This business is great. They have a collision center AND mechanic center allowing them to do EVERYTHING a vehicle needs done after an accident. They do not attempt to overcharge for unneeded work and even went so far as to tell me that certain items could be repaired as opposed to spending money to replace them. They are also very honest and sincere about meeting your needs while your vehicle is there. Thank you Lowell and company for a great job on my truck.

Great staff, and Daniel took care of everything with the insurance company. Got the car back and it looked like new again. Daniel even met us up on his day off do the wife could have here car back. If you need a body shop to fix it right this is the place to go. Thanks again for top notch work!

If you are looking for a body shop and you are reading this review, consider yourself lucky! Why? Because you don't have to look around anymore! This place is simply AMAZING! The staff is VERY professional and honest. I've had body work done before at other places but this is the best I've EVER seen AND not to mention cheaper! The owner is a police officer so you know you are only getting honest and genuine work! My truck did not only look brand new again but it was actually CLEANER then when I brought it in! I just cant say enough positive things about this place! Go see Joe and Lowell and I PROMISE you'll see what I'm talking about!

These folks are FABULOUS! We took our car to them after an uninsured deer had the nerve to run into the side of our car on Easter Sunday! LOL Anyway they fixed up our car beautifully! Went the extra mile and had the pinstripes hand painted back on to match what was there! Can't even tell where the uninsured suicidal deer ever touched the car! It looked like they even detailed the inside of my car after as well! A special thank you to Daniel for always being patient with me when I called asking about when I could have my car back!

He's not just a skilled professional but also a genuinely good human being. Not only did he provide expert advice and guidance regarding the collision repair process, but he also took the time to offer recommendations for places to go if I ever encountered trouble outside the realm of collision repair. Overall happy with my experience. Worked with my insurance and got my car in really fast. They had the car finished within 3 days! With that being said i did find a few scratches that weren t there before, but my cars pretty scratched up anyway so i didn t mention it. Would definitely recommend if you need your car repaired fast.

Great shop with great people. I had my 1980 Honda CM400A fuel tank and side covers repainted here, and they did a wonderful job. I've been told by several people that grew up with these bikes that it look like it just came out of the showroom floor.The job was priced well and done in good time, about a month. I was very happy with the customer service from both the front and back, and was kept updated throughout the process. As with any restoration project sometimes old parts break during disassembly, the lock for the fuel tank broke, and I didn't realize the new lock I got was not a complete fit. When I came to pick up the tank they had made a solution to make the new lock work and made it look professional, as if you'd never known the new lock wasn't an exact fit. That was a nice touch and greatly appreciated.If you want a paint job done right for a good price I highly recommend this shop.

Did great work fixing my truck especially with the fact they couldn't get a new door so my work came out under budget and still looking fantastic. You seriously have to almost pull out a microscope to see that it was fixed. I would definitely recommend this place.Another thing that's awesome is they're very upfront about the price and what they will have to do to do work on your vehicle. So much so they asked me if they wanted my bed bolts resprayed with bed liner after they put the bed side back on. So just like I said before I'd really recommend this place it can be a little expensive but they do amazing work.

No one ever wants to be leaving reviews for a repair shop because that means at some point in the immediate past you were caught in some bad luck surrounding your vehicle. That being said, I have had this so called Bad Luck twice in the last 12 months (teen driver). The first was the infamous "ghost curb" that had the gall to jump out in front of my Princess, knowing that she was in a hurry, leaving her with no choice but to drive over it. After doing what you're doing right now...researching repair shops. I was able to locate the Collision Center of Lubbock. This repair was an out of pocket expense to avoid the wrath of my insurance rate adjuster, just so you know. The Team was honest and transparent when it came to the repairs needed and the timeframe that it would take (~2 weeks). During this process I was able to make contact with the Team or they would reach out to touch base and cover details associated with the repair. After the repair was completed, we collected the vehicle and covered the final details. We said our "thank you' s" not thinking I would be back in their office 6 months later. The Bad Luck had returned with a vengeance. This time the culprit was a teen driver BUT not mine who backed into the car while legally parked. With the first repair process being such a success it was an easy decision to return to the Collision Center of Lubbock. The service was again of great quality while being transparent with us, concerning the details of the repair. I hope never to see them again but on the off-chance that I do have another case of Bad Luck, I will definitely be returning. Thank you to Daniel and the Team for your quality repairs and amazing Customer Service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This body shop was professional, and their quote was accurate. The damage was going to be less than my deductible, so I paid out of pocket, but they were wonderful. The parts of my car came in on Friday, and my car was ready by Monday night. I would come here again.

Great service! This was my first time using this shop and I am completely satisfied with the results. They did a quote and worked with me on getting the car finished in time for me leaving town for a business trip. Brought my brand new car to Collision Center of Lubbock because I found a couple of hairlines on the doors and thought they might be some scratches. Daniel from the shop took a look, told me they were tar, and removed them in no time for free. He also shared me some tricks to take care of them at home. What's more: Daniel was so nice and patient - didn't make me feel like an idiot :) Thank you!

Daniel, Lowell, Keenan and their team are hands-down, the most professional in this business. We had a unique issue trying to find door hinge pins for an older Chevy pick up. If you've dealt with sagging doors on older model Chevys, you know how hard this is to fix. Daniel pinpointed right away that the problem was cheaply made replacement parts that were going to keep breaking. He searched all over Lubbock and didn't give up until he found good quality parts that will hold up for the long run. On top of that, they solved a very frustrating problem with our ignition that we didn't even realize could be fixed. THEN - they even went more above and beyond and had copies of the ignition key made for us. Truly superior service. These guys have real, old-school integrity which is so hard to find nowadays.

I was so impressed with the level.of customer service. My daughter had to get some work done for an insurance claim and Daniel the Manger went above and beyond to work with me even though I am not in the Lubbock area.
