as well; I was never left wondering about timelines or statuses. Our insurance dropped the ball and failed to send the check directly, but Sherry even helped with that! She is a total lifesaver. I highly recommend Gerber!

My car was sent to this shop the second week of August, it is currently November 10th and I still don't have my car. They have had my car for 81 days, my car has yet to be touched/ worked on, and they claim they are STILL Waiting on parts that "should be here in 21 days". I do appreciate the update calls and I understand some things take longer to be shipped but it is getting ridiculous at this point.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Worst experience EVER!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COLLISION HOUSE!!!!!! We took it in drivable without a light to get a front bumper fixed from hitting a pig on OCT 23. They were adamant that we leave it so they could get it fixed for us fast. a week goes by and they let us no they hadn t touched it bc they are waiting on a part but that it would be a few days. Another 2 weeks goes by & we called & were told still it wasn t touched & someone was supposed to call to let us know that. called the week before thanksgiving & were told GM was in strike & that the part was not here. We called Tuesday 11/21 asking to just pick up the car & magically the part came in & Sherry the manager told us it would now be ready Friday. It is now NOV 24 & we are being told there is NO WAY it will be done anytime soon. Sherry the manager lied to us & said it would be ready today friday 11/24 because they finally had the last part. She flat out lied bc when we called today another employee Marshall informed us the part has shipped but it hasn t arrived. We are currently waiting for the call from a general manager who can supposedly approve a loaner car for us bc he may possibly be in today. I m guessing it s another lie from a different employee. They will not release the car to us mid bc everything is taken apart and we are about to start week 5 without our car.I highly discourage anyone from using this place!!!!!!!! Save yourself the aggravation.

This location had my truck from February till start of May to repair a front end collision. The adjuster called me numerous times through out the process telling me my truck was almost done. And that they were ordering after market parts the GM told me they weren t authorized to order. Finally got the truck back and they had put after market headlights that were not DOT compliant on my truck, painted the bumper a matte finish and had several alignment issues. Sent the truck back for warranty work several times to have issues corrected that should have only taken one time. After I addressed the paint issue as being painted matte finished they took the truck back and repainted my black truck blue throughout the process I was called on 2 different occasions telling me my vehicle was ready and when I got on site it was the contrary and no one was sure why. very disappointing experience, the shop lacks organization and management . There should be quality control points in the process that prevented several of these issues from occurring and ultimately me wasting time and gas driving back and forth.Avoid this location at all costsServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This was a much better experience than the location off 34th and Loop 289 access road. Everyone was kind, respectful, and professional. The only down-side was we were told we would be informed on progress every Tuesday and Thursday, but we were only contacted once after two weeks about progress. Work on the vehicle was top-notch.

Gerber repaired my 2017 Toyota Tacoma truck. They owe me $500 related to an insurance refund. It has been over a year and I have not received my $500 refund. I believe they are dishonest and they lied to me. I have been to the Slide Gerber location 10 times over the last 12 months and they agree that they owe me $500 and blame Corporate accounting for the delay. I am very disappointed with Gerber withholding the $500 they owe me. Very dishonest group.Gerber contacted me and I have received my $500 refund. Aaron at Gerber apologized for the delay which I very much appreciate. The repair that was performed on my truck was excellent - the paperwork related to the insurance claim missed the mark and has been corrected. Thank you Aaron and Gerber!Service: Body & Trim

Fixed my dents and while the insurance company took forever and a day to get back to them, Gerber made it so I could get my car back without having to wait an additional week. They called every Tuesday and Thursday to keep me updated. Very happy.

It took a week to get my estimate. I only got it because I called to remind them. I haven't received it. It'll be interesting to see if their estimate is even close to covering the cost of the repairs.

My sin took his 2015 mustang here after a truck backed into the front of car, the hood flew open after that causing alot more damage, now that my son is back in home, I had time to inspect the work...I've done minor auto body and paint in the past and I have to say this is a bad job all around..beside getting a run around for a month about parts, the front bumper was hanging on the passenger side cause they failed to put the screw thru the eyelid on the bumper..instead the cut the part and folded it in, so of course the bumper clips didn't hold..the splash guard under the front bumper is missing all the screws, causing us to have to buy a new guard, passenger fender is for a 5.0..hole outline is visible on the fender, paint blending is horrible on the roof, little snail marks due to buffer pad having debris or just dirty...I could go on and on..bottom line, go somewhere else this place is no good.

Wow! This place REALLY took care of me. After the hail storm in May of 2018 my car was really beat up. They got me in quick and happily worked with my timeline requests. Once everything was finished my vehicle was in better condition than before the storm. Big shoutout to Charles and Danika at the Slide Location for their excellent customer service.

Had an accident back around July. We went here to get an estimate and take pics. Were told that they would order the parts and call. No one called. I called and they gave me an appointment for September 8 and said the part would be in. Called today to find out that the part was not ordered, the guy taking care of the claim was fired, and no one ever thought to call us at all. Will never use or try to used again.

Crystal was very helpful. I had a wreck out of state, and was not able to do anything in person while my vehicle was in their care. The car ended up being totaled, but Gerber offered to send me my state park passes from my windshield and were very helpful and friendly during the entire process.

So I'd like to add to my 1 star review. As I had mentioned before I went there to get any remaining belongings. I had to wait 41 minutes after they had confused my Honda with another Honda. Bottom line both Gerber and Geico have changed their story of fixing my car or having it totaled a number of times. On top of 1,000 unexplained charges. Something stinks

Have not seen the work yet however the time has been significant. 3 weeks or more to replace a quarter panel and rear bumper. If the work is as good as quality as the time we could be in for a lot of rework.

They need to update their Google maps and remove glass repair in Lubbock Texas. They don't do any glass work in Lubbock Texas.
