I called at 5:00 and asked if they were booked for the day for a tire rotation and they said we can get you in. I said I am on my way. I got there, they checked me in and took my car right back and I was done in no time. Able to make my 7:00 PM appointment in plenty of time.

For the last 10 years I have used Firestone s lifetime warranty services for alignment and tire rotation and balancing.West TX roads can be brutal for our suspension and a large pothole could throw off alignment on even a brand new car. For that reason all of my vehicles have the lifetime alignment service these guys offer and it can be used at any of their locations nationwide. They also take the time to give a quick look over free of charge to spot any other issues that may present itself over time and offer the repair service that can usually be repaired while they have it in the bay. I also like that they offer financing as some repairs can be quite costly, so you can pay out your repair over time rather than all upfront.

It was easy to set an appointment online. I arrived on time and they got me right in. They said that it would take and hour to an hour and a half but finished in about 50 minutes. When I had questions about the job the attendant said that he was not super knowledgeable about alignments and grabbed a supervisor that was very knowledgeable. Overall, I couldn t have been more pleased.

This location is very slow and will start doin work that isn't needed. Definitely would not recommend to any1. Sat here for over 2 hrs to change one tire then took it upon them self to change another tire that is good. Never coming here again. Will drive across town to avoid this location.

Finally got time to take back for warranty work they never got right from start. Picked up yesterday just to take back because out of alignment just picked up again and alignment is worse just in opposite direction plus popping in front end that I initially took into on first visit that hasn't stopped . Now they tell me it's ball joints which I told them might be problem the 1st time said 1250. To fix . Think I'll just take to a real mechanic and never do business again with this store. Think they need to hire real mechanics .

The guys here always take care of me! I was having issues with my vehicle and took it in early Saturday morning. Their sign said appointments only, but they made room for my vehicle. The ran tests & found the problem. I am a loyal customer. Larry was the one who helped me last & his customer service was phenomenal.

I personally won t be coming back to this Firestone they took almost 2 hours to do an oil change and it wasn t busy at all when I arrived people sitting on their phones and just walking around don t come here if you want it done quick

Needed tire repair. They would fix it with me in truck. I'm 100% disabled and can't walk. They wanted me out of truck. Hey Firestone! You won't have to worry about seeing me ever again!

Tire ripped clean off the wall. 5 month old tire might I add. We only went here to purchase because discount was backed up in May. NEVER AGAIN. We were charged to replace the tire when it was clearly a defect. Todd was extremely disinterested in keeping business. 50 bucks isn t the issue, the issue is the lack of concern that the tire was obviously defective, we shouldn t have to pay a dime when it isn t our fault, and my child was driving the car. WOW! Lesson learned, we will definitely wait for Discount next time, at least they are worth the money and stand by what they sell.

I drive a lowered car with a 1.5 inch drop, not a big deal in Austin but I stopped at FIVE alignment shops in Lubbock before stopping here today, and all five turned me away, with only one actually trying to get the car up the ramps, the rest not even looking at the car.Stopped here and Adrian visually inspected the car, measured the free space around the wheels, and then successfully got the car hooked up. He could have taken the easy way out like the other "Specialty" shops and just turned me away but he didn't.Brady did the alignment on my car and he did a great job. I stopped in due to tire noise they found lug nuts loose thankful they fixed this but then said my brakes were needing replaced? Midas just did my brakes in February, went over and they check them and they said they were still like newDo not trust them!

Went in on Monday they helped with a loose tire and then lied about brakes I just had replaced and claimed my battery was leaking. I unfortunately let them change the battery and went back to Midas for my brakes they advised were still in new condition. Do not go here

Took our car in for a repair and an alignment for 1500. When we got it back, the traction control light was on, so we took it back they said there was more(5,400 worth) that needed to be fixed, and it needed an alignment. They will never get another cent from me. I highly recommend NOT GOI G HERE!!

My son talked to the guy at the front desk. Unfortunately he didn't get his name, but he was very dismissive and had poor customer service skills. He seemed frustrated and rushed about the work that would be needed on his car. He instead referred him to a body shop called Gerber Collision, who had very bad customer service reviews. I'm so disappointed in Firestone and will not return to this location. Perhaps altogether. It's funny how one person's bad attitude can have such an impact on future sales and service.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

If you're ok with leaving your car all day for a blown fuse causing the backlighting behind the ac panel to be out and floor lighting to not come on. Just to get told "oh it's your instrument lighting button was on dim... I about blew a gasket ... we are not that dumb this was the ez out to avoid doing work... I literally took it home and found the fuse in the internal cabin fuse box and replaced it with a spare that was located in the cabin box ... 10 mins not 7 hours ... then get told they were going to run an electrical diagnostic and charge me $100 bucks to find the issue :( ... stop trying to rip me off please ... I told u the issue.. avoid till they get more staff

Employees are very rude. My son and i walked in to 4-5 employees talking, they finished their conversation before even addressing we had walked in. Bathroom was disgusting! I made an appointment but apparently that doesnt matter since i still had to wait 4 hours for a 30 minute job. Was told the tires i ordered were not at the store and was waiting for them to drop off right tires.. they wait for me to be there for 3 hours before even relaying the message! Firestone needs to work on communication! Save your money and go to discount, this place is not worth the headache.Service: Tires

I had to make an emergency trip up to Wyoming today(Sunday), and needed to replace the tires on the truck. Andrew, and the whole staff went above and beyond to squeeze me in before closing time, and were beyond professional and accommodating. Will gladly come here anytime for service.Very happy customer.

Took vehicle to get one new tire, oil change and recharge AC. Front desk guy, muscular Hispanic man (I believe his name is Adrian), has zero personality and acts as if he is put out to help with anything. Gives off the vibe that he doesn t want to be there. Service was good, he is rude and should be far far from having to do anything directly with customers.Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

We hit up the GMC dealership and got turned away for a simple filter change. So hit up Goodyear and was told to call Firestone. They were more than accommodating! We have driven from Utah hauling a fifth wheel so they were more than happy to help. Topped off all fluids and was super friendly and efficient!!! Thank you guys for showing us Southern hospitality and being there for us!!!

Spent 1400 to get my heat/air to work and was told sorry we didn t fix the problem. You need to pay another 2000+ to actually get the problem fixed but we still need the 1400. Will not be back. Money down the drain.

My wife had a flat tire late in the evening, close to closing time and Todd went above and beyond to make sure we got our tire back the same day! Very nice and understanding group! They've earned my business and will continue to come here! I highly recommend you give them a shot!

Todd L Powers is the most unprofessionally rude manager I ve ever dealt with. Scheduled an appointment for a coolant leak and was told it would all be done the same day. It wasn t! The next day they still hadn t touched it. I was told a pressure test was done on the radiator system but the temp fix (tape) I put on was still there. For a proper pressure test to be performed, that temp fix would ve have to have been removed. I was also told the thermostat needed to be replaced because it would not open, however when there was coolant in the system the vehicle cooled down just fine proving the thermostat was opening. Very dissatisfied with the service and the the manager Todd trying to charge for things he didn t need to, I threatened to never bring my vehicles there again, and the manager Todd replied good, we don t want or need your business and threw my key on the counter saying bye The only reason I got his name is because of the card that was on his desk. He refused to give me his name. After I threatened to call corporate on him and complain about the horrible customer service, he then searched me out on the internet, got a hold of my supervisor, and tried to get me in trouble before I could call on him, but obviously I did no wrong. Worst customer service ever! Todd L Powers doesn t have the emotional or professional ability to be a manager and should never be in charge of anything!

I brought my MDX here because I broke a bearing and lost my wheel and tire. I had to have my car towed. When I got my initial estimate it was 2100 plus 1400 to get the struts done. When I got my bill, it was 4700. When I asked what happened. They said they forgot to add in the new wheel and tire. Plus there were other expenses that they said came up after. None of this was approved by me. These guys are a bunch of scammers. They ripped me off of 1200. Do not go here. They have no ethics.Service: Steering & suspension repair
