I've been here 4 times to get new tires mounted and balanced, twice for flat repair they get you in and out quick! Discount and Firestone are good but it seems to take half the day. Its nothing fancy but you tell them what you need and they get the job done!

I had heard from a friend this place was the best place in Lubbock. Guy was super nice, very fast, and only cost me $9. Will definitely come back if I have any more nails in my tires. 10/10 recommend this place.

Great service I've been going there since it opened. They have always given me great service and done the job fast and efficiently. Their prices are very reasonable. I give them a 10 on the time it takes to get you going again.

You get what you pay for. Decent deals on used tires. But the service is not the same at all locations. Bought a tire that went flat the same day. Brought it back told it was a slow leak but "OK". They aired it up and sent me on my way. The next morning flat again and this guy still not replacing it.

I paid them to balance my tires an they didn't do it right I asked them not to static balance them to balance the inside an out an they insisted on ignoring what I had to say an did static balance anyway this is the most sorry tire shop I have ever been to hands down out of 5 stars I'd say they don't even deserve a star

Went to have a tire patched. And while the gentleman looked over the tire he found a defect that we had overlooked. Saving us the cost of a new tire. You see you see the tire was fine it was the valvestem that was the problem. And a valve stem is much cheaper than a tire. Thank you crest tire for your professionalism and helping us get back on the road.

Quick and affordable flats fixed. Always do good work. They fixed one flat and checked another tire for leaks in about 15 min. Looks like they also have used tires for sale. The three workers there were very friendly as well.

This place is an awesome tire shop.. willing to help out and treat everyone great. Guess what I like most is the young guy and the owner really know their stuff when it comes to tires and know how not to tear-up your vehicles wheels and studs. Also worthy of mention they're not trying to tell you right away hey we can't fix your tire just so they can sell you one of theirs like other places! Overall 5 stars absolutely and would highly recommend... I live on the North side of town and this is our go to tire shop! Thanks Crest!!

Just got tires balanced but did awesome job. One tire had water in it throwing balance off, he didn't hesitate to break down tire, remove water , remount and balance tire at no additional charge. I will definitely will use them again

Horrible place. My husband got a tire fixed here that started giving him trouble two days later, he got one of my tires replaced and it kept leaking so I went to discount tire only to find out its a whole different size the one they put on there. Update: the tire stem was messed up also which was why the tire kept leaking.

I had a flat and brought it here on a Wednesday they said it had a screw and that they patched it well I paid went home and it continued to go flat came back to get it checked out again Friday and I could swear the man was flat out drunk. He was slurring and could not even stand up straight. He was also rude after we let him know that it had continued to go flat. I do not recommend coming here.

Wish that I could give it less than one star, got there it was only one person there getting a tire fixed, we were next in line nobody greeted us they ignored us and then, three more cars pulled up they skip passed us and started helping the next person after having us sit there for 30 mins. Never will i ever go back.

For what you are paying its really great. Had a flat and bought two used tires from them. They replaced the flat and the other lowest looking one. I drive to wolfforth twice a day through the construction,where i got the first flat, and the tires from crest are still going strong. Roughly 3 months so far. They were courteous, prompt, and very busy. If you have kids take snacks. There isnt much around to walk to.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Hours say open until 6 I entered at 5:22 and no one greeted me. As a matter of fact one man just completely ignored me and the other man told me they were closed because they had somewhere to go. Rude and unprofessional.

I waited here until well after 8, when they open, to get a tire. I was already late to work, and I couldn't wait any longer so I left and went down to Flores tires and got help. I'm not sure who was supposed to open that day but I won't be back to this crest location.

Saturday hours show 8-2 on door. 8:45am and still closed. Not first time we had this issue visiting this location. Sad!
