I went in for a new tire and was taken care of immediately by Dakota C. He took me through the process and my options! Definitely recommend this location specifically and ask for Dakota C, he will get you taken care of!

Really took care of my truck. Factory tires wore out and I considered an upgrade to a larger size. They provided the info I needed to make a decision and then they made sure I was happy with it. I will be purchasing all of my tires from Discount Tire at 19th & Q.

I always love the service I get at discount tire, but today was just a little extra nice! They were jamming out to some good music and they still got me in and out in 20 minutes. 10/10!

Don't believe their estimate of wait times. Said 1 hrs to 1:20 minute. Car not even in service bay until 2 hours 15 minutes

After running around Lubbock, my last stop was Discount Tire to see if they sold tire chains. A salesman named Hayden walked out to meet me, and brought me inside from the cold and wind. Though the store did not sell chains, Hayden and his coworker (I did not catch his name, he was a blonde gentleman) helped me look for providers along my route, and even called another store on my behalf to look for chains. Their customer service was above and beyond, and I will definitely return for my tire services when they are due.

I was told that an appointment is really based on first come first serve rather than my appt time 2 1/2 hours for rotate & balance new guy was the excuse as to why it took so long and didn t air up all 4 tires after the rotate before handing me the keys .AND my steering wheel was left nasty!! All in all, disappointed.

The new recording would not allow for me to make an appointment and hung up on me. Second I took my vehicle over and walked back to work. I received the text however it NEVER updated. When I called almost 3 hours later NOBODY had record of my car. They finally figured it out. I was told they were done so I walked back and NOBODY could find record of me AGAIN. When they finally realized my keys were sitting on the counter. I walked out to my vehicle which was left unlocked. I have NEVER gotten such poor service from them and all three of our vehicles have tires from there. I now want to change businesses

Went to get my air checked and was needing new tires. Obviously it's a stressful time when you end up paying more than you originally planned, but these guys made it incredibly easy for me to be in and out with brand new tires, with a great price. Jeremy and Chris did great, as well as the attendant who was assisting with the Air Check lane. Thank you for the help guys!

Got a blow out on a busy Saturday. Spoke with Ansel and he was able to get me in and get new tires changed and out of the door within 20 minutes. He provided fantastic customer service and did a great job explaining everything. Definitely recommend, great experience compared to previous ones I ve had at other tire shops over the years.

So when for a flat tire and the sales guy tried to sale me a tire saying my sidewalls was out. The whole time I knew it was a lie because it had a nail in it but because I was driving a Benz he tried to up sales 325 for a tire all I could do was shake my head . the things people will do for a dollar mine you if they can fix it it s free. I guess that wasn t the case for me. I m never going back and I would say be careful

Always the best experience when coming to this Discount Tire location. They re always quick with locating an issue by understanding what I m explaining and providing a solution. In and out service is great too. It s respecting my time as much as I respect theirs! Thank you again.

We had an emergency tire repair for our Red Camper yesterday. They recommended tire replacement and did an excellent job. They were super helpful and kind and got us out super quick to get to our campground. We can't thank them enough. Our service advisor and manager were great also.We will never go anywhere else for tires. Thanks again, Nick and Maia.

Service at first was kinda slow . But overall it was good . Got my new tire done took about 2 hours to get a text saying in was ready but they put it on and made sure it was all good to go .

We came by today to have a tire patched that had picked up a screw earlier this morning. When we arrived, they did the safety check, and informed us that the front two tires needed to be replaced as they were at the bare minimum tread. This was something we already knew as it had just happened recently, and we told them we couldn t today but would very soon. They accepted the answer, but when we got to the bay, 2 different individuals approached and pressured us again to which once again told them we couldn t today, but would soon. They offered a significant discount to replace them both, so we agreed. We stayed in our car throughout the repair, and when they went to mount the new tires, I asked why we were not putting the new tires on the back instead. One of the guys who we originally talked to came over, and I asked him to the same question to which he condescendingly said well it s a front wheel drive vehicle to which I said well it s standard to put new tires on the back, and he continued to be condescending and said we can if you want . At this point, we were ready to leave and not happy with the experience so far, so I just said it s fine just finish. However, it literally does not matter if a car is FWD, RWD, or AWD, new tires are supposed to be installed on the rear axle since that is where stability comes from. This is literally listed on the discount tire website and receipt they give you, and is what literally every other place we have ever been to has done. We took the car elsewhere to have them be rotated properly and where we weren t talked down to like we were at this location. The other location also agreed that they should have been installed in the back. While we appreciate the significant discount this location gave us, the experience overall could have been better by simply treating us with more respect and dignity, and by doing the job properly.

Called to ask about tire availability due to having to cancel an appointment. A local dealership told me they couldn t guarantee being able to mount new tires for us, even if we left the truck all day Saturday. They were doing buy 3 get one free on the tires we wanted. Call this location verified availability and told them the situation. They asked if I had a quote and gave me an email to forward it to them. They did price match and saves us some money. Earliest appointment for Saturday was 0900hrs, but they said we could come in when they open at 0800hrs and they would get it taken care of. We arrived as they were getting ready to open and were promptly greeted along with other customers who were waiting. They were very efficient and professional in how they went through the process and followed the SOP we ve become accustomed to as customers at other Discount Tire locations. In approximately an hour they pulled the truck out with 4 new tires and the spare put up for us. Highly recommend this location.

Quick and friendly tire service. They will air up your tires for free which is exceedingly helpful for a college student on a shoestring budget especially during weather changes when tire pressure fluctuates. The tires they sell come with insurance and warranties which is very nice if something happens to them before they're ready to be replaced.

It was snowing today and I went in to get air in my back tire. Turns out that my tires were expired. Michael made sure I got a brand new tire. He cared so much about my situation. The customer service was stellar. I was in and out in of the store in 26 minutes.I really appreciate the team that changed my tire!I would recommend this store to anyone who needs to care for their vehicle.

Can not tell you how appreciative I am of this location. Was driving through to pick up my kiddo from Tech to go skiing during spring break and I got a flat. They had us in and out in 30 min to continue our trip. Everyone was nice and professional. Thank you to everyone who worked the morning of 3/13/22. You guys are awesome!! .

Went in for a last minute quote on a new set of tires, and received impeccable service for the time being. I arrived around 5:30, 30 minutes before they closed, and still managed to purchase a new set of wheels that I will be receiving tomorrow.Customer service is top tier, and the staff are extremely helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs.Mike can't guard me.

We were in Lubbock for a quick stop on the way to Ft Worth and discovered we had a flat tire when we got ready to leave. Aired it up and got to discount tire less than an hour before closing and they got us fixed up and back on the road quickly and efficiently in spite of the late hour and no appointment. Kudos.

Sat in the air check line for 15 minutes waiting. People standing around, nobody said a word. Finally got out and moved the barrier in front of me so I could leave there was a cute girl behind me so before I got off the parking lot some guy was immediately at her window to help. When I came back around the guy told me he was busy with a customer. I said there were others standing around and he said they weren't air checkers. I know this is a free service but what kind of customer service is this?

Went in for an air check. Turned out my tire was no good due to a nail or screw being in it.Ended up needing a new tire. They did not have my same tire but they did give me an upgrade for a minimal charge and off we went.This is truly the only place anyone needs to get tires. Can't beat the service you receive. Also, they way they seem to care about your situation and the needs of your vehicle.Really appreciate them.

Awesome! Experience! called ahead before i left to get my tire fixed waited for a little while! These guys were great didn't even have to get out of my vehicle! Very fast and friendly highly recommend for all you tire needs! Will definitely be back Thanks! For getting me back on the road!!!!

Showed up with a flat tire and apparently I didn't realize that that I drove on it too long and needed to be replaced. Was in and out in 30 minutes. They took very good care of me and my tire. Fast and friendly service!

Considering the roads in Lubbock are trash I tend to come here pretty frequently and they take good care of b me every time. If you live here... get the warranty when getting new tires
