Customer's utilizing Caliber Collision (Impact Collison) beware...My experience with Cailiber Collision (previoulsy Impact Collison) has been nothing short of disastrous, marked by incompetence, dishonesty, and further damage to my vehicle.The incident revolves around the repair and servicing of my vehicle, which was scheduled for repair due to hail damage. However, the entire process was plagued by a series of egregious errors and mismanagement on the part of the staff, particularly Kimberly and Brandon, the manager.First and foremost, the scheduled servicing of my vehicle was repeatedly delayed without valid reasons or proper communication. It was only through relentless calling and pursuit on my part that any attention was given to my vehicle. This lack of professionalism and disregard of a schedule is wholly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of Caliber Collision as a service provider.Furthermore, both Kimberly and Brandon displayed a shocking lack of honesty and integrity throughout the process. They blatantly lied to not only to me but also my wife regarding the status of the service, providing false assurances and misleading information. Such deceptive practices not only erode trust but also highlight a serious ethical issues within.The car also sustained further damage during the servicing. This caused yet another delay in its completion. This whole processes took up to 23 days... but wait, there is more...To add insult to injury, inspecting the vehicle upon its supposed completion, it was evident that the car was in a worse state than it was prior to the hail damage. This blatant disregard for quality and customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable and reflects a blatant disregard for professional standards.The photos are just a glimpse of the damage during the repair, gashes like the ones shown were sustained to the entire vehicle. This is the quality work that customers can expect upon "completion".
