Angelo and Angie from Family Powersports provided exceptional service during my recent bike purchase. Both Angelo and Angie were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs, making this the best sales experience I've ever had. I wanted to leave a review because I had my best boat buying experience to date. A gentleman named Jeff helped me through this whole process and got me into a boat that originally I never thought I could afford. Their pricing was substantially lower than anywhere else and the boat worked perfectly on the lake test. Definitely go talk to Jeff if you re even considering buying a boat. On a side note we drove from San Diego to Lubbock for this boat and it was still a great experience. Thank you Jeff and the rest of the massive team they had there.

We had to have some warranty work done on our new Indian Scout we bought at another dealership further from home. Blake was very kind, professional and informative about setting up our service appointment despite the fact we purchased it elsewhere. They got us in quickly and kept us updated on its progress. Dan did a fantastic job of fixing it as well. We will definitely be back!

I have been looking for a Malibu M220 for over a year to compliment my 2023 Manitou Explore Navigator (seen in my photos). Found a "perfect fit" at Family Powersports in Lubbock. Negotiated a great deal that included delivery to my home in Big Bear Lake, California. Jeff Apaun was the perfect "Texas Gentleman". Not pushy and extremely knowledgeable about Malibu, wake boats - and most importantly - my needs and wants. Coordinated storage for me in Lubbock until the May delivery to California.Ryleigh Hallmark (Business Manager) was not beyond accommodating and super nice (we are now BFF's).Derek Vigil (Parts Professional) hooked me up with two Ranger Wakesurf boards and a Bungee Surf Rope that will be delivered with the new boat.Can't wait to get to Lubbock in May for the intro to my new M220 before it heads to California!Thanks, Jeff, Ryleigh and Derek for an amazing experience!Is there an M240 in my future?

I had the best experience at Family Powersports, Jordan definitely does an excellent job explaining everything, being a girl I was nervous about going in but Jordan treated me like any other client and I absolutely loved it, I walked away with a 2023 CFMOTO 300 SS!! Definitely go give him a visit!

I ve been to this location twice, one time to buy my first helmet and another to service my motorcycle and each experience I ve had has been excellent.Bo in the parts/sales department is upfront and understanding with what I was looking for as a first time rider and guided me in the correct options on what to get. I now exclusively ask for him whenever I want to discuss new parts and equipment for my motorcycle through Lubbock Powersports and use his feedback to make informed decisions on what works best for my motorcycle.Bryce and Mario in the service department were excellent when I came in for my first service interval on my motorcycle; they even managed to fit me in the day I brought in the bike so I could ride out within a few hours. They also answered my questions honestly and provided me with insights on ways to take care of my motorcycle to maximize my riding experience.There were also a few other members of the service department that showed excellent customer service but I am blanking on their names right now. Overall, my experience with this location is nothing short of excellent and I will continue to bring my bike here whenever I need to!

The Lubbock, Texas branch is by far the best experience you can have when it comes to buying any Powersport! Lorenzo, Blake & the rest of the Service dept. crew are top notch people & always exceed my families expectations when getting our vehicles serviced. Can t recommend them enough!

Very happy with my Purchase from there! I walked in look around and abt 3 min in I met a guy Named Randall super nice and cool he helped pick out my first bike gave really good details about my cfmoto300nk. And everyone else was just so nice they helped me with everything and even cut me some slack! I'm super happy for going to Family Power Sports!

Bought a 2023 MT10 SP from Evan. As a past sales person for almost 20 years I can honestly say he did a excellent job relating and communicating to me different options. I had a decent experience with the finance guy but I will give this advice, make sure you have your ducks in a row before financing through the dealership. The service department specifically Austin redeem themselves by taking care of me after the sales. I had heard a couple of negative reviews from friends of mine but my experience was acceptable.

Big improvement over my last visit many years ago which was so bad it inspired me to DIY motorcycle repair/maintenance. The parts department ordered new tires and the price was competitive with online pricing. They did a good job communicating when the tires arrived and setup an appointment for installation. Brayden at the service counter was good to work with. I ended up getting a brake replacement and an oil change - both long overdue. Service work of any kind is expensive these days but the pricing was reasonable. I ll definitely go back instead of DIY next time.

Austin in Service has been a blessing, he is knowledgeable and has super people skills. Every dealership should be filled with an army of Austin's but the supply is limited. But if you need service make a bee line to the original at Family Power Sports in Lubbock, you won't regret it. I'm 80 and have been riding since I was 20 I know the real deal and friends it's Austin. Go have him help you like he helped me. You won't regret it.

We had a minor miscommunication issue with the delivery of my bike. However with one call they stepped into full customer service mode. I can't tell you how professional all of them were. The sales manager himself loaded and delivered my bike, and went above anything needed. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be shopping with them again for my big girl bike!

A few weeks ago, I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a pothole, bending and cracking my front rim on my brand new Indian Roadmaster. I rode it to Lubbock because my 500 mile service was scheduled at Family Powersports in Lubbock.With the help of a friend, we trailered it to the service department at FPS. The next morning I explained to Bryce in the service dept what had happened and that I was stranded and was more than 2 hours from home.He contacted my insurance company and went ahead and did the scheduled maintenance. In the meantime I was inside with my laptop open getting some work done. Everyone in the place was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Bryce worked with my insurance company off and on through the whole day. When he did not hear back from them and I couldn t get a hold of them, he took the situation to his boss and explained everything to him. They decided to go against usual practice and actually replace the wheel and tire from one of the bikes on their showroom floor in order to get me on the road and home safely.I understand the sacrifice they made by pulling one of their bikes off of the showroom floor. I can t express how thankful I was and am for their unbelievable service that day. In a time when customer service is at best mediocre in some places, Family Power Sports in Lubbock is top notch! I will always return there for my service and sales needs. I will also tell everyone I can about my great experience there.I also need to give a shout out to Beau in the parts department. He made sure that I left there feeling great about my purchase and even helped me out with a new flannel! I wear it every time I ride.Bryce, I apologize if I spelled your name wrong. Thank you so much for your hard work and genuine care about the situation I was in.
