Frank Brown Honda Service Department - I brought in my car earlier last month and it was determined that my fuel injectors needed to be replaced. They informed me there was a back order on parts and they would call to let me know when they arrived. I have called weekly for updates. The service department has been very honest with the back order which I appreciate. I was told one car was in front of me to receive these parts, and I was after them. Once the car in front of me received their fuel injectors, I was told that my car would be next but they could not verify when. Again, very understandable due to the back order. I continued to call weekly. Something concerning to me, was even though I called weekly, every time I called, they had a hard time finding my car in their system. Finally, I called last week, 3/13, and there was some confusion on the parts that were coming in. I was told they'd speak with the parts manager and get back to me. Later that week, I was finally told by two different people that there was an ETA of 3/19. We all celebrated, and I told them I would follow up on Tuesday. I called today and was informed that the parts have arrived. However, I found out those parts were actually not for my car, but they belonged to a couple of cars ahead of mine. Even though I've called weekly, and I've been told multiple times that I was the next car and there was only one car in front of me, there were suddenly multiple cars ahead of mine. The organization and tracking of this process has been extremely disorganized and extremely frustrating. To add to the frustration, my father called a couple of weeks ago and got much more detailed information than I have received any time I have called. This is frustrating due to the fact that I am a woman, and the first time a man calls he gets more detailed information than I do. This process has been extremely unorganized from the beginning and has yet to be resolved.

I want to give a big shout-out to Efren, Michael, and Rob for making the car buying process as convenient as possible! They made everything clear and easy and the whole process was quick! If you're looking for a Honda dealership that does not do any dealer markup, then I would highly recommend you go with them! I really appreciate y'all!

10/10 do NOT recommend honda in lubbock. i WISH i could give ZERO stars because they don t even deserve 1.I HIGHLY suggest driving hours to Abilene or anywhere else. i m very glad that i did get my honda from All Star in Abilene & not at Frank Brown here in Lubbock.I had a small problem with my honda assist sensor & i assumed that I had warranty to cover it because my honda was bought brand new, less than a year ago. i was told over the phone that my warranty didn t cover it because of impact damage , so i asked how much it would be/how long it would take (because i m a broke college student & if it s going to be hundreds of dollars, i d rather drive home 8 hours & have my dad fix it). one of the managers then told me that it would take about 15 minutes because all they had to do was put new clips on my sensor & i had to pay $1.98 for each clip, plus the 15 ish minutes of labor, so about $30-40. when i went to pick my car up after my apt, they told me that the total was $335!! of course the man that told me the total over the phone when i was scheduling an apt wasn t there & i had to talk to the head of the service department, Corey McNeil, about the charges. i explained my situation to him & said that i was definitely not quoted this extreme price because if i was, i 1000% would not have taken my car in! he didn t care at ALL. i then had Corey talk to my father over the phone, because he was extremely upset how i was quoted $30 and it ended up being $335. the ENTIRE time that Corey was on the phone with my father, he was ROLLING his eyes & LAUGHING. he flat out told my father & i that he DOESN T CARE if they lost our business!! crazy how a year ago, car dealerships were BEGGING for your business & now they don t care!!my eyes did start watering because i was overwhelmed & stressed about not having the $300 & Corey said I don t understand why you re crying right now . once he said those EXACT words, all of my emotions came out & he just laughed & repeated how he doesn t understand. Well Corey, why do you think i m upset right now?? i was quoted $30 and the bill magically turns into $335, you rolled your eyes and laughed the entire time you were on the phone with my father, you told us that you don t care if you loose our business, & most of all, you have the audacity to ask why i m upset & laugh when i say that i don t have enough money for the bill that went up $300 for something that my dad could have easily fixed!!!all i can say, is PLEASE support anyone else, especially mom & pop shops, because Corey McNeil doesn t care about anyone s business & WILL roll his eyes and laugh when Frank Brown screws you over.

They were prompt and helpful. Did the oil change and rotation as expected. However, when I got the car back, all the tires were inflated to 51 PSI instead of 33 PSI ! It was a but annoying driving to an air pump to let all the air out. A little attention to detail would be nice.

My car is back for the 3rd time in 3 months for the same issue. My car has now been there for 8 days. They do not answer the phone in the service department and do not return voicemails. Do not bring your Honda here.

Do NOT bring your Honda or GMC here. Corey McNeil, head of service department, is very unprofessional and they don t care about your business or keeping clients, they d rather screw you over and roll their eyes. 0/5 recommend frank brown

Speaking with the man in service was the worst experience I have ever had. I look forward to trading my car so I do not have to deal with this dealership.

I would ask for the old parts after they do the service. I had my car in at 100k and asked them to do a full maintenance and revive the car - I wanted it fully looked at and repaired. Since that time I keep having to replace things that should have been done at the 100k mark and should last to the $170k mark. I went in complaining of my vehicle shaking at stops and they said it was normal. The problem increased took it to a non dealer mechanic and guess what? The rotors were warped and the pads were bad.Next time I m asking for photos and the old parts to be certain the completed the work they said they did.

No communication. No follow-up. Not a care in the world from this dealer once they sell you a vehicle if they can manage to do that. No wonder why people drive to DFW to purchase a vehicle.

Love this place!! These guys are on top of their game. Brought our Honda Civic that we had given our son to get belts replaced that were advised by another company that they were ok So we made an appointment for early 7am on a Friday. After my son got his car fixed he now only wants Frank Brown to work on his car and drives almost 300 miles from where he lives now. Kudos for such a good operation on both the Honda & GMC side. Your guys were on it

Deanndra helped me get a 2023 honda hrv a couple months ago on good friday and i couldn t have had a better experience. She was very good at communicating and her timing is absolutely amazing!! I had put my email on the site to see when a 2023 hrv would come in and not even 2 days later she contacted me to give me more info. she got it in maybe a week later, allowed me to test drive, and within a couple of hours the car was mine!!! she was also very excited for me and explained all the settings to the car (she even put the safest settings on). this was my first time buying a car and i definitely recommended getting with deanndra at frank honda :))

Best Service Center we've been to! We were traveling from NY to TX for a family visit over Thanksgiving and our engine light came on in OK. We called and spoke to Paul Vera who got us right in, which was a huge relief because we didn't want to drive another 1700 miles back home with that light on. When we dropped the car off, another kind service assistant asked us a few questions and said he believed it was only a sensor, based on our answers and because another Honda Pilot came in with the same issue a week earlier. Sure enough, the diagnostic proved he was right. We have never received such nice, polite and thorough service at an auto station before. The car was repaired in less than a day and we had a worry free trip home. Thank you so much for your professionalism and quick turn around time. It was very much appreciated.

Second and last time going to Frank Brown for an oil change. I had a bad experience the first time, but decided to give this dealership another chance after receiving an apology letter from the service manager. This time, the employee at the service center was extremely rude and unprofessional. Additionally, making an appointment is pointless and there is no signage for the service center. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere and recommend that you do the same.

1. Went to check out a new car. Tried to rob me by undervaluing my car at $1000 claiming it will go to auction :D Just for reference, James Mears Mazda offered $3500 and I finally sold it to CARMAX for $4000.2. Staff is super awkward and lack basic manners & courtesy especially the bald manager that sits inside. Misbehaved with a woman salesperson in my presence and this woman salesperson was incompetent to the hilt herself !3. Think they're super qualified in business and math and try to patronize you lightly (experienced and qualified enough myself). Same thing happened to a Professor colleague and friend from TTU.4. I got confused, whether to give them a piece of my mind or ignore them. Chose the 2nd option.Instead went to Subaru got a nice deal. Proud Subaru owner now.

After about a 2 hour. Rob finally came up to me. Asking why I want a car and saying that I can t afford it which I can and that was very disrespectful I will never shop hear again. They also made fun of my Indian accent saying go back to your country.

I love going in to the service counter and Terry is there he always helps me get a ride to work and to pick me up to bring me back to the dealership. The driver is also so nice and a great person to conversate with. They guy who took my keys and checked me in was also great to work with very polite. Thank you guys so much for being there for me and my car when I need you guys. That is great customer service.

FIVE STARS! We recently purchased our car from Frank Brown and everything from sales to closing was an outstanding experience. We worked with Rob Phillips in sales. He took the time to really understood what we were looking for and had a thorough knowledge of the cars we were looking at. No pressure, but solid advice that actually got us what we wanted at an affordable price. Highly recommended!

I have purchased several vehicles from this store. They are always honest and transparent. I have never enjoyed purchasing a vehicle until I began to do business with Frank Brown. The same staff are always there to greet you, and the atmosphere is clean and friendly. Pricing is not only fair but motivated to sell. If you are looking for a vehicle in Lubbock, skip the bandits, and take your family to Frank Brown.

They do what needs to be done. They don't check anything else. Brakes are put on green when they aren't, tires are put on green when thread is bad on the tire. I wonder what else they just check in paper work as if it's ok, when it's not. I don't trust them doing anything to my car. I even doubt they change my oil when I go so I have to check they did do it. Don't trust them. Check yourself to make sure they did do it look at my filter can't even trust them they say everything is good

If I could give NO STARS I would!! This place is absolutely horrible! They are so rude in the service department, and just overall try to push ALL of your issues off as if this isn t their job. Do not let them use the fake charm and smiles they give you while trying to purchase vehicles. My vehicle isn t even a year old, my battery died and when taking it to service bay they informed me that my battery passed? How can that be if it left me stranded.... I then proceeded to take it to another service station and they informed me one of my cells was dead. Frank Brown Honda wouldn t change my battery due to it being driving damage and they aren t responsible. While all this may seem like nothing, this is just the tip of the iceberg... They say they ll cover this and do that but when push comes to shove they don t. Or they just don t listen to you. I even heard the shop people taking about how people complain about stupid issues and was going to and I quote pretend to look at her vehicle and tell her it was fine I urge you to go elsewhere as these people are just taking money from people.

We couldn't be more happy with the service we have received from Dan, buying a new car is a process in finding the right one and not once have we felt pressured to purchase before we are ready. He has been helpful every step of the way and taken the time to get to know our needs.

No communication at all!!!! I took my car into the service center on Monday, the day of the big storm! They said it would be about a 6 hour job....8 days later!!!! I got it back and they said that I had to come back because their pipe burst and couldn't clean the oil from my engine...they did give me a discount for the trouble...$20!!! I would have paid the $20 for them to go to Mighty Wash to clean it off and finish the job!!!!! I'm the one that called them to see if it was done or not after the 5th day, and the only thing they told me was they took a guys truck that was a big job over priority to mine!!! I chose Honda because I was hoping to continue to do all my oil changes with them but they lost my business.

I am a returning customer. I purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V, love everything about the vehicle. My salesman Rob was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all the features. The buying process was smooth there was no haggling over the price. Their price was lower than any advertised on the internet so no need to shop around. The finance and closing the deal was smooth and quick. I would highly recommend Frank Brown and Rob if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

My husband and I purchased a car there on October 3, 2015 for our daughter. And we both agree that it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We went in expecting the usual dealership BS and what we got was outstanding service. Our salesman was Brian L. We told him what we wanted, our price range, and what we needed our monthly payments to be at. He helped us find several cars that our daughter wanted to drive. My husband asked him to get some numbers together without running our credit just yet. He came back with exactly what we wanted. A reasonable guess at the interest rate (not some rediculous number) with the payments right at where we wanted them. So my husband said to have her test drive the cars. She picked the one she loved and Brian started the paper work. The manager fought to get us the best possible interest rate and our payments were even lower then we asked for. The finance guy was a hoot to work with also. Anyway we were so impressed with everyone we dealt with that we will definitely be back for our boys vehicles when they start driving very soon. Thanks again for everything!
