Mohammad Daraghmeh was amazing from start to finish! 5 STARS for sure. Highly recommend! He was very attentive and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Even the delivery was great. The salesman Andrew was so much help in finding our suv!!!! George was AMAZING in finance department! Called the same morning, made the drive for an appt at 2pm with Andrew & walked out the door by 6pm with a new baby! Have nothing bad to say, everything was smooth, easy, negotiable, and EASY!!!!!!Definitely if in the market will be back & send my friends & family there!!!

We had the best experience in working with Aubri, she made the process super easy, and felt comfortable throughout the entire deal. Everyone there was such a blessing to work with and they are there to make sure you get taken care of. Best dealership to do business with. First of all, it was incredibly easy to make an appointment for Service online and request a Vehicle at the same time. There was a large number of appointments available even as late as a day before I arrived. When we arrived, we were greeted by very kind, optimistic, and gracious host, RT. My husband loved joking around with him. He then introduced us to COURTNEE who was our specialist that provided the rental vehicle and went over the service detail with us. In just a few moments, we were on our way. Since we came from out of town, we stopped at the facilities and Found the lounge to have a large selection of beverages and fancy coffee options. The bathrooms were nice and clean.A short time later, I was surprised to receive a text about our service with a video explaining some questions that I had about the car. Communication was excellent the entire time. I would receive text messages on the progress of the vehicle and I could easily text back or call back if I had a response. It literally was the easiest car I ve ever had in my entire life. It truly makes me sad that I was unable to purchase my vehicle through Cavender at the time I bought it, but it makes me really wanna take a harder look at that dealership. The next time I am looking for a new vehicle.We arrive to pick up the vehicle. Courtney went over everything with us again And even showed me some things in the app that I was not aware of. I was so happy to see that my car had been Washed and dried. If you were to ask me if there was anything else that they could ve provided as part of the service, I am literally At a loss for words! I am 100% happy with my experience there and highly recommend them.

These people are angels. I truly can't emphasize enough how grateful I am to the team at Cavender Lexus. I felt tossed aside by the dealers in SATX and at one point lost hope that I'd ever get the car I truly wanted. Cavender Lexus made me feel valued and heard. I am so happy with my new Lexus SUV! From start to finish, the process was very easy and I couldn t be more satisfied with my vehicle. Layton is a great salesman to work with, he understood and listened to what it is I was looking for and my SUV exceeded all expectations. George in finance went out of his way to help me understand my purchase agreement and made sure I left with all questions answered and satisfaction of knowing my vehicle will always be covered in any situation. I would also like to thank Troy Tucker the General Manager for having an amazing staff and caring for all customers who go to the Lexus dealership.

I came from Dallas to Lubbock to buy the new 2024 Lexus TX350. Initially, I worked with Valentine over the phone, but he was unable to close the deal. However, he did assist me in obtaining a reasonable offer for my trade-in vehicle, for which I am grateful. Subsequently, I engaged with Leslie and her manager, Josh, who proposed a better offer that ultimately led to the deal being finalized. Josh remained true to his word, honoring the "X" amount he had initially offered for my trade-in vehicle over the phone, just by seeing the pictures of the car. The transaction and paperwork proceeded smoothly, and the car was cleaned and ready to go as expected.Here are some general things that customers should know:It's important to note that at this dealership, there are mandatory additional costs for services like Paint protection film ($1995) and Ceramic Coating ($1995). Additionally, financing through the Cavender dealership is a requirement; otherwise, they decline to sell the car through other finance sources. I believe it would be beneficial for the owner/CEO or whoever is in charge to consider revising this strategy for profit-making.Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that refinancing a car loan doesn't always necessitate waiting for three months; customers may be able to refinance as soon as the initial loan is originated. I hope for more transparency in communication with customers regarding such matters.

Gave them 5 Stars because they actually had the specs we wanted on the car we really wanted!! Other than that the dealership experience was ok, it was small, but everyone s was nice, car had a scratch on it, but it got taken care of quickly. Finance was pretty quick but on our end our bank took forever to send a wire transfer. Would ve wished we had the wiring information a bit earlier so we could ve had that done before arriving to the dealer but it s no worries. We drove up from San Antonio. Jaxon was our sales guy, cool guy to then point and had it all prepped and ready and pretty for my girlfriend. Only wished the Tint was darker all around, but it does the job. Thank you guys. The finance manager was great! Cool guy too!

Emailed about a specific used car. They told us to come in to take a look. When we arrived the vehicle wasn t there, but they had several more expensive options they were eager to show. Classic sleazy bait and switch that gives dealerships a bad rap. We left pretty annoyed for them having wasted our time. Double and maybe triple check that the vehicle you re interested in is ACTUALLY real before you head in. But I imagine they ll say anything to get you in the door.

In spite of the 5 hours it took to process our deal, we were very pleased with how we were treated at Cavender Lexus. Ryan Reed was very helpful, accommodating and very personable. We were privileged to be his first sale at Lexus. The other employees were kind, courteous & helpful too.

Great customer service. If you re getting your vehicle serviced here, they will send you a video walk around of the tech showing you what your car needs and why it needs it.If you have errands to run, if there s a loaner available and you have a Lexus with warranty, they ll allow you the use of a loaner Lexus.If you are waiting in the waiting room, it is one of the best waiting rooms I ve seen in a dealership, with each seat having built in USB/Type C chargers and multiple free beverages to choose from.The service writers are friendly and not pushy. And R.T. In the bay is always very cordial, polite, and friendly. He doesn t try to rush you out of your car when you pull in, and allows you to get the things you need out of your vehicle without making you feel like you re in the way.And if you re looking to buy a new or used car while you re there, Bree is one of the best salespeople I have dealt. If they don t have what you re looking for Bree will try to find it for you, or give you a call when one comes in with the options you re looking for.Pleasant Dealership to do Business With Overall.

Went today for a wheel alignment. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was given a loaner car, which I didn t expect, that was nice since I came from out of town and had a few errands to run. I didn t get a car wash but they said next time come in and they would take care of it for me. Very pleased with the service and the detailed video they sent of the work they did.

Superior. Taylor was superior in trying to understand my concerns. she helped me get navigation data reset after updating navigation system . Staff did a great job. We took our car in for an oil change and through the inspection, a few other issues needed to be resolved. Randy, our service advisor, contacted us and explained the issues and informed us that they were both covered by our warranty. We were headed out of town and without any hesitation Cavender provided us with a loaner car to use for the weekend. We appreciate the great customer service that Cavender Lexus provided us.
