After shopping around and getting quotes, full service automotive went above and beyond to give my wife s 2020 Honda civic hatchback sport great service. They did a brake flush, serpentine belt, tune up and did some fuel injection service to the vehicle at a very reasonable price. The people were kind, honest, courteous, not to mention fast and honest above all. Something you don t find very often in mechanics nowadays. My wife and I are extremely happy because the vehicle is purring like a kitten now. As soon as my wife drove it, she felt an immediate difference and so did I. We plan on traveling back and forth from Laredo to Lubbock in the vehicle and knowing the service it was given has given me and my loved ones peace of mind. Thank you so much full service automotive for the hard work and great service you guys provided. I strongly recommend them, for any vehicle service you need. You guys get 10 stars!!!

Went there for strange brake noise. I planned to check it myself but I had recently moved and didn t have my tools yet, so I was going to wait till they arrived, but it sounded bad so I said whatever and went, they said if I got it fixed there it wouldnt charge me for diagnostics.1. They didn t even call to ask before fixing it?? They told me they would2. They charged me $200 for loose caliper screws. Pretty easy fix for $200 is crazy, especially when they didn t call to ask first. Wont be returning

Did a great job on my 2021 f150! They were able to replace just about my entire rear axle in less than a few weeks even as busy as they were. Truck drives like new and this shop has earned a customer that will for sure come back for any serious repairs.

This is the place to go for automotive repairs. The rates are reasonable and they communicate with you, to let you know what's going on. And if you get a answering machine they will call you back asap.My car was the timing chain guide. Which is a big job. I had a hard time finding any shop that would do it. They replaced only what was necessary as I requested.After as week it overheated. They sent a wrecker and repaired it, and drove it several times before returning it to me. And they didn't even try to charge me again, not even for the tow, like other shops would do.Joe was honest. And the lady at front desk was very nice. Thank you to the mechanics who had to work on my 19 year old Lincoln Avaitor, it's not a easy car to work on, trust me, I know.

Joe is honest and stands behind his work. Got my ac repaired there and had a problem with the new parts. He covered it without question after diagnosing and determining it was one of the new parts that was replaced, turned out to be defective. I will be bringing all my automotive repair needs there. I honestly feel lucky this is the first shop I've used since moving to Lubbock about a year ago and didn't have to go through several repair shops to find a reputable and trust worthy mechanic. There a lot of crooks out there doing automotive work, and Joe is definitely NOT one of them. I would highly recommend Full Service Automotive for any repair work you might need. Thank you!

Believe me best place in west Texas to get your car or truck repaired or serviced. Joe and his team offered a quick and efficient service that was very good value. The customer service was amazing. Joe and his team always kept me up to date and fixed a problem i had that a dealership couldn t fix 4 separate times in get this 4 hours! I m extremely OCD about my truck and I completely trust it in the hands of full service automotive. Rest assured they have my business for a very long time.

Joe and his team are literally the best! They have worked on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee multiple times and saved me thousands of dollars. I tried taking my jeep to Frontier a couple of times and each time they price gouged me and tried to screw me over, one time they actually lost my vehicle. Recently, my jeep started having major issues and we could not figure out what the issue was. We took it to Joe and he and and his team worked hard to find and fix the issues. With a 2004, they don t make parts anymore, but Joe called around and found the parts we needed and did the repairs quickly. After another issue surfaced, he and his team went above and beyond to locate it and take care of it for me.I honestly couldn t imagine going anywhere else for repairs. Especially since I m pretty another shop in town is responsible for some of the issues to begin with. I d trust Joe and his team at Full Service Auto any day.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Outstanding mechanical service shop. I had them replace my engine and many other parts to bring my 2004 Ford F-150 back to life. Joe and his team were very thorough and detailed while working with me and on my truck. Joe walked me through the repairs and kept me within budget. They are very reasonable on pricing and continues to still answer questions I now have as I drive it. It seems like it's always a struggle to find a good and honest, quality mechanic shop. Joe and his staff took great care of me and my vehicle (riding much better now). It was a fairly large job and he had it done quickly and even ran into unforeseen issues and took care of them no problem - all at the same original quote. The service I received was top notch and Joe is a great guy. All of this on top of being done at a very fair price. Stop your search now and give them a call!

Took my car to Mavis first and they gave me a ridiculous price. A friend recommended this place and they went above and beyond for me. And the price was half of what Mavis was going to charge. John and his service crew are top notch! They are always up front with the work they need to do and if they arent able to do the specific required repairs, they will let you know without charging you for some "other" issue. I will always give a positive response to an you one asking for a referral!

I own a diesel repair shop and Joe and his staff do all my alignments. They are fast and good at what they do. Great place I won't go anywhere else for anything I need to send out.

I took my vehicle back in March to be worked on Range Rover sport 2012 was in you guys possession for over a week, then I get a call that you lost my key and that you would pay for it to be replaced and programmed and that the car was having computer issues that you can recommend another shop that specializes in this type of work, took your word.The vehicle was moved to Anything Automotive where it has been there and still is for 5 months! We were billed for a price of 2, 824.75 thinking that you took care of the programming of the key and new key. We paid for the programming,a new steering lock module for that key that was orginally supposed to been taken care of by YOU guys! Since yall lost the key! So this whole time the other shop thought that was the issue on the vehicle that yall communicated to them, . We just knew in our mind that yall took care of that part cause the key was lost in your possession and we was paying for a diagnostic and solution of why the car wouldnt start! Not for yalls mistake. I need to be contacted immediately on this matter. Will be reaching out also during your business hours.

Had to fix an oil pan leak. Every other place in town was gonna be upwards of $400. Here less than three. Very inexpensive, quick and kind. Very good work.

Had my car for 2 months motor came in still didn t pick it up came to get the car didn t even ask if we needed help loading it just walked away for a person that runs the shop yeah would differently act more kind to customers would never recommend this shop again.
