I had a leaky left front tire on my Honda Odyssey. I tried to find 3 tire places that were all closed due to the cold weather. I found the nice people at Crest Tires. They remounted the tire for me and got me back on the road. Also, I am handicapped and was not able to get out of my car. They accommodated me and serviced my car while I waited in the car. Thank you very much for the kind service. Thank you especially to Robert for his hard work in this freezing weather.

I GIVE THEM A 0 LOW CUZ THEY MESS UP MY SENSOR ON MY TIRE CYZ THE DUDE KICKED MY TIRE OFF AN THEY TRY YO TELL ME MY SENSOR WAS NOT WORKING WHEN I KNOW IT WAS CUZ HOW IN THE HELL WUD MY CAR LET ME KNOW MY TIRES NEED AIR NOW MY LIGHT DOES NOT TURN OFF AN THEY MAKE EXCUES THEY REALLY THINK A PERSON IS STUPIDAN!THEYSAY DRIVE AROUND IT WILL COME OFF NOPE IT DIDNT AN I CALL AN THEU ACT STUPID THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR DONT TAKE UR TIRES TO GET FIX THIER

These folks have very reasonable prices. I needed a flat repair, and they were able to start work on my tire immediately. They fixed my flat and placed the spare back under my truck. Everyone that I encountered was extremely professional, polite, and proficient .

Went to crest tire today and they totally scratched the inside of my rim, they denied even fixing my rim, the Jose Rameriz threaten to fight me , the women who claims to own told me that all black rims get scratched , I asked the guys that change tires and they all said no but the women wouldn t let them say the truth ! I would go to crest tired cause your Tim will rid. Out like this and they won t do anything to fix it !! I only put 5 states cause git some reading the page wi t let you say negative things they do to people rims !!!

Leticia, the manager, did a great job taking care care of my spare tire need. She was informative and got exactly what I wanted. Jose did a fabulous job going the extra mile on my order with the labor he performed. Will definitely use them again should the need arise!! Thanks Leticia and crew!!

Went to the 34th at location. They gave us a $55 tire only to drive off and look at it more closely and see a giant air bubble in tire. Took it back and they exchanged it out for another tire that had a hole in the shoulder. I drive my kids to school and daycare and back every day. They should care more about the tires they sell.

I have been using Crest Tires since I moved back to Lubbock 4 years ago. It was recommended by my son who s been using them too. My most recent visit was for a nail in the tire of my Honda Civic. After I left, I realized my hub cap was missing. I went back and was told they didn t have it, it must have fallen off after I left. I ordered a new one-not cheap- and found out the hub cap is fitted with the bolts on the tire. No way it could have fallen off. I believe it was stolen. That woman behind the counter was looking at me as if it was my fault. It was my fault for not checking before I left but I believed it was an honest business. Please check your tires before you leave if you use Crest Tires.

Had a sensor go out ond they fixed me right up. They didn't have the sensor I needed but considering I didn't have the money for it that was fine. Got me running in no time. The lady Lisa at the front desk was very knowledgeable and very kind. Would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Cheap place compared to buy used tires but you have to be on spot while they re fixing. Don t go into the lounge to wait. Be on watch while they re replacing. You never know what they ll do.They broke one of bolts and I caught it at last moment. They refused to fix it. I left the shop with damaged tire bolt.

Did not buy tires but I tell you what. These people WANT TO HELP YOU!! She spent so much time trying to find back tires for my car. There was a line to the door behind me but she just kept on. Multitasking and running the whole show, with a smile!!

Best experience I've ever had at a tire shop Ave Q location, waited inside, lady was very nice and loved the cat lol. only took about 8 minutes. My go to place from now on. Thank you.

I highly recommend Crest if you are in need of a used tire. Customer service was top notch and Lisa handled everything very professionally and went above and beyond while helping me through the whole proess. I will continue to go to Crest for all things tires!!! Thank you Lisa!! 100%

I love this location - I have been to 3 Crest Tires and I felt that the Ave Q location and Lisa was the most courteous and professional...they were fast and very knowledgeable. The environment seemed naturally friendly, and not forced.Honestly, in the past I felt that Crest was a step down from bigger competitors like Discount and McWhorters, but today changed my mind!They also have the best prices in town I have found on new tires, and I didn't feel they were trying to push me into higher priced tires like other places. They definitely won a repeat customer.Give the Ave Q location a chance, and you won't regret it.

This is my first time here &' my husband called before coming and they saved tires for us. A few minutes later we come to get the on the car &' they said "we don't have three we only have two because the guy in front of you ordered them" also they stated we were next and we waited almost an hour to finish them. Highly do not recommend this place.

My compliments to the crew at crest tires on Avenue Q. More than once I have gone there and it would be packed with customers, but they manage to tend to every customer in a timely manner. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I'm getting my next set of wheels there in the near future. Well done.
