I ve used Christian Brothers for my personal and business vehicles for several years now. Beau and the team are almost always able to get us in and taken care in the same day. They are friendly, professional, and competitively priced. They are thorough with their inspections and communicate issues via text, emails, and/or on the phone so there s never any confusion and they warranty their work. I highly recommend.

I have been using Christian brothers for over five years a combination of four vehicles, With a total of over 500,000 miles! I Do a ton of driving, so it s imperative that my vehicles are running at top performance, I have cheated on Christian Brothers here and there and I can truthfully and with great confidence tell you that nobody compares to the customer service and quality of work done by this outfit! I continue bring my truck in here monthly for routine check and maintenance. The staff is overwhelmingly helpful and they try to make the convenient and as easy as possible.

I would give Christian Brothers Automotive 10 Stars, as this is the BEST and ONLY Automotive Repair Shop in Lubbock, TX to take your vehicle to. All Personnel are wonderful and are very attentive to fix the problem. They will inspect your vehicle and give you an estimate. They fix the problem the FIRST time, so no need to go anywhere else. They even offer Free Shuttle Service if you need that as well. Trust me, this place is GREAT!!!! Have used them for years and always will. Thank you Christian Brothers for all of your Great Service.

The staff at Christian Brothers has far exceeded our expectations. We aren t nearby and our son s Jeep had left him stranded on the side of the road. From start to finish, we felt like they were on our side and doing everything they could to get him safely back on the road. Beyond fair, service oriented and refreshingly honest.

Christian brothers did a great job servicing two of our cars this last month. Loved The text message system keeping me updated and letting me approve anything before they started. Everyone was super friendly and all services were done in a timely manner

Christian Brothers always takes great care of me and my family. They go above and beyond to make sure our vehicles are taken care of, even when it s something small like a fuse being disconnected. I highly recommend them for any and all mechanic work!

If I could give this place of business more than 5 stars I would EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk into this business. Even the customer service I get over the phone is AMAZING every time! These are some of the BEST men to take care of your car needs. I haven t had the best of luck with car service as I have a foreign and not many people know how to service my vehicle but I finally found Christian Brothers and literally go to them for EVERYTHING! I will continue to get my vehicle serviced here every time it is needed. I also appreciate the warm smiles, laughter and kindness I am always given :)

Prompt and very professional service! Everything presented up front and clearly. Text portal that explains and lets you approve needed repairs was easy to understand and use. If you want to be taken care of, have repairs clearly explained to you and get your car fixed right, go to Christian Brothers!

Seriously can I give this shop 10 stars? They deserve nothing less! Traveling through town on a 5000 mile trip with my motorhome I encountered a light on my dash indicating a battery issue. I had already endured and repaired an expensive transmission issue earlier in the trip and was a little paranoid of having more issues. I called and even though they were busy they got me in right away and ran diagnostics which showed my battery was fine which gave me the confidence to travel home. I am grateful to them for their honesty, speedy service, understanding my situation and assistance they gave me. They were highly communicative through the whole process. I would not hesitate to trust them and use them for any automotive needs you may have. I had an outstanding experience. They lived up to their values!

Broke down on the loop and had it taken to Christian Brothers in Lubbock. Called me that day with an estimate and the work was performed quickly. Picked my car up a couple of days later and all was done great! Would definitely recommend Christian Brothers

Did a job for me that cost $1,300 & didn't even last a month. Then instead of telling me it was no warranty on it they put it on the receipt when I picked it up. They should have told me up front then let me decide if I wanted to move forward or notI didn't have $1,300 gamble with. I'll never recommend or use them again. I hope Christian is there last name because their sure not representing Christ very well

The staff at Christian Brothers automotive did a great job. I drove from Odessa Texas to Lubbock because the Lubbock branch has a certified BMW technician. The BMW dealership wanted to charge me $7200, but I paid less than a quarter of that by purchasing the parts online myself and bringing them to Christian Brothers. They replaced my two front air suspension shock/ springs (vigor air ride , via Amazon) and they gave me a wheel alignment, all in three hours. They were kind enough to shuttle me to the Lubbock mall where I hung out until the car was ready. I really appreciated the way they prioritize the work on my car since I came from out of town, and now my car is back to normal floating over the bumps, smooth as butter!

Good customer service and very hospitable BUT expensive and they scam you. Called in telling them my type of car and the type of diagnostic i needed they told me one price on the phone and then charged me almost a hundred more when i got there. Along with that i brought my car in with working windows the only thing i needed was to get my fuel pump replaced. They quoted me $2,200 (almost an $800 overcharge in parts) so i decided to take it somewhere else where they quoted me $1,300. Once i get my car back to bring it somewhere else my battery was shot and my windows wouldn t work. Had to pay $230 to replace my battery hoping it would fix it and then when it didn t i checked the fuse box i found out that they had just taken the 2 fuses that go to my windows. Ridiculous.

Serviced my 2015 jeep renegade for a new BCM, Spark and Coil replacement and windshield replacement. Prices were fair and my car came back better than Ever! They were really great with communication. I knew when my car was being worked on and when the parts would arrive. You have to be mindful of how long parts take to arrive these days, but even with the wait it only took 1 and a half weeks to get my car back. First time doing business with them and won t be my last. Been taking our cars to Christian Brothers since we moved to Lubbock over 6yrs ago. We have been extremely satisfied with their work and, importantly, have trusted them to do the work that was necessary for as reasonable a price as they can offer. I really appreciate their concierge shuttle service. With busy schedules, we often need transport to and from work while the car was being assessed/worked on. Note that, because they are good at what they do while simultaneously maintain a healthy balance for their staff they are busy and closed on weekends. Depending on the issue, work can take all day or several days. Not really a negative, from my perspective, nor something they can even necessarily do anything about (stop being good at what they do? work nonstop, 24/7? nah). That's just the closest I can come to a "complaint." Grateful CB is there and will continue to rely on them for our family's car care needs!

This place is terrible do NOT go here. I brought my truck in for repairs, and not only did it take an excessively long time for them to return it to me, but they also had to jumpstart it because they drained my battery; leading me to buy a new one. Moreover, despite the repairs being focused on the undercarriage, I discovered upon retrieval that the headliner was ripped out and a plastic clip was broken. After all that, they even messed up the wiring during the wheel bearing repair, necessitating another visit. To make matters worse, they quoted me $400 just to plug in some wires(which they comped). This level of incompetence and disregard for customer service is utterly unacceptable.

I have to thank you to Christian Brothers Automotive for having such a great employee named Larry Johnson as one of their Roadside Technicians. As a father over 1,000 miles away he really put my mind at ease when I spoke with him over the phone when my daughters car was having issues. She s at Texas Tech and was having issues with her car not starting. I usually take care of these issues so she was very nervous for me to call AAA to get someone out to look at her vehicle. However, once Larry showed up with his knowledge and customer service I knew she was going to be okay. It ended up being her battery, something pretty simple, but he really went out of his way to put us both at ease. As a father of a girl who is so far away for the first time in her life, I just can t say enough about Larry and what he did. We will recommend CBA to all her TTU friends and will mention Larry when doing it.Thank You Larry!!

Christian Brothers Lubbock, TX is a GREAT place to take your vehicle for most any kind of repair service, oil change, and many other services that they provide. All the employees are wonderful, friendly, and care about fixing the problem on your vehicle. Have used this automotive business for years and THEY FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. And I mean that!!! This place is WONDERFUL. Don't go anywhere else. This is THE PLACE. Thank you Christian Brothers Lubbock, for the respect you have for all of your customers and the problems they face with their vehicles. I know you will fix it correctly and honestly. Highly recommend this business!!!!

Had to take my car in spur of the moment for an idle issue and a check engine light. They were very professional with scheduling my appointment and allowed me to leave my car there over the weekend. Offering a curtesy shuttle to help me get home.The pricing was fair and they were very open and straight forward with the price of the repairs and diagnostics.I just moved here and my husband works out of town and wasn t home to help me handle this and I was super nervous to take my car by myself. I felt like I was treated fairly and with so much respect. I ll definitely be using this business to service my vehicle along with any and all repairs I might need and will 100% recommend to family, friends, and strangers!

The crew at Christian Brothers Automotive were phenomenal with their services, attitudes and care. They kept me informed through the entire process. They were kind enough to see my vehicle on short notice and immediately start working on it when another shop estimated it to be 3 weeks before they could even look at it. I was very appreciative of their speed and use of their courtesy shuttle. They took me to work while they worked on my car and even came to pick me when they had finished with it. Excellent service and customer care!! Came to Lubbock for event and had car issues as soon as we arrived in town. They were able to get my car in, diagnosed and fixed that day. Even did pick up and drop off with the shuttle service without a hassel. Beau called to check on us and car after we got home from the trip. Great team there in Lubbock!!

I usually don t write reviews but I had to make sure and write one for Christian Brothers of Lubbock! Their service is so welcoming and warm and you start to feel as though you re being taken care of first, while your car is a close second; this is their hope for their customers and it really shows.The work Christian Brothers preforms on cars is immaculate, and I love how honest and willing they are to answer whatever questions you may have (because let s be real, do most of us know absolutely everything there is to know about our cars?).As a bonus, Christian Brothers stands out with their home-style like service and they even serve oven baked cookies in the lobby, so how could you not enjoy your time there with free cookies?All in all, my experience with Christian Brothers I feel is worth sharing because I hope to depict how great of an automotive shop they are here in Lubbock, and I hope more can experience the same outcome.So if your car needs fixing, try Christian Brothers!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

This company lies to you. By reading the reviews I see that our complaint isn t the first of its kind for this company.First time taking our car to the shop; they sent us their inspection. We asked them to contact our warranty. They lied about contacting them for weeks. We called them out on this lie. They then said the repairs werent approved and they were going to contact them again to try to get the warranty to approve the repairs. Lied to my partner over the phone about the status of contacting the warranty. Lied to me about the same thing while telling me a different thing entirely from my partner. Every time they were called out on it, the story changed. Once they finally (after a week and a half) spoke with our warranty people they got the repairs fully covered. We waited on parts and was informed it would take a few days to repair. Got a text the parts arrived and less than 2 hours later the car was fixed. They gave us our car back saying it was fully covered under the warranty and it was all good.Side note: not to mention no inspector from the warranty ever came to inspect the vehicle to approve of the repairs (we were informed at the time of second repair an inspector is required to come and inspect the claim before approval via the warranty). I guess that was a big red flag had we known.The car is now on its third repair (at a different mechanic obviously) and is having the same exact issue that we took it to Christian Brothers for the first time. Our warranty had no record of any claim from the first repair. It is clear that Christian Brothers lied to us. Vehemently for weeks and never even repaired the vehicle when they said they did.
