Had them give me an estimate on repairs on one of my vehicles and requested OEM parts. After I chose them to do my repairs I hit my vehicle back with after market parts. One side of the vehicle is completely a different tone and body lines just matched up. Didn t even take the time to plug all the light or anything sensors back in and refused to fix what they failed to do. If you looking for quality work I d look elsewhere

Shelby checked my vehicle out and she and the technician Mike crawled under, and looked all around making a thorough evaluation. After Shelby looked up the parts cost before giving me a cost for the repair. The other place I went to barely opened the hood.They were spot on with their assessment and even found some things were not damaged which saved me some money. How often do you see that today !!

I took my Mazda in for repairs. Got a call that was ready but when they brought me the car and I went to sit in it, the cabling running to the rear view mirror was hanging down across the drivers side, just dangling there. I asked them to come out and look at it and they fixed that issue, sort of. A piece of plastic that the cabling was running through when I brought the car was missing. They couldn t locate it. They said they would order me another one and install it when it came in. More on that later. As part of the repair, They had replaced my Passenger side mirror. I picked up the car and a few minutes later went to adjust the mirrors and the passenger mirror they had replaced did not work. It would make a noise but it wasn t moving. I took it back, thay said they d order a part and let me know as soon as it came in and they d fix it. Said it should be there the same week. I didn t hear from them for 2 weeks so I went by, they still didn t have part. After calling again a week later (they still hadn t called) they said the part was there and to bring the car in, I did, the guy who was supposed to replace the Mirror hadn t shown up for work. Went by again a day or 2 later and they replaced the side mirror. I asked about the part for the rear view mirror - they still hadn t ordered it. Another week or so later, (again they never called) I called again and they said they had the part. I went by, it was the wrong part. It s been several more weeks, still no call.

They were professional at every level. Sadly they weren't able to fix our van. Due to the scarcity of parts for our van, it took some time to get our parts in. Then a deer decided to jump out in front of my wife and totaled the van. I'm kind of glad it took forever for the last part to come in. Then all of the hard work they would have put into it would have been for nothing. I've seen the excellent work they have done of my friends car. Couldn't tell it wasn't factory. That's the quality of their workmanship. 10 stars if I could.

Basically the best place to go if you or someone else f***ed up your ride. The Texas ave location has one of the best employees in the business. I believe his name is Dustin, dont get me lying but that man should be running that location he is a crash champion. Thx guys!!!

My 2014 scion tc was hit in a parking lot and collision king wanted to just total out my vehicle rather than do the work. So I came to Edwards body works and they not only did the job but did an amazing job as well, and took care of any other issues I had immediately I highly recommend coming here. Shelby, Jennifer, Jason and the rest of the crew will take good care of you and your vehicle. I will be coming back very soon myself to get my windshield replaced and climate control knob fixed. THESE PPL ARE AMAZING! I was visiting lubbock, got in an accident, and took my car here. They figured out what why my car wouldn't run and fixed it within a day. Incredibly nice wonderful ppl. Had a small fender bender which put a good-sized scrape on my back bumper. Took it to Edwards and spoke with Shelby. She did an estimate and said it would be about $750 plus two to three days in the shop. She also said, "Let me get that red paint off and then you can see what you're dealing with." She got some paint thinner and rubbed the red paint off my silver car and now there's hardly any damage at all! She didn't have to do that and could have gotten me to come in and pay to do all this work but she didn't. Very friendly, very nice, very honest! If I do need body work in the future, I will definitely come to Edwards!

Edwards body works did an amazing job! I accidentally scraped my husband's truck. They were able to get it repaired in a week, it looks perfect you cannot even tell it happened. I would definitely recommend them for any body work. They were very friendly and professional.

I do not recommend this body shop whatsoever. My car took over a month to get fixed which should've taken at most 2 weeks, and then when i get my car they still didn't replace a broken part. My alignment is off, which any body shop would make sure is aligned before giving the car back to the customer. They didn't fill up my car with gas so when i left the body shop I ran out of gas a mile down the road, and the staff doesn't pay attention to detail. My car used to make a noise when i locked it, and when I got into my wreck the noise stopped, and the body shop didn't fix my light either.

Very friendly folks! Highly recommend! Go see them! For all your body repairs! I do! My vehicle is in their care for a second time! I don't trust any other shop with my vehicles! Give them a try!

I was in a wreck and was given a list of suggested body shops from my insurance company. After reviewing the suggested body shops, I decided to go with Edwards Bodyworks, even though the insurance company hadn't requested them. Edwards worked wonderfully with my insurance company making the difficult time much easier. My car apparently had a lot of damage but now you can't even tell I was in a wreck! I would highly recommend Edwards Body Works!

Jason and the good folks at Edwards are friendly and patient. They walk you through the process so there aren't any surprises. They are upfront with you and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. I have recommended them to several friends and colleagues and every one of them has had a positive experience.

Definitely recommend this place! I had to have my front bumper and one of my front lights replaced several months ago and they did a great job. I would certainly come back here if anything were to happen to my car again!
