I have been dealing with this company for two years and they still give me HELL, I stayed ln San Antonio and someone got a car and had me as a co signer when i NEVER knew about until they called for a payment and I've been stuck with this company every since. I was in two accidents both times the car was totaled out but somehow i was still stuck with the car while they git paid for it. PLEASE DON'T COME HERE

@WILL. He went above & beyond for making sure my car started working for me! He is definitely appreciated today!!! He came out & fixed my car within a few minutes, & he didn t leave until he knew it was fixed!! Now I m a very happy person, all thanks to him.

Don't bother. Somehow, they keep adding $1000 for "cpi" in my total after I get it below 2 thousand and I'm still paying a "cpi charge" EVERY SINGLE time. But don't worry! When u call to ask about it, that Tina chick will just say "we can charge however much we want". Our truck stopped working after a month of having it and when we asked them to fix it, they didn't want to so we had to start all over with a car that's transmission went out and had to be replaced. Don't waste your money here. Go to a different dealer.

I deal with only the Upland location.. Let me tell you why... Victor and Mac are so awesome and helpful. Regardless of what I need they always go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I ran into a dilemma and needed a different vehicle..I was looking for an SUV and Upland didn't have any. So they told me to see if I liked any from the other locations..so I went to Frankford and really expected to get the service that I get from Upland... Well that didn't happen..I was overly surprised that the salesman Kimbo.. ( whom I spoke with on the phone a few times).. Really wasn't that interested in finding me a vehicle..I asked him a lot of questions about the truck he showed me that apparently was " in great condition and very nice"..was not at all what he was telling me by the end of the conversation I found out that the truck needed alignment.. It had a knocking sound and the AC was broke... So I passed!.. I got tired of the fishy answers and he got tired of the questions.. He told me that If I had anymore questions that I could just talk to Mac.. So much for teamwork..but of course that experience was not as bad as the downtown location... Where do I start?.. I know they are located downtown but it was definitely the worst experience that I ever had... I showed up to test drive a couple of cars I was interested in .. The lot porters were moving the cars around... So my husband asked who we needed to speak to and the guy tells me .. " one of those MF..ers in there".. We both looked at each other like this should be interesting..little did I know we were going to have to be lot porters too.. So we go inside... No salesmen in sight... It was like a ghost town.. We saw a lady in the corner office and asked we could speak to a salesperson.. She called one to the front.. We asked him a few questions.. And he told me that I could just go try them out since the keys were in them... So we headed outside.. The car we wanted to test drive was wedged between 2 other cars.. Instead of the salesman coming out to help or pull the car out for us.. My husband and I had to get in 2 different vehicles and try to figure out how to get the car out... This was crazy... I mean really we were there to buy a car...not play lot porters for the day... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!... So back to Upland I went.. Thank you Victor and Mac for being the best part of my customer experience.... You guys really shine and know how to treat your customers... I will continue my relationship with Carizma because of you two!!.. Thank you for your great service...So if your gonna buy a car... Go visit Victor and Mac they will take care of you.

Since I got my vehicle everyone has been awesome. I'd especially like to thank Genaro for always being there and working with me when necessary. He'll talk to you and make you feel like you're being taken care of because you are.

I got my car fixed by them, they fixed it, but they also took all my change out of my cupholder and my Bose earbuds that I forgot I had in middle console that I noticed later when I tried to get some out.

I had problems with the first car I bought from them. But the staff made it right and went above and beyond my expectations! They are dealership that treats people fair, and there customer service is top notch.

I bought my first car with carizma & Ended up in a accident . Carizma made it extremely easy for me to get into another car in just a few weeks . They worked with me, I drove from Houston and they picked up me at the bus station .. there always willing to give you a ride . MikeTook me too all the car lots to find the perfect car . Once i found it we went back to the dealership and Mac helped me understand all the paperwork it was definitely a great experience & I will continue to be a customer here . Shana is also amazing !! Great team at carizma thank y all so much !

I initially started speaking to the location on Frankford. We communicated about a certain vehicle. When i show up nobody is even trying to help me. When i did talk to someone they say the vehicle we've talked about me wanting for a week, was not available. That should've been my red flag. They ask me to look on their lot. I don't like anything. They send me to the 19th and Upland location. Again, i don't like anything and i test drove some vehicles. Every vehicle i questioned about needed some sort of maintenance. I desperately needed a vehicle so i finally chose a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. Of course it had a very high mileage and total cost was 18,000 dollars. This was in March. By April the alternator went out. I bought and replaced myself. By June the vehicle would start shutting off on it's own. I took it to be diagnosed at AutoZone. It showed codes for sensors. I did not really drive too much during this time bc of Covid19 and my job being affected. By July the problem worsened. I called the service dept at they said they couldn't get me in due to Covid19. I guess meaning they were backed up w shipping for parts or something. So i drove it out of town to my brother to look at it. While out of town my brother noticed the TBS needed to be replaced. That was almost 300 dollars. After that part was fixed it still had that issue to where it was shutting off suddenly. I took it to a shop where i was. It was the Catalyc Converter. So they fix it. 1000 dollars i have to pay back to Carizma. So you would think the issue was fixed... Nope. Still would shut off. It's been some time now. The car is still sitting in the same location. They haven't picked it up in over a montn and i haven't paid in the same time. At this point idc anymore about what happens. I'm a single mom of 3 kids and i work a full time job. The service of this company or location is horrible and i wish i would've never crossed paths w this lot.

Ruthless I bought a car from here overpriced. Was ok with it . I was going through something nobody should have to deal with . My son had died and I was a wreck and I got behind a payment I made arrangements to pay on wedWednesand when I went to pay they locked my account I called and asked why I couldn't pay after making arrangements. They said come back in . So I said I would be in Friday because Thursday I had a bunch of meetings with hospital and insurance do to my son's death. They said ok . So friday morning I wake up and the car is gone . They took it . I had after market rims and tools and a amp in the car besides other personal belongings. I asked for them back said I would bring the rims and tires that were on the car when I bought it . There answer was what's on the car stays in the car and no you can't have it back. Ruthless and zero compassion . I just listened my only child and this is how you treat me? Sad very sad . To let someone make a payment arrangement and then to lie and repo the car anyway . I would never wish this on anyone to be treated the way you have treated me and other customers

Bought a car they said pass inspection, was ready to sell. Had to take it back the next day because it died over night after parking an come to find out it was not ready or safe to be sold. The cars I talked to Mac about he couldn't seem to (find) anywhere that was posted online for sale. Things were just done very unprofessionally. Won't reccomended. At least not the 19th street location in lubbock. Can't speak for other location so no offense towards yall if you handle things more professionally.(Dealer replied asking if my reviews on two other places around the same time were a coincidence?) Yeah, I finally got around to putting in reviews when google sent me a message asking for a review for places I've been too. I hardly ever have time to write them lately as I travel a lot and it is hard to write when driving or at work.. side note to the dealer, this was a incident that took place back around February-march of this year with a jeep I had bought from your 19th street location. I had to come to the other location an get a refund check the next day because I was told they couldn't sell me that car that it wasn't safe to drive and that he thought it was up for sale already because it was in the front lot. I still have the paperwork from the sale and refund if you want to act like I'm making stories up and be childish. I clearly stated this was only towards the one location on my opinion. Google review ask everytime i make a visit anywhere to review but can take months to ask me for one. I just post reviews all at once and update them if my next visit changes my opinion. I give a fair and honest review of things. I'm not narrow minded or immature about them either. Strictly professional opinionated and nothing further.

I wont do business with these guys. They are masters at trying to rip you off. They wont even tell you the asking price of a car. All they will tell you is what your payments will be. So they could literally change the price of the vehicle if they dont like the way you look.

Bought a 02 chevy suburban from the them paid it off. And wanted to go back and get another vehicle. And they wanted to sell me a 2008 chevy Tahoe with 204894 miles for 16,999. Very disappointed guys. So went to Ford and got a 2018 Ford escape for less then 16,999 with 67,489

Took all day to get anyone to get back to me for a vehicle I was interested in and when I got there it was a totally different vehicle and the sales manager has the worst attitude and acted like he could care less if he got my business or not.I will not be trying to do anything business with them ever again!

NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!.They sell overpriced worn out junk that they bandage so they will make it off the lot then it's your problem because their so called warranty is a joke. They won't fix anything.Stay as far away from these idiots at 19 th & Frankford spend your money &time somewhere else.And their customer service & business practices are horribleThey are the biggest rip offs STAY AWAY FROM CARIZMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
