Joe and his team are fast, efficient, accurate with not only repair estimates but also time estimates, they are super communicative about what s happening with your repair, knowledgeable with any questions you have, and most of all, kind and friendly. They are fantastic and while I hope not to have to use their service again, I won t use anyone else if I need that service. I cannot say enough good things about Crash Champions, Joe and his team. Thank you so very much!

AWFUL service, they lied to me about being able to fix my car. I recently got my car stolen and originally they told me they could work on my car. One of the employees even went as far as to tell me the steps they would take to do so, how it would take longer because it had been stolen, talking about how they would look for under carriage damage, that they would bring technicians in from Gene Messer to fix the steering wheel column, etc. I left my car at crash champions trusting that these people would take good care of my car and didn t hear from them for almost 2 weeks. My insurance company called Crash Champions to check in because they never sent out an estimate. CC told my insurance company that they couldn t work on my car because of the damages that my car had (damages that they were well aware of from when they first inspected my car right in front of me). My insurance had to call me to tell me that. No one called me or my insurance company in a timely manner to let us know. I wasted 2 weeks of my rental coverage due to CC. I called to ask why no one from CC called me to let me know or why they lied and told me they could work on my car to just let it sit there and rot for no reason ? I am beyond floored and angry. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE FIX YOUR CAR.

Joe was great to work with. My insurance company (StateFarm) recommended them. I had gotten two more quotes from other companies but went with Crash Champions as they had better reviews. Took my car in and Joe gave me a fair price on the work. I took my car in and in 5 days, I got a call that it was ready. Upon inspection of my car Joe walked me through to insure I was happy with the work. The job was done well and didn t look like any work was done on it ( that s how good it was). I would like to say that I had the best experience at Crash Champions. I would recommend them for your car repair. They were very efficient and speedy. I thank you Joe for helping me with my jeep who went above and beyond to make this less stressful, and I thank the lady in the office and gentleman for delivering my car to me when I couldn t get away. During a time when appearantly about 40,000 vehicles in Lubbock needed hail damage repair, I had the misfortune of getting caught in a hail storm in Colorado Springs. Crash Champions is a preferred provider for my insurance company. They were friendly and coordinated well with my insurance. They kept me posted on the progress and any delays. Their work is guaranteed for as long g as I own my vehicle. Definitely recommend. Great job, Crash Champions.

Crash Champion , still in amazing job on my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was driving home from San Antonio Texas to Albuquerque, New Mexico when a deer ran out in front of my car. I unfortunately hit the deer and it took most of my front end and headlight with it. Crash Champion s has been so respectful, informative, and diligent with my car. it went from looking like a broken mess to as new as when it was bought on the very first day. I would like to also say thank you to Joe, he is the best person I have ever worked with in the collision industry. He was informative every step of the way, he was willing to look into decisions, made by the insurance company. And he was able to bring everything together into such a nice package. I just recently went down to Lubbock Texas to pick up my car. The engine runs smoothly, the paint is beautiful, and I made it home safe. They waited 30 days (last day rental is covered by insurance) to tell me the parts for my vehicle were on national back order with a tentative arrival/ship date of march 29 and wouldn t assist with rental costs due to their negligence. Titus also told my adjuster totally different things when we finally were able to get ahold of him. I was very patient and called weekly for updates on my vehicle with no luck. My car had to be totaled out due to the extensive wait time and had they simply communicated this 7-14 days sooner I d have a new car and not be footing a monthly bill for a rental vehicle. Do not recommend.

The Crash Champion body shop are very professional and experienced, they work very hard to get repairs done... In my case we had a 2023 vehicle and parts were very hard to find due to it being so new.. but after repairs it looked immaculate and just like new, I would highly recommend any one to get their repairs done at Crash champions in Lubbock...

We used Collision King West to repair body damage from an insurance claim on an older Toyota. Cannon was proactive and stayed in communication throughout the process, explaining when we were waiting on the insurance company, waiting on parts, prepping for painting, etc. They may not be the cheapest option out there, but from what I've seen, they do the repairs thoroughly and properly. Would highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys are the absolute best experience I ve ever had with a body shop. I would recommend it this collision king location above all body shops in Lubbock hands down. Paul and Cannon go above and beyond and actually authentically care about the customer. Don t hesitate to go see these guys. Fast, fair and friendly. What else can you ask for? They have my business from now on.
