Took my shattered back window to a clean solid piece. Looks so much neater and got me in quick. Gave me an out the door price so there was no guess work in the labor and extra fees would go back! These guys need a bigger space to grow and continue to work! Keep it up fellas

They worked on a Saturday just so I didn t have to worry about my chips spreading in today s cold weather. They were willing to meet me wherever and whenever, had fantastic attitudes even in the freezing cold, and shared the process of repairing rock chips with me. Super thankful for their team and will forever use/recommend them!

Double T Glass has fixed several windshield chips and has replaced two windshields for our family cars. They are so nice and professional. You feel welcome there, and their sweet dog, Denali, will always greet you! The owner, Ginger, and the crew are friendly and make you feel at home while you wait. They also check your wipers and will replace them if needed.Thanks for taking care of our cars!

This is the company you want. 10/10 their customer service is nothing short of amazing! A rock hit my windshield at 5:14pm on a Friday & a major freeze is hitting us this weekend. They not only answered my FB message but one of their technicians, Justin was willing to come out to my house at 8pm and fill the hole for me! Ginger, the office manager was the sweetest throughout the process and their willingness to go above and beyond to save me from having to get a new windshield is just amazing! Few companies conduct business like that anymore & I just appreciate the heck out of it. They re also really well priced! All around I m so incredibly thankful & impressed!

I want to say thanks to the Office Manager Ginger B. On her outstanding professionalism on making my experience a priority and getting me taking care of in a timely manner. Justin did an outstanding job and replacing my windshield. I highly recommend Double T Glass 10/10

Double T Glass is a very humble company whenever it come to replacing your windshield, back glass, and even door glasses. The team there is very professional and works hard to keep all their customers Happy! Double T Glass has outstanding quality and knows how to make you feel right at home!

I had the pleasure of working with Ginger Benedict and she was absolutely wonderful! She was quick, and very helpful! I wasn t able to make it to the shop, so she had Justin came and was also very helpful! Definitely 5 star service from beginning to end!

Came in today for a windshield replacement and was very pleased with the timeliness the technicians completed the work. Was also highly impressed with the friendliness amongst everyone. The lady working in the office was very sweet and kind and the technicians were friendly, respectful and efficient in their work. Nothing better than great customer service. The staff is very friendly & accommodating which is rare these days! I was late for my appointment but I called to see if they could still squeeze me in & Ginger was just super sweet about it!I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

On a recent vacation from Colorado to Port Aransas, TX, we stayed one night in Lubbock and our vehicle was broken into in the hotel parking lot. Double T Glass was the only shop willing to help get us back on the road the same day we called - others had at least a 5 day wait. Within 45 minutes of calling Double T, we were in the shop with repairs underway. When there was an issue with the glass for our window not fitting, the owner was willing to have a special pickup done from a warehouse a couple hours away. During our extended wait, the owner gave us keys to their vehicle so we could go eat and find something to entertain us instead of being stranded in their waiting room for the 4 to 5 hour wait. We would give this business 10, 20, 50 or stars if we could! The owner genuinely cared about getting us back on the road to enjoy our vacation and went above and beyond to help us out.

Broken into at 9 am, they had me in at 2 and done in 30-45 minutes. Very nice people and very good at what they do!! Highly recommend if you have any problems.

The Staff at Double T Glass were excellent in their skills and workmanship. They called me between 4:00 and 5:00 in the evening confirming that I was coming the next day then they called me the morning of my appointment and confirmed again that I would be there at the scheduled time and even when I was late they called me and they were just so polite and nice. At checkout in time to pay they went above me on that job and I was just very impressed of the whole staff I would recommend them highly you need glass in your auto that's where you should go. Not to mention the price was a bargain because I shopped all over locating a place to go.
