From the start to the finish was a fantastic experience. The general manager and all the great employees that I dealt with were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and great people to work with. Cavender is now my go to for any new cars in the future.

I ve been a long time customer with Cavender dealership across Texas and purchased several vehicles from them. I had a fantastic experience with Johnathan Jones from sales. Johnathan was very professional, courteous and straight to the point.The amazing experience turned into the worst car buying experience for me within five minutes of sitting with Cade Thomas, the finance manager. Cade call me a liar and assumed that I noticed the scratches of the vehicle by looking at the photos of the vehicle on their website. Cade was very condescending, insulting, rude and unprofessional. He clearly does not possess any people skills and must not be happy at his job.I will never shop at any Cavender dealership in the future. Shame on you for treating people with such disrespect and tainting the dealership s image.Thank you Johnathan and the sales manager Rico for their professionalism and making the deal happen.

Car shopping is nothing like it used to be. You can t just walk onto a lot and pick out your vehicle among dozens available. Everyone worked very hard to make sure my husband and I were comfortable with the process. We felt like we were treated fairly. I am very happy with my new red Escalade . We will be repeat customers.

I drove here from Amarillo just trying to find a car and luckily I came here! The whole staff is extremely nice the whole experience was wonderful. The people who helped me was Erika Flores and Teige Mitchell. They are not your normal car salesman who just want to sell a car. They care and listen to what you re looking for and really want to help you find the right match. I m so happy I found them and got myself a great car!

Oh man. Best car buying experience ever. I was timid to pull the trigger so i left for a few hours. Aliyah kept working to find me the best deal possible and she did. All in the same day. I mean effortless. Painless. Got the payment I needed. If you want someone to work hard for you, call Aliyah at Mercedes Benz of Lubbock. You won't regret it.

Took my car to get serviced. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my visit from when I arrived to when I left. They greeted me immediately and completed everything that I went there for in a timely manner and even offered a wash and to rotate the tires free of charge. All on all a very nice experience. Jay Mireles helped us find the perfect car and was super helpful and pleasant to work with. After our horrible previous experience with BMW Dealership, I was so glad to find someone who treated me like a person and with respect. Everyone I have encountered at this Cadillac Dealership has been super in their customer service and being in the customer service business I know how important that is. Definitely will be back to see Jay for my next car purchase! Nothing but great things to say about Cavender Cadillac!

Could not ask for a better service! The Cavender Cadillac team specifically Chris, and Shelbi were efficient, professional, and thorough. I dropped the vehicle off for an oil change initially, and I was told my front brakes are pretty much gone and had more time gone by my rotors could have been damaged so I got them replaced. They saved me time, and money! Thank you to the Cavender Cadillac team awesome job!

I was looking for a specific color Cadillac and I googled Cavender Cadillac. I got a quick response and John continued to work with me throughout the whole shopping process. I asked lots of questions . I found the exact car I wanted and by luck they had already ordered it. It came in quickly and John even sent me a picture of the car when it arrived. They delivered the car to me and John explained all the new things on it. I would recommend that everyone should visit Cavender Cadillac if they are looking for a Cadillac.Susan and Matt Mills

The last few times I had to take my vehicle in to the service department for oil change and repairs. My service agent Dan is terrific. I recommend him and the staff. Great customer service across the board. Dan stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. Updates, recommendations, videos of the service and etc.. The service department provided me with all my needs. Hard to find good customer service now days, and they were exceptional. This is the kind of service you want, keeps you coming back. Thank you all!

Great team at Cavender Lexus! Val patiently showed us every car we were interested in and suggested a better vehicle for the price range we wanted. Took home a brand new NX yesterday for an awesome price. Managers introduced themselves every time we visited. The finance manager was detailed and concise with payment and service options. I liked having physical signatures on paper versus electronic ones - I had enough time to read through paperwork. Highly recommend this dealership.

The staff in the service department took such great care of my vehicle. They went above and beyond to service my car, explained all the options I had before hand and even washed and vacuumed the car after they were finished. Professionalism at Cavender Lexus is first-rate, and by it they definitely earned my trust, along with my business. Found the vehicle I wanted, and with a few e-mails, texts, and phone calls, Leslie my Internet-Salesperson did everything on her end to make sure my purchase was as transparent as possible. This is my first purchase out of Lubbock as I live in another West Texas city, and it s very likely I ll return.

We had purchased the windshield protection insurance for our vehicle when we bought it. When I did need to use the insurance I took my vehicle into the dealership as requested, the photos were taken and they wrote down the need documentation of the damage. At that time I was told they would call when it came in. After 2 weeks I reach out to my service advisor to find out it had not been ordered. Of course, I was agitated at this point because someone dropped the ball. Praying it didn t get a ticket for my windshield by the police.So they transferred me to a new service advisor who ordered the window. Again, I was told they would contact me when it came in, a couple of weeks pass and I call in to see if the windshield had come in, yes it was there, did I receive the call NO! At that time I made the appointment for the installation.The day of my appointment for the installation we take my vehicle drop it off and then I receive a call from my advisor. The windshield is not covered because of XYZ. Did we not know this from the beginning about what is covered and not covered? I m sure you can figure out my frustration.Someone, somewhere needs to do some sort of training. I am very disappointed by the service.

Excellent service at Cavender Cadillac of Lubbock with one exception, was charged for what was listed as environmental fee for repairs on top of parts and labor which could only been for throwing away two air filters, thought this to be excessive and unnecessary , otherwise pleased with service and staff.

I was driving my Cadillac from Utah to Texas and had previously caught my front bumper on a parking curb. As I was traveling that afternoon the bumper came loose but did not fall off, thank goodness. When I arrived in Lubbock It was 5:05 on a Friday night. I found Cavender Cadillac on Google and Michael in the service department took my call. He said I could bring it in in the morning and they would be happy to take a look at it! Wyatt checked me right in the following morning. I figured I would have to wait a few hours but was so grateful to be getting in on a Saturday and was willing to wait. They made sure my bumper was reattached securely so that I could make it safely the last 500 miles home. It actually looks brand new! I was back on the road in an hour! Thank goodness for Cavender! We have seven Cadillacs in our family and know that wherever we travel we are taken care of 100%. Thank you Michael and Wyatt! You were so dang helpful, professional and efficient. You both saved the day!

Excellent coordination with the Service staff to make the appointment and when weather created a problem with the schedule they were very accommodating in making a schedule change. The service was completed quickly and professionally and the vehicle was ready when they said it would be ready. I highly recommend Cavender Cadillac for professional service and professional assistance.
