Made the deal over the phone arrived at the dealership Joe made the deal smooth and painless no jumping through hoops no haggling everything was done just as we discussed over the phone ! Go see Joe update update update !!! After I got the car back to where I live it backfired stalled out and hesitated to start ! Took it to my mechanic and found out it s a flood vehicle that had been salvaged they claim it has a new engine and it s been gone over ! Buyer beware if this is a salvaged disaster car just think how many more they have sold to the public ! Get it checked out before you buy it don t sign anything until you ve gotten a carfax or run the VIN thru the state

Put 2200 down for a car made agreement I would come in for the rest of down payment which was way to much to begin with he wanted 3000$ down for a 2011 suburban with 200,000 miles already on vehicle,if u asked me he should of sold it for 3000$ but he was selling for 21,000$ outrageous i kno. I came back to give the rest of down payment , when he says no I still owe 1700 for the rest of down payment . If I'm correct 2200 plus 700 is 2900. I owed 100$ left for down payment. Where he got 1700 idk but he picks up my car . When I tell him I have the money to give me my car and I would gladly give him the money he refused and took my money and said we do not Wana do business with you . I had the car one month keep in mind. He basically took my money and the car to go sale to someone else . Watch out for this guy Joe, he is a thief and I pray he doesn't take from any other family in need. May God open his eyes and may he not ever scam an innocent person ever again . I highly recommend do not buy from this place they sell junk cars for high prices then take it car the minute they can .

Will never recommend again to anyone . I was 3 days late on my payment the guy showed up and took my car knowing I had all my belongings in the vehicle . Most places will wait a week or two . This place took my money and refused to give me the car when I offered them the payment for the car and it was 3 days late smh. When asked if I could pay the car and retrieve the vehicle they refused . So basically they took 3000$ from my family and took my car and I only had it one month !!!! Thanks depot auto sales for taking from me and my 5 kids y'all should be ashamed taking from a family in need . Joe presents himself like any other business man who pretends to care for the customer just to take ur money watch out for this guy . He really had me fooled

They are crooks, they wait for any little reason to steal the car back, try to over charge you, and then act as if your not paying enough money, they harass you over their payments even if you communicated what your pay schedule is. Not worth the time money or hassle.

Depot Auto Sales You're located on avenue q right??? 3 years ago I bought a Cadillac Escalade You want a 12 grand we agreed on 9000 cash... I drove it home... In the transmission went out... I took it back to you guys and you said there was nothing you can do.... I called the better Business bureau.... And they said you guys wasn't registered with them in so long to were there was nothing they can do for me..... I was going to take you to small claims court..... For realize that you guys signed and said that all your vehicles as sold is.... The one off of avenue q.... But it really doesn't matter because I found out it's all on by a Chinese man.... The workers are janky.... The mechanics don't know anything.... I don't see numerous reviews on you guys where people have went through the same thing I went through.... Were you guys have stiff them....
