They did an awesome job! I wanted custom tint work done on my headlights and taillights to complete the look on my new car. There are few places that do the custom tint job that I was looking for, but these did an amazing job, at a really reasonable price, and got me in for an appointment very quickly. Will definitely go back for all of my auto detail needs!

Magicians!!!! Wrapped my Tesla Model S in matte black and painted the trim gloss black. Drop dead gorgeous! (Was white and silver chrome). Service and communication are excellent. Price is on point. Will be returning .. Recommend without any reservations!

Let me start by saying that this is a good group of guys that are great at detailing. I ve had full front ppf, decontamination, and a level one detail done on the car that all turned out great. They offer fair prices and are great at communicating.My issue came with my tint. I had every piece of glass in my Tesla model 3 tinted. First go I had the side, rear, and front glass tinted. Unfortunately, there were hairs and other contaminants in the front passenger, rear driver, and rear driver pilot window. Took it back and they completely replaced the mentioned tint and it looked great. I still had some contaminants and a couple of small pockets in the rear window and windshield which I reluctantly let go. Assuming this was just a one-time mistake, I brought it back again for a front brow and sunroof tint. Again, there were contaminants in the glass, a sizable bubble, and glue stains. This time was much worse. I was upset, but once again, I decided to have them fix it, which they did without a question. Third try, they did seem to get it much cleaner with no contaminants, but then I discovered a couple of obvious gaps in the tint (pictured). I showed them at the time of service and they refunded $150 for the current service (top part of rear windshield). I decided to reach out to Quinn and request a refund for the top glass as well ($200). He was very apologetic and refunded the full amount plus the $50 warranty on the tint. While I am frustrated about the mistakes, I appreciate his willingness to make it right. Again, these guys offer top notch customer service, I just wish there was more attention to detail and quality checks on the tint before giving handing it over to a customer.I respect most of the work these guys do and I would recommend them for ppf and detailing. However, I cannot recommend them when it comes to tint after all of these issues. If you are someone who is particular about your vehicle s tint and values the details, I would look elsewhere. It seems like they just can t get it right. I ve had my previous two vehicles tinted at another shop in the DFW area and never had any issues like this. I really wanted to be a long-term customer, but unfortunately there have been too many mistakes and issues to justify any further business.

I recently had my front driver and passenger side car windows tinted at this location. They were fantastic! They were really quick, very professional, and in-fact improved the visibility of my driver's side window with the tinting process and technique that they used. I had some scratches on the window that was distorting my view, and the process used cleared my visibility almost completely- which was a problem I had trouble getting solved at other locations. Great work! Great professionalism!...and Absolutely recommended! Their pricing was very affordable also. Choose Distinguished Details!

Quinn and the Distinguished Details team are the best detail shop to use for your car. They did paint correction, Ceramic Coating, and new window tint on my Widebody Dodge Charger. They are extremely detail oriented on every car, and keep you updated on the process as they work on it. They also offer a wide variety of services for your vehicle. They also provide you with a whole manual on how to safely wash your car after it gets paint corrected and ceramic coated. It is the only detail shop I would use in Lubbock and definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a detail shop for their car.Services: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

I recently had my car detailed with Quinn and his crew at Distinguished Detail. This was the first time I have had anyone other than myself wash or detail my car. My car isn't the fanciest vehicle around, but I go out of my way to take care of it so it will last a long time and look good for as long as possible. Regardless, it is hard for me to trust anyone with touching or cleaning my car and I have been doing it myself for a long time but wanted to save myself a backache. I know that if you are reading this review and are looking for someone to take care of your baby, you are probably like me and very choosy and careful when it comes to your car. And I have to say, immediately after the wash and for the last few days, I remain incredibly impressed!Quinn took the time to explain that they use a two bucket wash method and as my car has a full front PPF, they are very careful not to peel or damage the edges of the film. After receiving my car back, I can testify they did such a high quality job; I am incredibly wary of swirls and scuffs on the car and their wash and detail made the paint pop and glisten. They take care to avoid swirls, and in the Lubbock sun, I saw that they took excellent care! My car was quite dirty and dusty (not soiled or caked in mud as cars sometimes tend to do out here in Lubbock) but after coming here, to me the car looks as new as the day I bought it. Perhaps even better!Speaking to Quinn, you can tell he is very enthusiastic about his work and passionate about the services he offers and the industry he is in. Him and his crew are EXACTLY the type of folks you want working on your hard earned vehicle. After the work performed, I can tell anyone reading this review that I trust Distinguished Detail with my vehicle.I have posted some photos of the car just after the wash and detailing, and a few from cars and coffee the day after the wash to show off his work. After speaking to him, I was confident this is the place for a proper wash and detail, and after seeing the work, I am sold that these are the guys to work on ALL my vehicles. I plan to get a paint correction and full ceramic coating with Distinguished Detail, and if their work on just washing my car is any indication, I am thrilled to see what they will do next with it!Services: Full body wash, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming

This is my second time to use DD for my ceramic coat recharge. They went way above and beyond and even cleaned my interior for free. They are without a doubt the best in the business and the only shop I would trust to leave my car with. But, pictures are worth a thousand words.

Distinguished Details came highly recommended to me for ceramic coating, which definitely lived up to the hype! I drove my Ford Raptor to their shop in Lubbock from Midland-Odessa area. Not too far away for Permian folks. I called in before hand and spoke to a representative who was able to answer all of my questions and put me on the schedule. The DD team was standing by as soon as I rolled into the parking lot. They completed the work with a high degree of quality, punctuality (took about a day & a half), and professionalism. Their shop was what you might expect--very clean, organized, with episodes from the Baha playing on the TV to smooth jams. I was very impressed. The DD team doesn't leave you hanging after the ceramic coating is applied. They provided a booklet and personal tutorial on how to maintain the ceramic coating. Also gave me recommendations for car washers in Midland-Odessa who know their way around ceramic coat maintenance. The value added through personalization is worth every penny. Very pleased with Quinn's job! He did amazing on my truck, I have never seen the paint as glossy like it was after he finished! The inside of my truck looked better than when I drove it off the dealership lot! Highly highly recommend him, not only for his work, but for his customer service all around. From meeting with me for a consultation, to getting my truck in fast, and getting it finished efficiently! Will return!

Quinn and his crew did an amazing ppf wrap and window tint job for me. Right out the gate, Quinn was friendly but professional, and he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions completely. We had a discussion about customizing the wrap job, and he noted my preferences. Even at that time, I noted that he was very approachable, and he had stopped doing what he was doing to talk to me.Josh wrapped the car for me and it came out literally, awe-some. The team had educated me on realistic expectations of ppf, and so later when some areas needed touch ups he was quick to fit me into his schedule and did an impeccable job.These guys are true professionals, and I appreciate their work, their attitude, and importantly, their customer service. They offer car detailing services too, so I will definitely be coming back.

I had my 5 y.o. truck detailed. I have had numerous dogs during that time and they ride in my car a lot. I don t think it was that clean when I bought it!! Nice people, and great service.

I purchased a black 2012 Mercedes Benz C250 that was in mint condition except the paint had severe swirl marks in the clear coat. I had Quinn do a stage 1 paint restoration with a 5 year Ceramicoat. The results were absolutely astounding! This was a way less expensive than a new paint job and looks just fabulous! Quinn in very professional and takes great pride in his work. He was willing to explain the entire process to me and answer any and all questions I had. He obviously believes in his product. I do not think I will ever purchase a new car again without having a protective Ceramicoat applied immediately after. The benefits are just too numerous to deny.

Purchased a ceramic coating and window tinting. Had a slight issue with one of the tints but it was promptly fixed without any issue. All the employees and the owner were courteous and the detail service was a nice bonus.

I took my 2019 Leisure Travel RV into Distinguished Details to have clear PPF and Ceramic coating applied. I also had a deadline of 4 days to get it all done. Quinn and his team did an amazing job and met my deadline. They are true professionals who obviously take great pride in their work. Quinn also spent a good deal of time with me explaining the process and products to maintain my RV's new finish. I am extremely happy with the work they did and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get and keep their vehicle looking great!

Unbelievable job removing hard water stains caused by my sprinkler. The car looks amazing and the paint is so smooth. Quinn is a very down to earth and kind hearted person. Quinn detailed and applied sealant to my 2018 Chrysler 300S. The finish is now better than new and it should be much easier to keep this black car looking good. Quinn made the entire process easy, even assisting with transportation. I will be back.

These guys are top notch. I have used several locations in Lubbock for tint. Everyone I have been to has done phenomenal work. Not only did Quinn and his team did a phenomenal job they were able to get me in last minute. I really wanted a tint job done prior to my car going to the shop. This was a great opportunity as it would allow the tint the cure. They worked around my last minute request and I can not thank them enough. I am thoroughly impressed with their work. We opted to use the their top tier window tint, evolve, and think the car looks very sharp. We will be returning to get the exoshield on the car. One thing I highly respect about Quinn and his company is his support to our military. It is rewarding to see business honor our men and women who serve our country.

My husband had the ceramic coating and color correction put on his new car, and OMG it looks amazing! It just completely changed the look of the car, the paint is so much more vibrant and every detail stands out more! It shines in every direction! The ceramic coating is a must if you want to protect your car and keep the car looking new! Quinn and his team are professional and explained everything in detail about the process of how to preserve the coating and information on what not to do. They even offer a mobile wash service that is fantastic and merchandise is available in store for purchase!
