Came in to get my younger sisters first car on her own & Heather took great care of us! She was very patient, explained everything so well and put in some hard work for us to leave happy and excited with a new car. Thank you Heather for getting us right & taking time to help us.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I have NEVER been late on a payment. I called because my grandmother was hospitalized and because of that i lost my job. I called ahead of time to ask for an extension and they tried to make it seem like they have done me many favors. Secondly, these cars are bad and broken down. I ran into way too many problems. I voluntarily turned in my keys because I would rather walk 1 million miles than be associated with this company ever again. Do not put any stress on yourself with this place. There are way better options. This place had been open for only a year and has had a terrible decline.

They not about the people or helping. Offered $1,000 and they said no. Then offered $5,000 down and Still no. Sales people are also very rude and disrespectful. I Make almost $4,000 a month. No wonder they lose sales people so often. They not making good sales. They couldn't even remember my name the whole time.

I would not go here! My sisters car is in the shop every 2 weeks since she's had the car! They are exactly like chaparral motors! The managers are no where to be found when a customer needs to talk to them! They won't check the whole for any other problems and would rather you keep bringing back the car. Spending more and more money when they need to inspect the car fully. Was gonna go here when I was ready for a car but not if my sister is having so many problems with hers! They also have very bad communication

The sales dept. has been pretty awesome. The service dept., Not so much. Please do not talk down to me like I am a 5 year old. The repetition (3x) of your explanation of the check engine light! while fascinating as it was it was, totally unsolicited. The saving grace to this whole situation was the awesome communication with Glen and Jonah . Thank you both !

They were willing to help me out when alot of other places weren't! The sales manager is extremely understanding, and helpful. My salesman Jonathan was quick, efficient, and good at getting me into the vehicle that I wanted. Overall great experience

Second time here in less than fourth months and like usual they were absolutely amazing to us ! Treated us like family and made sure we did not leave without getting exactly what we wanted ! Highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed! Huge thanks to Beatrice for being so good to me and my wife! If I could rate higher I would ! Thanks for making our day !!!

Beatrice and her whole team were beyond awesome at getting me in a vehicle i liked and payments that workd for me. This was the best car buying exper ever. Buying experience was awesome i cannot and will not deny but when they say they will repo if one paymet was missed they mean it communicated with veronica after a whole 2weeks she had my account on hold for the rest of the deferred down payment bc i mistaken my payment schedule which i was very greatful for and i understand was a mistake on my part but hours before my check could be deposited they reoped my vehicle. Which is totally understandable it was my fault but comeon now their moto is to help people with bad credit get a vehicle which they do fantastically at and i cannot blame anyone or bad talk the compay at all being that the mistake was on my behalf just wanna let it be known that you DO NOT MISS A PAYMENT BC THEY DONOT PLAY WHEN THEY COME TO THE REPO PART

Some of the vehicles I test drove need repairs done to them. And the one I ended up with had no coolant in the engine

Perfect service from Jonathan very fast and convenient. I test drove exactly what I wanted no questions asked and he never got frustrated. Highly recommend if you re in a crunch and need something fast and easy like I did

The Service Manager and General Manager Jonah, Salesperson Johnathon were beyond amazing in taking care of a terrible situation we got put in from. They were able to resolve our major issue and even got us a better deal then what we previously were in. Very helpful. I'd definitely come back based on their customer service alone. We are from San Antonio and would definitely come all the way back to buy again with this Byrider location.

Johnathan was absolutely AMAZING! We were sent in from another car dealership who told us we would not be disappointed and they were right ! Hannah at byrider was great to work with very easy finance and they will let you pay down payment out in payments Done used 20 dollar oil change you can't bet the service no high pressure great place to purchase a vehicle

I had a very great experience at Byriders, Heather did a A Awesome job, I would do it again, she was very friendly, and sweet, thank you again
