After Lubbock Wrench A Part was rude and would not help pull the part we drove here. They were not only polite and helpful, but they had the part ready to go by the time we arrived. I would recommend bringing your business here!

Said they could rebuild my steering column it s not even been a year and it s messed up and I noticed it s missing parts

Rude and disrespectful, owner told me to hush while asking questions about parts I was looking for... sent me a quote of $475 for a non matching fender that cost $99 online... Would not recommend unless they actually have what you are looking for...didn't have what I needed and tried to sell unfinished product for 4x market price.

It was awful experience Brian was supposed to do a head gasket job couldn't do that. Then went ahead and put a motor and didn't find the problem as to why it was blowing the head gasket and we had to go back and forth 10 times from a 30 min drive. It was leaking all kinds of fluids 3 different times. Then that engine blew and he put another and still didn't fix the problem he never changed the RADIATOR. It was clogged full of gunk. After he said they did and they mixed our engine coolant Dexcool orange with the green kind it was the biggest problem I've ever had. The new young secretary was doing her makeup in the office was very rude cussed a lot and very unprofessional. Brian never new what was going on with our car and his mechanics said different from him. Very very unprofessional. Don't recommend. He was also rude changed all the prices.

Tying to find the correct wheels for my sons vehicle was a challenge. I called several places in 5 cities and no luck. Joanna was so much help. She was efficient and professional. Great service.I m going to add to this post....the original wheels did not fit. So we were told they found some that were a good match. They were for an SUV. Not a match. Recommend to do you homework up front so you don t lose $200.

They lie about refund policy. It clearly says on the sales receipt they will take a part back. But they will not. Do do not, they are crooks.He sold me a part for my vehicle it turned out to be from the wrong year and not only the wrong year but it was a different style. I tried to return it, but he refused to give me my money back. His policy on the receipt says they give refunds.

Brian Burgess is an awesome guy, as well as, his staff. They are all very knowledgeable and do everything they can to help their customers. The prices are very reasonable and you can tell they care about their customers!!!

i had been stranded in lbk 3 days n needee a radiator n had checked everywhere from wretch a part to autozone n would have to wait 3 more days n was bout to give up called burgass n got a. Brand new one in an hour n better price.. Very satisfied

Contacted this business looking for a bed for My 09 dodge ram 2500,Mine had been rearended. They did not have one but Craig,the owner called Me back about 3 hours later. said He had located One in the exact color and was in My price range. Saturday morning We drove the 150 miles to Lubbock arriving at 9am, His team removed the bed straightened the bumper installed the bed with new out of the box Tail light assemblies then reinstalled the bed liner and tool box. Looks great,Service was excellent and attitude was great. was done and going befor noon. Highly recommend. I Thank Y'all

This is a great place to find parts....if you could ever get a response back. Over the last few years everytime I call I get the same reaponse. Let me look for it and I'll call you back. Which never happens. Then you call back and nobody even knows you called or what your looking for so you have to go through it all over again. I'm sure the owner is great because I've heard nothing but good things about him but the employee's have no want to help you. Im just tired of wasting my time.

He went out the the vehicle and removed the parts I needed for me. He was polite and even searched online for vehicles in the area that may have the part I was still in search of. I would recommend.

They told me they my part would come in three days and took 500 dollars deposit then they didn't come through and offered to rebuild my transmission I said no thanks then I drove 2hours for my refund and they only gave me 400 dollars what a waste of time and money now I have to drive another 2 hours to get my 100 dollars back that's disappointingI do remember give them 500dollars for deposit complete just like they asked and now they wasting my time and won't pay me back complete have to chase my money bad businesses

I paid $50 for a spare and after I got home and looked at it it was flatAnd looked like it was in the process of throwing a tread. Don't go there for a spare.
