Wow, we were traveling back from Texas from the eclipse when an engine light came on. I called a dealership in NM and they were willing to check the code (thermostat), but could not fix it for a few weeks(!) so I called Frontier. They said I could bring it in to them to check so we returned to Lubbock and I checked the Jeep in. In a few minutes they confirmed the code, but told me they had a three day back up at a minimum. I said okay, I'd just try to cancel the remainder of our road trip and fly my wife and small son home while I waited for it to be done.Without my knowing the intake guy wrote in red pen about our situation for the tech, who then immediately bumped me to the front of the queue. In 3 hours the Jeep was done ON THE SAME DAY. Honestly, when they told me what was going on I thought I was gonna cry. They had rescued our trip from the tatters, and we didn't have to blow up our plans, rent a car and hotel and wait.I cannot express how grateful I was that they just helped out a bunch of travelers from California who were really in a jam. They're a great dealership and genuinely good people.

I bought a 23 Dodge Charger in June, the car of my dreams. Because we had just recently had the storms the car had some hail damage. I tried to negotiate the price down but the salesman, Frank, told me I couldn t and that the dealership would fix the damage. While this didn t seem right, I was naive and agreed to it. Two weeks after buying my car, the dealership still hadn t reached out to me to let me know when that would happen, I had to call them to set it up. They took my car for a week and gave me a loaner that had alignment issues, but thats another story. After getting my car back, I discovered that there was still hail damage on the car and there were scratches and the wrap that is on the top of car was peeling off and had bubbles. Every attempt to contact them went ignored until I had to go up there with my father, and while there they would talk to attempt to talk to him, not me about my car. I felt disrespected. I found out that they didn t use a reputable place to fix the damage, they used a pop up place and couldn t even remember the name! After multiple attempts they agreed to fix the damage that wasn t fixed properly and the repair the damage that was caused by their choice of dent removal place. Again it weeks for them to get anything done, I had to contact them multiple times and again they wouldn t speak to me, I had to go up there in person. They finally scheduled someone to fix what wasn t fixed the first time and had my vehicle for nearly 3 weeks! When I got it back they did a horrible job again! I ve decided that I m just gonna take care of it myself because the dealership doesn t seem to care after they make the sell. Through all of this my car spent a total of 4 weeks n their possession and while I understand they need to drive it back and forth to the body shop and such, I noticed that they used over 1/2 a tank of gas just doing that, also my car has a GPS tracker in it and I noticed a few times that it wasn t at the dealership or the body shop. I ll end with this, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I felt disrespected because I fell like they dismissed me because I m a young woman who apparently doesn t know what she s doing. I will NEVER do business with them again and I will never recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Traded on Friday evening and on Sunday issues on truck. After they said the truck was certified with warranty. Hope I'll make in on Monday morning to have this truck serviced will see... might have to call corporate. Don't recommend Frontier Dodge LBB TX.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Frontier. I had my Ram 1500 there for a week, but they did nothing to it. The entire time it was left waiting for the transmission tech to take a look at it, but they did not even bother to address the two recall items they brought up. Furthermore, they left other private information in the open with the keys in reach for anyone who was in and out. This is unacceptable and should be corrected.This service department is embarrassing, 3 weeks just to make a diagnosis on a transmission is unacceptable and is a failure in the service department and management.

The entire team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Micah, went above and beyond to meet my expectations. She even offered to Uber me to get my car. I'm super impressed. Job well done, service and parts department.

Took our Jeep Cherokee in for some work and recalls. This place had our car for 48 hours and we heard nothing from them. Called multiple times to get a status update and no one would answer or return our calls. Called them and toldthem we were coming to pick the car up. Got there, my husband went and stood in the bay for 15 minutes before anyone would even talk to him. Absolutely unprofessional. Don t buy from or take your car here.

Very disappointed in the entire experience as a whole. Dropped off a vehicle on Monday morning with hopes of finding out why the engine light was on. Told service assistant that it was throwing a code for cam shaft position sensor. We replaced sensor with after market part. Still showing the same code. Asked if it needed reprogrammed? Was told we would hear something by Wednesday. Thursday had to call for an update and was given a laundry list of things that needed attention to the tune of $3,800, but no information on the sensor and light which is why the vehicle was brought in. Was told that they would check with technician. Called back stating that the sensor needed to be reprogrammed. Called again Friday morning and went to pick up vehicle. Disappointing communication throughout for what turned out to be a simple fix. Was charged $177.00 to reset the light. Drove the vehicle home and then to get a new battery. Light came back on and is doing the same thing. Apparently paid for nothing and lost an entire week waiting for a fix that didn t happen. Not really sure if I would ever trust the dealership shop and will probably end up taking my vehicle purchasing business elsewhere on the future.

This dealership is always subpar when it comes to the service center. It took them 6 days to diagnose I needed a software update. I m not confident I would have even had a diagnosis then had I not kept calling and bothering them. They did not fix the splash guard as I asked them to. I received my car back with oil stains on the driver floor mat because they didn t use the paper protector. I was told they would take care of it, but heard nothing back and I had to pay for the interior detail myself. I live blocks from this dealership, but prefer to travel across town to the other dealership since their service has proven to be better. I knew not to go to the Spur 327 location. That s my bad.

The service department is a joke. I took my car in that is under warranty to have a intermittent vibration checked out. I went through the whole check in process and the service tech said they would be looking at it soon. I expected to get a call by the end of the day but never did. When I called to check on the status they told me it could take up to 3 WEEKS before they even looked at it. The service tech never informed me it would take so long. He lead me to believe it would be looked a that day. I could not go 3 weeks without a car so I went and picked it up. IMO the warranty is no good with a service department that does business like this. They could have informed me of the lead time and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out and I could've taken my car back on the day they could actually look at it instead of them keeping it for 3 weeks.

We went in to find out about their upside down trade in advertisement and to get the trade appraised. They took the car but came back and said she needed to talk to the manager to see what they can do. We sit there for at least 30 minutes and she never came back. Then we left. Once I called back about 45 minutes later, she put her sales manager on the phone and they still refused to give me a answer on a trade in value and answer the questions we had about the upside down advertising. She stated that if we didn t want to go up in car payment amounts then it doesn t matter what the answers are to my questions. I made sure to mention that the advertisement stated they would pay off no matter what you owe and work with you on finding a lender which was a lie.

Loved every bit of my service when i was there. Guillermo helped my fiance and I into a brand new car and made the process very easy! He is very helpful, answered all the questions i had and is very professional. Definitely would recommend my family and friends to Frontier.

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I ve been lied to up and down! I thought I was working with an awesome salesman! He lied (his name is Justin Mcadoo) not to mention the service area sucks! I went in to show them the car that was full serviced before we bought fresh oil didn t even have oil! So I took it into the service to let them check it out and they stated that the oil was full, (it definitely was not) (I have picture for proof) and then the bottom cover was not placed on the bottom of the car right so I asked them if they could please place it back right (screw the cover back on) they stated they did and everything was good to go lol I get home the bottom cover was not screw back into place and everything was not good to go!! LET FRONTIER BE THE LAST RESORT, do not go here they will get ya! And don t tell me my feed back matters and to call so they can take care of my concerns because yall won t do squat about it!!!!!!!!!

To be clear: my one star rating is based on a particular manager (Justin) in the service department. Completely rude, raised his voice multiple times at me, to where I had to tell him to stop talking to me the way he was. Ultimately did not take care of me as a customer who has had my brand new car in the shop 10+ times. NEVER use a rental through a third party service when your car is being serviced. Not everything is covered like they say. Ultimately my frustration is with how I was treated by Justin who thinks in customer service you can yell at your customer and talk down to them.Mark McCall and Tammy are both very pleasant to deal with and always treat me with kindness and respect. It s unfortunate that people like Justin ruin good places where good people work!

I own a small business and had to take one of my service vans in for a warranty item. They kept it for several weeks before even looking at it. Now that it has been Months that this van has been out of service, they will not even respond to me after several attempts to get in touch with the service department. This is doing tremendous damage to my ability to keep my business running and costing me a lot in lost revenue. I am very frustrated. I wish to add a follow up. I did as was suggested and called to talk to the Manager. I left a message with his assistant, and you guessed it... Never got a return call. It is now December and I still do not know what is happening. I finally got ahold of someone in the service department on the 12th and they told me our engine arrived and they would have it to us by the end of the week. I called the next week and actually talked to a person that informed me they ordered the wrong engine and have to order a new one, but my service rep would call me. That did not happen. I have to update again. We finally got the truck back with replaced motor. We had it one day before it began to spray oil every where. There were two bolts broken off and seals were not seated correctly. We had to take it back. They didn't even look at it for two weeks, then tried to say it wasn't something they did. Very silly. They finally owned up to it and made the repairs. This took another 3 months. We checked it over and everything seems to be okay. Except the vehicle tracking device was missing. We called to see if the Mechanic possible had it lying around. They called us back and said they had no reason to "steal it". No-one ever accused them of "stealing it", it would serve no purpose. Long story short, you guessed it... They stopped returning our calls.

Bought a vehicle they claimed everything worked fine. Get home middle dvd monitor is not working. Been getting the run around for 2 weeks. The vehicle has been stalling the last few day's. Still feel like I m getting nowhere with them.

Recently moved from AZ after purchasing a new vehicle at Chrysler, I came to get an oil change.130pm I asked the gentleman if it would still be covered since it's a Chrysler dealership. He didn't give me a direct answer but told me to drive it in. Told me it would take 1 hr to 2. I decided to wait since it was free, and I had nothing else going on. Drove it into the garage at 140. After waiting until 400 pm, I finally went to see what was wrong. They had just finished, apologized for the wait. After all that, they were going to charge me, saying it wasn't covered under warranty. I would've given this place a worst review, but after leaving my wallet in the car unable to pay right there, they gave it to me free. I will definitely be following up with my Chrysler warranty.

Took my 2014 Class B in for an oil change for the first time. Made an appt online and they took it right in and finished in about an hour while I waited. Topped off all fluids and checked everything. Will definitely be using them again!

My husband took my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. When he was told it would be an hour and a half turned into a 2 hour wait. When he asked how much longer due to it being an hour and 45 min wait the guy said oh yeah let me get your paperwork. This guy was just sitting there eating. Mind you my husband had our three kids with him. So it was definitely something on top of the that he was running late for a meeting now because it took longer than anticipated

Tammy at Frontier Dodge did a great job getting my truck scheduled on a walk in appointment. They did a great job of keeping me updated on how once it was on being worked on. The oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely fashion, I was on the road in just over an hour

The worst customer service! I had my car towed there to be fixed. I was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. It took five days for someone to get back with me, after calling everyday. I decided to take it to another dealership and I sent a tow truck to pick it up. The tow truck got there and they had to call because the service department lost my keys. I m so disappointed and frustrated. Customer service is important in my eyes.

If I could give this dealership 0 Stars I would. First off when we went in to get a vehicle it took them over 6 hours to get us out of the dealership with a new car. Secondly, the car that we bought they had listed for $49k but when they went to draw up the deal they said it was supposed to be $59k and wanted to keep the price here. I have worked in sales for over 5 years and this was one of the worst cases of bait and switch I have ever seen. We did get the car down to the original listed price but it took hours.Also I put a down payment down for a new car that was going to be delivered within the next month or two. After purchasing that first car and thinking more about it we decided we didn't want to proceed with the purchase of the 2nd car. I have called for 3 weeks and even driven to the dealership to get the deposit back but have been given the run around each time. When we were at the dealership on Monday they said "we will have the check out on Monday". I have called and texted on what is now Wednesday and have not heard back from anyone. This is the worst experience I have ever had when looking for a car. I would steer ANYONE away from using this dealership in the future.

The Service Department did a good job. They were able to handle my extended warranty claim quick and efficiently. The only thing I would like to see is an easy test thread back and forth. The phone tag was slightly frustrating especially when I work night shift hours. Overall satisfactory.

Frontier dodge. Completed the service of my vehicle. That s as good as the review gets. I had to stand around when I arrived just for directions on where and when a service agent would help me. After i was finally helped I told them the issue and they said ok where are the keys. They told me it would be ready the next day and after the service agent evaluated the issue they would call and let me know the repairs needed. None of that happened no call, no answer to my vm, no person to talk to about the cost of repairs. Finally at the end of now day 2 I get a call saying the repair is done and I can pick up the vehicle. I had to ask how much, not that it mattered at that point since the service was complete. When my wife arrived to pick up the vehicle again she stood around with no direction or greeting. My review is don t bother going if you need information or clear communication. If you are happily willing to just hand the keys and hope you get your car back regardless of cost, go ahead and visit frontier dodge.

If I could provide a negative I would. I took my 2014 Ram 2500 in to have a recall issue taken care of and asked them to look at some engine codes I was pulling. I tried to provide the details to them but was cut off and advised that the service tech would be able to pull all of that information. Ok, so I left the truck with them. 11 days later after I had called several times I received a call back with the details. They said I needed a turbo boost actuator at a part cost of $2104.50, a NOX sensor at a cost of $2110.25. I asked immediately why so expensive on the NOX sensor when I can find on line at $160 to $375. I was advised that that was the correct price and that it was the MOPAR part and came with a warranty. I said do not do this service but perform the other. I quickly found that they had around $1000 markup on the parts (assuming they can buy from MOPAR cheaper since they are a MOPAR dealer). I could buy direct from MOPAR cheaper than they offer ($1396 and $1333 respectively). I then called back and advised I did not want any of the work done other than the recall which I had assumed had already been performed since they had my vehicle so long. I was advised I would have to pay the diagnostic fee of $160 then I could pickup. I asked for a manager to contact me. Two hours later no return call so I contacted the manager. He was in a meeting so I asked for a return call. No response. i sent my son to pickup the truck the following morning (Saturday). When he arrived he found that they had not performed any of the recall work and that they apparently started some of the work that I advised NOT to do. I then tried to call Cody who was my service tech with no answer. I have now called the dealership several times and no answer or hang up. I don't understand. I just want my truck back as it is my daily driver and I live over 200 miles away. This is the worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership and their markups are criminal. I just want someone to call me back and to release my truck so I can take it to an honest mechanic not trying to rob me blind. I will save over $2500.00 taking it somewhere else.

I took my truck for a dipstick recall at 7:15 am. I tried calling several times to see if it was finished. No answer and no one calls me back. I have someone take me after work and they hadn t even started it. I had my appointment for 2 weeks. I just got my truck and left.
