When I walk in they where so unfriendly ask me if a have money or my own financing they look at me and treated me like I couldn t afford to buy a car there. I show them I had cash money to buy the car I was interested in the quickly change their attitude but i decided to just walk out based on how they were at first.

If you're looking for a dealer that will shoot straight with you, you've found the right place. I worked with Raymond and Diane and they took very good care of me, taking their time, going above and beyond to answer questions they didn't have to. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. If you're looking for that perfect deal, you can find it here.That's weird. I just wrote this review and didn't look a the review below and just found the reviewer said nearly the same thing I said. Guess that shows consistency in their customer service. Kudos to Raymond and Diane.

I had a great experience. My husband and I bought our son his first car. It was a great price and had low mileage. They did everything we asked alignment, oil change, and ordered us a knob that was missing on the steering wheel to control the volume on the radio. While on the lot I noticed a smart car. My 93 year old grandma had been searching for a small vehicle with large windows. I took it by to show it to her and she loved it! Dee took her the paper work to sign so she didn't have to get out of her comfort zone and drive across town! Randy is honest, hardworking and will do everything he can to work with you and get you the deal you want and we will definitely by cars from him again in the future. Mr Furr is Awesome and a ton of fun to do business with. Eric was also sweet as can be running me around while the mechanic was checking over our vehicle. It was truly a great experience and we will definitely do business there again in the future!

We couldn't have asked for anything more from our car buying experience! Randy was funny, personable and really cared about getting us the right car. He was informative without being pushy. We learned a lot about the car we bought from him and felt great about leaving the lot with a very nice car for a great price! Good people, good clean cars and fair prices are the reasons we will definitely be back to this lot next time we need a vehicle.

My fiancee and I went to see about getting a vehicle last Saturday. We saw one we liked, test drove it, and started the paperwork.The salesman that helped us was Eddie.He got our info and said he would get back with me on Monday to let me know what the bank said.We never heard back from him.My fiancee went to Furr to speak to him and she noticed the vehicle we were interested in was gone. When she asked about it, they told her it was being washed.It will be a week tomorrow and we still haven't heard back regarding anything.So not a good experience at all.

Picked up my car on a Friday and on Sunday I was stranded. Alternator had went out. Replaced the battery to get home and then replaced the alternator. They paid for half since I failed to get it to their mechanic which I was stranded. So I had to get it fixed. Then 2 months later I replaced another alternator , I just thought the first one was faulty. Two months later replaced the alternator and the battery again. Called and he said it wasn't his financial responsibility to fix it and that he would help me out by letting his mechanic work on it but I had to pay the bill. 4 months of hell with this car and he knew he sold me a bad car now he refuses to do the right thing. Yes I went thru 3 alternators and 2 batteries in 4 months and now I don't even have a car that runs.

Terrible place to by a vehicle, bought a 2017 lancer and thank God I got a warranty on it. Had it two months and had to have the engine and transmission replaced. Now have had it 6 months and have to replace window motors as well. Please stay away from here

My husband and I love the quality. He had purchased 3 cars from here before we purchased a car together. So 4 so far and after this car is paid off in October, we'll be buying our 5th from Raymond Furr.

From the first time I met these salesmen, I had a bad feeling. I felt like we were being lied to the entire time, but I tried to ignore the feeling because we were desperate to find a car. Unfortunatley, they took advantage of our situation. We purchased an overpriced 2006 Honda Oddessy from Furr Auto Sales last spring. The car dealers around them warned us not to do business with them and that all their cars were oil filled nightmares. Turns out it was true. We have never had more problems with a vehicle. All of the problems we had were previous problems that were half fixed (just enough to sell it), and we were lied to about the body damage and the entire front end of the vehicle is dragging on the ground from an improper job. The doors are maulfunctioning-also a problem not appropriatley attended to before purchase and now we are paying for their cheap repairs. There was nothing said about the doors when we purchased it, but they started maulfunctioning shortly after we purchased it. I really feel like we were taken and lied to in our desperate situation. I would never purchase a car from these guys again. Nice guys, just not very honest in my opinion.

The worst place to buy a car.!!! Bought 2 vehicles there, both needed a transmission repaired. They would only pay for 1/2 of one the vehicles, not both. Terrible customer service. They dont return emails or phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I had a great experience at Furr Auto Sales. Randy was very professional and detailed with paper work and showing me everything on my new ride. I would definitely recommend them. They have great prices and great cars!!

Don't buy a vehicle here. They are not peoole of their word. The car I bought had a leak. They gave me their word it would get fixed after them taking it to their mechanic they kept insisting it was not leaking. I took it to their mechanic showed him the leak and he told me to contact Eddie to set up a appointment. He avoided me for over 3 weeks .I took it to a mechanic shop .They found out why it was leaking in less then a hour and furrs mechanic could not find it each time it was taken to them. The cost of relairs will be 250. I calked Eddie asked him if they would reimburse me to get it fixed .He went back on his word. I would never recommend anyone to a place where the sales petson goes back on their word .Mind that i fixed some issues myself but he was not a man of his word. Don't waist your time here go to a good dealership, I know i will next time. The money is not a problem to fixed it but a person who is not true to their word is not worth your business nor mine .

***Fraud and Scammer***Sold me a 2 year old van with a manufactuer's warranty. They even wrote this on the buyers guide (which is legally part of the sales contract). 3 months later the transmission went out and needed to be replaced. This would have been covered by the manufactuer warranty. But guess what.. NO WARRANTY EXISTED. Ford said there wasn't one. I called them and they said it wasn't their problem. The owner wouldn't even come to the car lot to talk to me after setting up multiple times to meet and he wouldn't show up.Go anywhere else but here. Honesty is not a virtue here.

I am from Southern California and was looking for a "pre-owned & price-performnace" Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Raymond and his staff from FURR AUTO SALES were kind enough to share with me the information of the SUV including the virtual tour of the SUV.I liked it as much as I thought I was going to, but wasn't ready to make a decision just yet. I never felt pressured into making a quick decision. Raymond told me to think about it, and make sure my wife had a chance to see it as well. We both decided we were going to purchase it and we were all able to agree on a price (very cost effective).I never thought that buying a used car could be such an enjoyable experience. I very highly recommend Raymond at FURR AUTO SALES to anyone who is in the market for a used car. I would definitely go back to them in a heartbeat to buy another car.Thanks so much, again!Binh

I am extremely satisfied with my buying experience with FURR AUTO SALES. Raymond and his staff were really terrific throughout the process I had a specific request -a less than 3years-old pre -owned Prius V from Toyota in excellent condition .i drove several from private parties and and checked other dealers including CARFAX only to uncover inconsistencies.Raymond took the time to find the car and then make sure it was right for me .i will be talking to him before from now on

We made a 4 hour round trip to see a trashed out car.I had been emailing Raymond Furr for about a week regarding a Lexus they had on their lot.Raymond did seem to dodge some of my questions (regarding the tires, air suspension system, and some interior fittings that looked broken in the pictures). Yes, his lack of response should have been a red flag, but we had already made plans to make the trip.Sure enough, when we got there we found a flat tire, dirty (and smelly) interior, broken interior pieces, and the dash was literally crumbling (not just cracked, but crumbling).We left after just a few moments, and nobody came to speak to us in the time we were there.Furr Auto absolutely wasted our day by not being forthcoming.I'd certainly avoid this dealership.

I called to ask a couple questions about a car in the inventory. My interaction was with Randy, and I could tell by the tone in his voice that he didn't want to bother with me. He said that he is 'old school', and "it's really hard to trade in a car that you haven't had for long".Actually it isn't, I've done it before. So Randy, if you don't want my business that's fine, but you might want to think about your customer interactions, because they matter.

the staff was very very helpful and they answered all of my questions I ended up not getting a car there just because I found a better deal somewhere else but would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Has nothing to do with the cars but I ve applied for numerous positions with this company and have a college education after wondering why I was never selected I called to see if there was something maybe I could work on or to see what exactly they were looking for in a candidate a woman answered the phone and her words I wasn t good enough I m still wondering what that means.
