Man this place is awesome. Guys are so helpful. Their expertise blows my mind! I told them what I wanted for my truck and they built a list for me that suited my needs. They showed and explained everything to me down to the very last detail. I m sorry I can t remember the 2 guys names but they were amazing. Their knowledge alone has made my mind up. As soon as I have enough money you guys will have my business! Thank you guys for looking after me so well.

DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT.. DO NOT. I got all new speakers in my Jeep as well as Apple Carplay Kenwood radio. I had to come in at least 3 different times AFTER getting it installed. The reason their labor is so cheap is because they don t know how to install anything. My radio went out on 2 different occasions within 2 months of getting it installed. On one occasion I was in Destin, Florida and went to another audio shop to get it re-wired. They did a fabulous job because my radio has not gone completely out since then but still will turn Carplay on and off every once in a while. My phone calls still have an echo to this day, there are popping sounds when playing music, and my steering wheel controls have officially lost all use. I ve been told by many audio shops that although I am still under warranty, I should not go back to get it fixed here. The audio shop in Florida actually talked to Driver s Edge on the phone and told me they were a lost cause. They said that my whole car had to be completely redone. Spend a few more bucks somewhere else because you will lose more money going here. The main guy will go to the back to grab his mommy when he doesn t know what to do. During my install they ruined the first radio with a drill and had to replace it. This was after trying to give my car back with a DENT in the dashboard kit. When you see them answering all of these negative comments in all caps saying they were willing to fix it, I promise they were not. Listen to the bad comments. They will also vape outside and smell like cigarettes. Trashy, unprofessional, uneducated, lying losers.

I brought in a 2008 rav4 for a android audio head unit swap. The unit didn t come up with a manual and the guys did it as they could have done. Clean install and all. And then some of the ports for usb aint working and the gps gets screwed up a lot. I called the manufacturer and they told me that I should have installed the antenna farther away from the unit. I was annoyed at the manufacturer not sending installation instructions so I went back to the guys and told them what the manufacturer said. no questions asked they re did part of the install with not extra charge and all the features of the head unit went 100% working. These boys are legit. Hands down the best place to put ypur money with if you want a clean job with good aftersales service!!! If I could give more stars I will.

The folks running this place are absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure that I received what I wanted and made sure that it was done right 100%. I will absolutely be bringing in every vehicle I own to have systems installed and windows tinted! My toddler daughter loved the staff and had a great time interacting with everybody while we waited! Thank you for excellent service.

Drivers edge is awesome! They helped me install an alpine and JL system in my bronco and I got the most for my money and the highest quality work. Everything they did is awesome and they were so helpful. I got quotes from other stereo stores in Odessa and Midland and they were way more expensive for less equipment. Thank you drivers edge for such a great install! Go to these guys for all your car audio needs!

Sold me a head unit for 500$ that began freezing and was un-usable within 3 months. I sent it in for warranty and got a new unit that they now want 120$ to reinstall. Be careful and steer clear i thought these were the good guys :(

I don't have enough good words to say about how quality of an install they did on my sons truck. We called on a Friday and they had us in the next day, and got us in and out within 3 hours. They listened to what I wanted and didn't try to over sell us or take advantage of someone who knows nothing about car audio. Very nice group of people who do quality work. Highly recommend.

This was my second experience using Drivers Edge Car Audio. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff and quickly taken care of. These guys were able to help me find what I was looking for on top of a full stereo install in less than an hour !!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the speed and quality of their work. I highly recommend.

Horrible experience funny restocking feeI am here for Apple CarPlay. I bought a $ 319.99 part with a plan over 1000$ without labor fee on the first day, and went to the store the next day to ask if there was a better solution. The store had a bad attitude and was ambiguous about the price. Finally, they give the bill showed that the labor fee added 6.5 hours! Hahaha I am not rich, I decided to return the first part I bought $319.99 but they ask for a restocking fee 50$.You waste time on me, SO DO I also bad mood so rude .. I am just a girl in 20s .. restocking fee 50$. Is this the way you earn money???

Super trashy and sketchy ppl got me for 200 bucks because they don't know what there doing. Trying to sale you stuff you don't need instead of being honest. I don't recommend this audio store to any one. God is gonna make it right! Believe that!

I don t remember who actually worked on my car but everyone there was friendly and the work was prompt. Of course they ll sell you a full-fledged stereo system if that is what you were looking for. And I would ve bought one if that was really needed. But I mainly use my audio in my car for recorded books. In troubleshooting the audio issue that I came for, they found a wire that had gotten loose in the trunk speaker. That was the only cause and the root cause of the audio issues I was having. So all I had to pay for was the labor. I left there satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism. I would consider them again for audio needs in the future.

I am impressed with selection, customer service, and knowledge of staff. I bought my system for my F350 Black Widow about 4 months ago. I went back to see them for some fine tuning and small adjustments. I really appreciated the owner taking the time to engage and just have a nice conversation. 2 of my employees and a friend have been over to see Drivers Edge Audio to get systems with the same experience. Oh, and for any of the reviews that complain about price .You can get a system that fits your preference and budget. The higher the quality, naturally the more you will have invested in your system! THANK YOU DRIVERS EDGE!

People friendly, knowledgeable and know their products. Posted signs for warranties by their business are on several locations around business and are clear to read along with other stated signs of what their warranty IS NOT. All were very professional while I was a visitor in their store to for short visit for friend on an unrelated business. Clean, well lighted and products are organized. Entry to building is off of Ave Q with parking to the east of the building off of a side street. Enjoyed talking with the folks in this business and made to feel welcome by Owners and employees alike.

I had some problems with my system that I installed myself not a professional and made some mistakes. The people at this location Did a fantastic job and customer service for service and seeing the concerns of what needs to be fixed in the future. I highly recommend going to this audio place for all your needs fantastic customer service..

II am from Albuquerque and was passing through Lubbock with my husband. My trucks car alarm would not turn off. After trying to work on it for an hour, I looked up car alarm services. It was past closing time and we caught Dean the owner outside. He fixed my alarm no questions asked,, and we were happily on our way. Thank you Dean!You are very appreciated!

These guys are awesome. After driving all over town and making ten different phone calls for an aftermarket part, I tried Driver's Edge. They missed my call and immediately called back and said they might have what I was looking for. Even though I pulled up 3 minutes before they closed they were waiting with the door open and a smile on their face. Took us a bit to research, swap parts out a few times and then triple check what I needed but they were the friendliest guys ever. Sorry I kept you 30 minutes late! But I will definitely bring my business here in the future and encourage others to do the same.

I've been a customer with driver's edge for over a year now. I was placed on the Drager Interlock device as terms of my probation and decided Driver's Edge was the place to go. With me providing them with my paperwork they made it easy and even helped me by showing me how it works. When taking it for calibrations and monitor checks Chris in service worked around my schedule to make my monthly appointments a breeze. The staff is very nice and were so helpful anytime I had questions. I highly recommend Driver's Edge they provide outstanding customer service it has been a wonderful experience for me. unprofessional and not knowledgeable workers. they will upsell the hell out of you and then not let you know that after they touch your car, you will have to jump your car to start it up. They destroyed my alternator and did not install the system they recommended properly. Whoever did my car should never touch car audio ever again.

I've been a part of Driver's Edge for over 7 years. Mrs. Velda and Mr. Dean are like parents to me, from my custom 73 Pontiac build to car after car they have showed me ways to even live better as a man. I'll forever be greatful for them and the shop!!! It's home.

Man , honestly Im waiting for my 2 way car alarm remote start to be installed . And I'm already satisfied with their experience, hospitality, and all around approach to my family and I . Out of courtesy Dean checked all my amp connections and even tuned it properly. Hands down with prices around they have beat all competitors. My shopping experience for other products and items , I scale them high as well! We have just started our customer experience with them and I give them 5Stars all around. As for their techs also coming out and giving me input and knowledge 5Stars as well.To all Drivers Edge Audio, Thank you Guys!You definitely show how to turn customers into clients!
