Chaparral motors is a great place to get you into a vehicle. Very quick to take your money and let you drive off the lot , but aren't friendly after you've had your vehicle for over a year.. over a small inconvenience your vehicle is turned off. Never have I missed a payment but once you do your car is off. They do not understand life happens. Good luck. Sandra is the worse with no customer service . All these 5 starts only because they got into a car same day.

If you're looking for a car Jason is the man for the job. He's clearly experienced and knows what he's doing. No run around or b.s car salesman attitude. Honest and and gets you in and out hassle free without any of the extra hassle. Definitely will be returning to him.

Chaparral Motors is one of the few places that will work with you, communicate with you and make sure you drive off the lot with something you love. The energy is high and the staff is awesome. The payments are low and they will work with you to make sure your safety comes first. I would recommend Chaparral Motors to anyone!

I was really concerned having credit issues I got in touch with Jason Robertson a couple months ago and when I called back he remembered my issues made an appointment saying that I could come in Saturday and he would get me helped out. He was very helpful getting me into a vehicle that I really wanted. The whole process took about an hour and he had me on the road. He s not only helpful but friendly treated us like family I highly recommend Chaparral to anyone and make sure you ask for Jason. He also told me if I had any later questions not to hesitate to call. Thank you to Chaparral and especially Jason.

I had such a great experience this last week at Chaparral Motors purchasing a vehicle. From the beginning, Sandra & Gene handled my deal with great care and concern! They were really invested in me finding the right car for my needs. Sandra was very patient in my never ending questions concerning each vehicle I was interested in. She gave me honest straight forward answers & in the end took care of me the best!Jimmy helped me look into the mechanics end of the vehicles, gave me his professional opinion - since I was trying my hardest to find one with easy maintenance care and great gas mileage.The rest of the staff was ever so kind and friendly, I felt right at home.I enjoyed the new look to the offices and the new sales staff. Saw a lot of friendly faces and enjoyed the customer service I received from everyone!From a former member of the Chaparral Motors Family, I felt right at home again.Thank you to all of yall for the outstanding customer service!
