Frank Brown Honda started work right at the appointment time and exceeded expectations with a quick turn-around even with ordering a part. And my service advisor communicated with me the whole time. I always knew what was going on, and never had to call. A great service experience!

They didn't look for other problems. I had 2 low tires when I got there, and they were even lower when I left, you would think they would have at least aired them up. For 100$ an hour labor charge I expect more.

Great service, went to take care of a recall issue. They did not have the part to complete the recall concern. They did provide a rotate/balance and state inspection. In and out in about an hour. Awesome!

I got an oil change. It was done quickly and I am very pleased. It s the only place I have had my Hondas serviced for 23 years. The quality of the service is better than the quality of the new CR-V.

Took vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation before we headed out of town for the holiday. It took them over 3 hours to do the service and to top it all off we get down the road and every single tire is under inflated by over 10 psi. Lesson learned

Ronnie in service is fantastic. However, last Friday I had issue with check engine light on my 2023 Gmc Denali. I was near the dealer and stopped by only to learn Ronnie has been out sick. The adviser I talked to could have cared less that my check engine light was on. All I asked was for him to put a code reader on it and tell me issue. He explained all his guys were busy and they didn t have an empty rack. All I wanted was to know why it came on. Could have took 5 minutes at the most and Ronnie has done it for me before with no problem. The advisers suggestion was to take it to Oreilleys and they could do it. Unbelievable and after having my pickups serviced there for over 5 years now, I will not be back. To think I even brought the service guys kolaches and donuts last month at my monthly oil change. Oh well.

My truck was pulling to the right. I had new tires on the truck and did not want them wearing uneven so I had an alignment done at Frank Brown GMC. The truck drives perfectly after they performed the alignment.

Your dealership did not provide a auto loaner to me even though it s was warranty work I asked for a loaner every time I spoke to Ronnie ur customer service rep always gave an excuse they did not have one, it took them 5 1/2 weeks to repair my truck, not happy w the service experience

Went in for complementary oil change and tire rotation. Spent nearly two hours in waiting room. First oil change since new car purchase. Drove 110 miles. Very disappointed in wait time.

Got there at 10 15 am when we were told 1 vehicle in front of us for oil change, n my car was finally done at 11 55am. Very disappointed! Kept seeing people that got there way later then us, n were done before us. Finally told my husband go check n ask why or what's going on?? The guy behind the counter is checking with an attitude n I told him how we had been there since 10 15am, n how I hope it would be FREE, n it was. Didn't say I'm sorry or thank you!! He needs customer service SKILLS!!!Service: Oil change

10/10 do NOT recommend honda in lubbock. i WISH i could give ZERO stars because they don t even deserve 1.I HIGHLY suggest driving hours to Abilene or anywhere else. i m very glad that i did get my honda from All Star in Abilene & not at Frank Brown here in Lubbock.I had a small problem with my honda assist sensor & i assumed that I had warranty to cover it because my honda was bought brand new, less than a year ago. i was told over the phone that my warranty didn t cover it because of impact damage , so i asked how much it would be/how long it would take (because i m a broke college student & if it s going to be hundreds of dollars, i d rather drive home 8 hours & have my dad fix it). one of the managers then told me that it would take about 15 minutes because all they had to do was put new clips on my sensor & i had to pay $1.98 for each clip, plus the 15 ish minutes of labor, so about $30-40. when i went to pick my car up after my apt, they told me that the total was $335!! of course the man that told me the total over the phone when i was scheduling an apt wasn t there & i had to talk to the head of the service department, Corey McNeil, about the charges. i explained my situation to him & said that i was definitely not quoted this extreme price because if i was, i 1000% would not have taken my car in! he didn t care at ALL. i then had Corey talk to my father over the phone, because he was extremely upset how i was quoted $30 and it ended up being $335. the ENTIRE time that Corey was on the phone with my father, he was ROLLING his eyes & LAUGHING. he flat out told my father & i that he DOESN T CARE if they lost our business!! crazy how a year ago, car dealerships were BEGGING for your business & now they don t care!!my eyes did start watering because i was overwhelmed & stressed about not having the $300 & Corey said I don t understand why you re crying right now . once he said those EXACT words, all of my emotions came out & he just laughed & repeated how he doesn t understand. Well Corey, why do you think i m upset right now?? i was quoted $30 and the bill magically turns into $335, you rolled your eyes and laughed the entire time you were on the phone with my father, you told us that you don t care if you loose our business, & most of all, you have the audacity to ask why i m upset & laugh when i say that i don t have enough money for the bill that went up $300 for something that my dad could have easily fixed!!!all i can say, is PLEASE support anyone else, especially mom & pop shops, because Corey McNeil doesn t care about anyone s business & WILL roll his eyes and laugh when Frank Brown screws you over.

Complete scam of a service department. Brought them warranty work, tried to diagnose my separate wiper problem without me asking them to, said the problem was an $850 part that would be in stock 6 weeks from now. I said I didn t want to do that, they tried to charge me a $100 diagnostic fee, which I refused because I never asked them to try to fix the wipers. I am not a mechanic, took it home, changed out my wiper switch for $60 and it fixed the problem. Ridiculous.

They had our vehicle for a week before it was ever looked at. Then another week to replace the part that they had in stock. Terrible service turn around time!!! I traded my GMC for a Ford!!!!
