I had someone collide into me in November of 2021. I had chosen collision king, as they had good ratings and were "in network."The vehicle was in the shop by the end of November.I had gotten my vehicle back in June of 2022.There were several issues with body work.They picked up my car twice from my work and the issues were not resolved.I asked to bring it in, yet I had to continue to wait to be put in to a rental for the repairs to be rightfully completed.It is now September of 2022.I was told the repairs were done, yet upon inspection of the vehical there were still issues with the body work.The car has been returned 3 times since the initial repair.I had an employee tell me that my bumper is supposed to be separated from my headlights.I actually snapped the part back in, in front of the employee; showing that, in fact, the piece was not properly placed.This has been an extremely frustrating process.I would have expected better performance from a place so highly rated.Yet this was not my experience.If I were to be in another wreck I would not choose Collision king as a repair shop.I would neither recommend this shop either.9/19/22My vehicle has been given to me again with a few problems. A maintenance light was lit on my dashboard and the blinker light is flashing double fast. (The wire was not properly connected, I connected it myself) Also the steering still veers towards the right.How many times will I need to have to bring my vehical in to be fixed?03/01/2024The alignment specs are spot on. There has to be a bigger issue with the parts or the work that was done. They have made several promises to get the car back in for repairs. Yet this hasn't happened.The paint on my front bumper will chip off when I scratch at it with my nail. They have said they can't warranty rock chips. I don't believe they are rock chips, yet more of an issue with quality of paint.

Definitely recommend crash champions, the front ladies have well communication, & the repair team is awesome, mario also did a great job assisting and communicating during the process. Whole process took a little over a month, but i was kept updated the entire time, I would use them again in the future.

I took my truck to have it repaired, when they gave me the vehicle the entire inside was disgusting, everything was dirty, the roof had marks from dirty fingers, they scratched my dash and the passenger seat, they told me to take it again to correct those problems but in truth they only corrected some things, the vehicle again was all dirty inside, the roof was equally or more disgusting, glue residue, in short there is no one to verify if the work was done well, there is no quality control . first and last time I use them for some work

Did a HORRIBLE job on my vehicle after my wreck. Supposed to have ordered parts to redo work months ago and still has not been completed. My door still sticks that should have been fixed and it also didn t get buffed out correctly after they redid paint. If I could rate negative I would. Not to mention my car got extensive hail damage while being parked at their facility for my repairs (my vehicle would of been in my garage if I would of had it) This has been an ongoing ordeal since June.

After my son was finally able to CK his pickup out, he noticed things that were broken that hadn't been..smh I think you need to fix his pickup and rent him another pickup in place of his. This son of mine worked his rear off to save and buy his own vehicle just to have it damaged by your staff. I'm going to address this with our insurance.

Fantastic experience! They made my car like new again. Highly recommend! Lee called me every few days to update me on the progress and kept me informed of any changes. They worked with my insurance for a seamless experience. So thankful I used Crah Champions.

My car came in for repairs in December of 2021.I had received my car in May 2022.Several repairs had not been completed correctly.Including missing pieces.Pieces not completely finished.Sensors not being connected.The alignment off.The headlight not working.It's been such a frustrating experience.The insurance claim was completely maxed out for repairs yet the repairs were not done right or completely.It is now 2023 and I will still need to bring it back for several issues.

I've used this shop through Farmer's Insurance twice this year. The first time was to repair a rear-end collision and the second time was to repair hail damage. They did a good job both times and got my vehicle back to me faster than expected.

People need to learn the law. Don't let your insurance company believe and to go into Shaw be just because they have a kickback. You have the right to go anywhere in Texas and that insurance has to adjust anywhere you want to bring. It doesn't mean you have to get it fixed there

I took my car in for a paint job on an oem bumper and a brand new oem headlight (both straight from honda themselves) install on my s2000. They were organized as far as time management and when I contacted them they helped me when needed. I was told this was the best auto body repair shop in lubbock and based on how friendly and helpful everyone who worked their seemed, I was sold. Unfortunately, my car was returned to me with the body lines misaligned and the paint was great just had one small problem. The paint puddled and dried up near my headlight(not too noticeable but I notice because my car is my prized possession.) I took it back to get the bumper realigned and they fixed It for the most part and returned my vehicle to me promptly. Unfortunately part 2, on that same night (yesterday) I realized my headlight was not working. So I took my car back this morning and they claimed to have fixed it and they charged my a second time today for the fix. I paid and needed to leave town immediately for an emergency and did not have time to complain about $30 to fix a headlight that I had paid them yesterday to install. Now that I am in a different city and I trusted that my car would be in drivable condition the headlight still does not work... I will be calling back tommorow to hopefully get this sorted out, one thing I can attest for is thier willingness to resolve any issues. I did want more work from them done but needed to go out of town for an emergency and I'm glad they were even able to paint what they could in the first place I just wish I didn't have to keep going back. (Update still have not been contacted regarding them fixing this. Everything I purchase for this car is OEM and they scratched my brand new lense a lot and didn't even install it flush. I would really appreciate an email or call regarding this issue because I have more work to be done and from what I hear this is the best place in town and I have now returned to lubbock.)Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I chose this company because I thought I would be getting a quality repair on my vehicle based on the multitude of good reviews. I got my car serviced on December 1st for a bumper replacement. I got my car back on December 7th and the outside looked great, but upon further inspection, the body clips were not replaced and the fitting between the bumper cover and the fenders is poor and loose. You can see how loose it is in the first photo. I guess I was expecting a more quality job done on my Acura.Service: Body & Trim

They never gave me any updates after the vehicle arrived. When I called after a week to ask for status of the vehicle they were rude. I was told they would call me in 1-2 days with the estimate. After 2 weeks I called again and they were again rude and hadn't even touched the vehicle.

I do not recommend. They do not do good work even after two attempts. I think they currently have so much business they just don't care about quality. Wound up with trash in the clear coat and scratches from the buffer when it got away from them and skipped down the hood. This was after rejecting it the first time they said it was done.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of every employee. Including enterprise. The estimator was very helpful and He exceeded my expectations in assisting in the repair of my car. I highly recommend this body shop!!! They did not disappoint! Clean & professional facilities and employees.

Truck was rear ended in 2021 and repaired at at CO dealership. They missed some damage and Mario at Crash Champions did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem, working with the insurance company, scheduling the repair, and getting it done right! Thank you so much, Mario! You and your team are great. I love this truck and was just sick that it was still messed up. A few months after you repaired it and it's taking on the mountains like a goat!

Service was horrible. I took my Jeep there to get fixed. Got the inspection done the day after the wreck. They gave me and the insurance company the invoice. Told me that they have to order parts and will fix it when parts get here. Waited 3 weeks and called them to get update on parts, lady at front told me Syrita wasn t there and she ll call me back. 2 weeks go by, no call back so I called again and lady at front directed me to her office and I got a machine. Waited few more weeks, called again for updates. Lady at front told me that Syrita will call back and I said, no, I did this 3 times and got nothing so I m talking to someone else to get update, so she said she ll help me and looked at computer to see what s wrong. She informed me that the work was canceled by CUSTOMER. I asked for the name who canceled because I know my wife and I didn t cancel. She said, it just says customer. WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR THIS.I called insurance about this and they called IMPACT COLLISION and got appointment following morning. Impact did invoice and said the parts ARE IN TOWN AND FIX RIGHT AWAY. I ll get my Jeep back in about a week.

I picked up my car after 6 month in the shop, I drove it on the highway going home, the bottom engine cover under the engine fell off and start making a very loaud noice, they forgot to fastin it correctlrey and did not use enogh fasterners , I was vey scared from the noce it starts making becoust it was metal cover and I was on the highway.
