I would give ten stars if possible. I've got a '94 corvette that after someone else worked on it leaked oil like crazy. After calling a number of other places; some asking me where it was leaking from! how should I know that's why I'm calling you!, I call CAR. I explained to Greg that my water pump had been leaking; the original problem, and he knew exactly what the end result was. A burned out distributor system. Anyway after talking to him for a few minutes I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. Greg quoted my a price and service plan that I felt was fair. I realize how much work they were about to do. After having my car for about a week, Greg asked my to come down so he could show me what was going on. Apparently the last mechanic somehow "forgot" the water pump oil seal and gasket. In the end they DID NOT have to tear the front end completely down to the oil pan, AND!! it was only going to cost me half as much as quoted!! Who does that?! Seriously? Only charge you half of what they quoted you. Thank you Greg and all the folks at Complete Auto Repair.

Really not a good place to go..estimate included a $600 charge for a part that could be purchased for $50 here in Lubbock. When I saw that, I got my car and just left..Got it fixed for $150..these people wanted $1100 for parts and labor for a $150 job.

Took our 2010 Audi here after a few places gave us the run around. I spoke with Greg about our vehicle anytime anything came up I spoke with Greg, never anyone else, always one person. Greg was very informative and detailed about the work that needed to be done. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Claimed to have more knowledge than other garages, even talked down about Oreillys.Kept my car 4 days, and charged me 180 for the same information oreillys had given me for free.Wanted more than the cost of a new engine to fix a timing issue.(Almost 1800)Claimed they needed to rent a special tool to do the job, but that tool only cost 40 bucks online.I wont be using them again

Honestly one of the best and honest mechanics I've ever visited. One time, I thought I had a serious timing issue with my car because the engine was starting to rattle, so I brought it in. They took some time to look at it and realized it was just a loose bolt, so they tightened it up and gave the car back to me, and they didn't charge me for their time. I am now a lifelong customer because they definitely had the opportunity to rip me off and charge me hundreds or even thousands for a timing service, but they did not. They do things right, and for a fair price.

I when in an emergency situation and they got it sort of moveable but I was overcharged by a long shot. They said a diagnostic would have cost me 200 and when I spoke to one of the other stores without them knowing I was a costumer they gave me a much cheaper price. I replaced a hose in the car and was charged 140 for it when most other places cost 80-100. It wasn t much but it was the little things that added up when I could have spent less money at a better quality place with cheaper price. I just felt I was gouged/ taken advantage of for the situation I was in and they did so because they knew it wouldn t be easy for me to get to another location.

This is the most horrible car shop I ever been, my most DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE with car shop!!!I hope there is NEGATIVE STAR!!!DO NOT GO THERE!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!I have problem with my car sensor, Post Catalytic Converter Oxygen Sensor needs to be replaced. They did nonrefundable diagnostic TWICE for $154.44+ $154.44, when they give me my car, it was broken! I cannot close my door!!! The left/ right signal light does not work!!! I was so frustrate and literally cried in my car!!! It was totally fine when I gave them, and they claim they didn't do anything!! They do not want to be responsible for my car!!! The lady in the front desk was so rude!! So I was so stressed and don t know what to do, I was crying in my car, drove to the 289 high way to home can t close my door, without Right/left signal light. Then my friend helped me took my car to another car shop, after they heart the horrible experience with Completed Auto, they did not charge me the checking fee. After checking it showed the Completed Auto burned a wire inside my car, and I have to order the part they broke which its cost $320 to fix it.They gave me a quote to fix my sensor its $623. But this car shop my friend recommended takes $300 with labor to fix it.Complete Auto: $154.44 + $154.44 (just for plug in their computer to check) +$320 (fix the part they accidentally broken), so I spent more than $650 just for them to break and fix my car!!!It takes another car shop $300 to do my car, and takes Completed Auto nearly $1000!!!As an international student without any financially support from family in US, This experience is just AWFUL AND DISASTROUS!!!I HOPE NOBODY GO THEIR AND GET SCREWED!!!HOW COULD PEOPLE CAN BE AWFUL LIKE THIS????!!!

When we broke down outside of Lubbock over two weeks ago, we had our car towed to Complete Auto Repair (on Slide Rd.). We selected Complete Auto Repair because it was one of only a few automotive shops that were open on Saturdays. Greg was honest, patient, and understanding of the fact that we were stranded from out-of-town. After renting a car to get home, he continued to provide us with information on the status of our vehicle over the phone to help us make the appropriate decisions from a distance. We are very grateful for the integrity of Greg and his team working at Complete Auto Repair (on Slide Rd.). Thank you!

My car blew a head gasket. I had the car towed to Complete Auto Repair to fix the engine. They finished the car fast, and the price was very reasonable...much less than the stealership quoted me. I've driven about 15,000 miles on is so far, and it runs like it did when it was new. I also purchased one of the Car Care Club cards...I used one of the free oil changes on my mom's car when she came to visit. I won't let any other shop touch my car now.

On 8-16-12 I brought my car in to be diagnosed for low power, and hard starting. I spoke with Greg Hagler, an employee of the shop. who informed me that the car would need the carburetor rebuilt and needed a new distributor. I agreed to pay the amount requested and gave the "OK" to start work on the car. On 8-17-12, Greg called to tell me that the car was ready to be picked up, i went to the shop and test drove the vehicle. i told the mechanic who was riding with me, that the car was making a loud knocking noise that had not been there before, while i assumed it to be from improper timing, the mechanic assured me that it was instead from "bad gas". Greg also pointed out that the transmission had developed a leak, and would require new seals. I agreed and paid to have the seals replaced. at that time, i informed Greg that my car had started making a knocking noise, and he agreed to "have one of the guys look into it" on 8-20-12 i was told the car was ready with new transmission seals, and everything was ready to go. i paid the bill and left. upon arriving home, i immediately called the shop, Greg answered and told him the knocking noise was still there. Greg then told me that "i never heard any knocking noise". i brought the car back on 8-30-12, hoping to give them the opportunity to make things right, and asked them again to look into the knocking noise. Greg listened to the running engine and said "it sounds like the car is misfiring". Greg then proceeded to write a service ticket for $83 to diagnose the car, for a problem that was caused by the repairs they had done in the first place.

I have had an issue with my car for about a year now. One small mechanic shop had the car for about a month and a half, and one of the largest local dealerships also worked on the issue for about 2 1/2 months and charged me about 1500 dollars for basically just doing diagnostics on it. The only part that they did replace, parts and labor combined totaled about 200 dollars, and the other 1300 was just them trying to figure it out. The 34th st complete auto repair shop had the car for 1 hour, and was able to tell me what the problem was. They fixed my issue for under $150, and I could not believe it at first but needless to say they were right. I am never known to be an advocate of mechanics in general, but these guys are GREAT! I would recommend them to everyone. When it comes to mechanics they are the best.

People never buy anything from this company, or even try and take your vehicle. These people sale car booklets, and then say you have 24 hours to cancel and get a refund. It is a scam! They never answer, and you could wait forever trying to get in contact with them, or so called KC promotions. It is not worth the hassle. I do not reccomend it. You will never get your refund with this company. I had to put a star, but deserves none.

Called to see if I could get my air compressor replaced on a 2008 Nissan and they kept on giving me the run around saying that they would have to look at it that the price could jump from 500 to 1500 they wouldn't know until they looked at it I told him how much they would ask to just look at it he said that would be towards my bill if I decided to go thru with the work and still couldn't give me a straight answer keep asking what is it doing like I didnt know said are you sure that what it is? Then just told me after getting upset you just have to bring it in

Bit overpriced in comparison to a few other places I've been to. Starting price for oil change is $50 compared to 30 at McWhorters in downtown. They offer more extensive services but just be prepared to pay a little bit extra

This shop is no good do not take your car there, I went for a gas leak and came our with gas running out of my car 20 minutes after I left their store. My son was so worried about me, when he saw all that gas running out of the car. $740.00 to fix a gas leak that was not fix only came out with a bigger gas leak issue.

I had a glitch when I went for my car inspection. Tammy gave me a ride both ways, fixed the glitch and was so caring and nice. This is my third time to use their service and I recommend them.

My gf and I were driving on the road when our tire blew out. We managed to pull into the store in this heat and when we asked him if we could use the jack he said he doesn't loan them out, we'd have to pay for the svc. I told him i would do the work and that we could pay to just use a manual jack for 5 minutes since i didnt have a lot of cash on me. Hoping that he would have some humanity, as he perhaps would have if his kids' tire blew out and they had no one to call. But no. He instead was a jerk so we thanked him and left. This place may have good svc, i would not know. But i know the customer service is at a 0. We were not even greeted as we walked in. I would never come back in or refer to anyone.

Took almost $80 and couldn't even recognize the exact problem. Many shops do that free and with that money you can get whole car inspection.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

Awful! Over charges! Quoted an issue that was non-existent for thousands of dollars... It ended up costing less than $50 to fix elsewhere! Greg was not forthcoming with the information and kept going in circles.
