Charged me for a tire patch and didn t even put it on. Then recharged my wife to actually do the patch again. Very disappointed.

Came to this place for new tires on a car I recently bought for a trip! Replaced two tires and when I drove off I had to come back due to a noise my car was making. When I came back they fixed the problem, I left and came back the next day for a rim replacement. They replaced my rim and when I drove off I had to come back yet again bc of a noise coming from the wheel they worked on. As I drove off a second time, something metal flew off my car . I came back and asked for something that said what they did and my complaints; that way if something went wrong with the wheels area that they messed with, I had something to show. She refused and turned me away! The guys are friendly but the shop is awful. To have to repeatedly come back after they messed with my car for problems that weren t there prior and then basically be shewed off for something that they might ve done to my car. They tried to say it could be something from prior to them messing with my car! Don t come here.

A employee, a older tall man with no teeth came up to me and my daughter while we were sitting on the chairs outside to smile it can t be that god damn bad as I was squinting and reading the signs across the street. I didn t even respond. Extremely disrespectful and I will never be coming back. If I could have told them to take my truck off the jacks and went somewhere else I would have!!

Be careful when going to Crest on 34th as recently I bought two tires from them & neither one of them were any good. The first was literally splitting & about to explode not even two weeks after I purchased it. The second started going flat the day I bought it. It really upsets me that I ve had to replace two tires I ve already replaced because all my tires need to be replaced but I can only afford to do one at a time.

I had a nail in my tire. I had an appointment at Discount tire and they wanted to sell me a new tire for cheapest price of $200+, claiming that they couldn't repair it. I called Crest and they said they had the tire size I needed if I had to replace it. . Thankfully they saved the day by just repairing the tire under 30 minutes and then charging under $20.00 . Very fast and affordable. Specially on a Saturday without appointmentWill return for business

Horrible service broke my rim blamed me for it when it was not broken when I brought it in lady there is so rude no respect and I also heard of other problems they have cause on others cars that others shop have had to fix but if you want a great experience go to Wreck em tires they are very friendly and respectful and took care of me they are on 4 th st

Fast and friendly shop for nail removal and tire repair. I stopped in 15 minutes before close and they had me on the road in about a half hour for under ten bucks. Great service!

On a call to the store to get a price on 4 new tires for my dodge ram , the lady told me I have to look up what size tire, which I just googled it and then I ask is that a 50k tire or a 75k tire she said I think they are. I said which one she said there 50 to 75k I told her ill just go somewhere else. I don't think they need to be selling tires.

Best place ever to get a tire fixed if you have a nail. Fast and friendly, unlike major tire dealers who have attitudes you ll never get that here. When I need new tires I will be coming here.

I had bought tires from them before, but t needed two additional. They are priced fairly and have a good warranty. Friendly and courteous staff. The young lady that waited on me was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely do business with them again.

Amazing, quick, and friendly staff! Excellent service and adorable shop animals. We really enjoyed our short wait for getting my tire replaced because the lady at the front desk was fun to talk to! Some fun characters. Thank you so much for helping us!

Second attempt after various recommendations to get a used tire I found them more expensive than buying new tires from Wal-Mart. They are too busy for quality customer service. I waited an hour my first trip only to figure out on my own they couldn't possibly serve my need before closing. Never even told me of a long wait time for a flat tire!

Nearly 2 hours to fix a flat.. I saw they had a now hiring sign. I suggest raising the staff s pay in order to get your company to move faster and more efficient.

I went to the 34th location to get a tire swapped out. Everything was fine, until I went to pay. They told me if I had my tire balanced. I told them I hope so. They said not all people want their tire balanced, then they come back an complain when their vehicle is shaking. I said well I'm not other people I want it done right. They told me if I want to come back. I told them I'm here now might as well get it done. They added an additional charge. No problem, then after they take off my tire an balance it, they tell me I have an additional charge for taking my tire off an balancing it. Something they should of told me from the beginging. There are no signs saying what's an additional charge an what isn't. So I paid the additional charge an told them thats information a customer needs to know before hand. Also, when I asked to speak to a manager. They told me there was no manager there yet. Horrible they couldn't wave a $5 charge to what I believe would make this situation right. NOT GOING BACK!!!

I'm from Fort Worth and this was my first time going there for myself! They were Awesome! I was referred there by my sister Sheena McBride! They were so courteous! The ladies held conversations as I waited getting to laugh is always good! And the men also laughed along and were such gentleman! It was very comfortable! Ill be going there from now on!
