I don t even know where to start but all I can say is run away from this shop as fast as you can! If we could give 0 stars we would! The communication between the account manager and customer is slim to none, the technicians are not anywhere near experienced and the excuses for why they still have your vehicle are endless! We put my vehicle in Dec 5th of 2023 and didn t get it back until Feb 15th. Not only were we put out over 2 months of rental fees while they had my vehicle for an issue that should have taken a week to fix, they also put 400+ miles on my vehicle and tried to make me pay a $20 fuel charge. I refused to pay and got into my vehicle to leave with 8 miles until empty in my car when it was full in Dec when dropped off for repair! It would be different if communication was good and they were honest about not having the qualified technicians to complete the job but it wasn t! Unfortunately after reading the reviews, we are not the only customers that had issues like we have experienced so no, we do not recommend to anyone!!!

Did a great job replacing my fuel pump. Was very patient with me while they waited several days for me to bring in my parts and were VERY transparent in pricing. Got the job done quickly too. Definitely recommend!

From start to finish, the best experience with detailed information on what needed to be done to my car but given the opportunity to choose what to get done as well. Best customer service ever experienced and my car drives like a dream now! I m not taking my cars anywhere else but Brandon s Auto Repair for service.

I recently brought my 07 Entourage in to Brandon's for new rotors and brakes. I am happy with the service they provided. Along with the brake job, they did a thorough full vehicle inspection and I believe made some honest recommendations. I found out I had a couple of issues I wouldn't have realized had they just done the brakes. Their prices aren't outlandish, but they definitely aren't a discount shop either. However, estimate prices are given based on using OEM equipment and that is always going to drive the price up a good deal over aftermarket. Other than that, the staff was friendly and professional. Brandon even offered me a ride back home when I dropped the car off. I got the impression that they take pride in their work and I believe they would make it right if there was an issue. All in all, I do plan to be a repeat customer.

As a former employee to this location. I seriously would not bring my personal vehicle to this location. I was fired while I was in the hospital under emergency circumstances. This place cause me to go into a complete depressed state, constantly having to lie to customers due to them taking in to much volume and not enough proper techs to take on so many vehicles. There is no warranty department, meaning your service writer has 2x the work on their plate than a larger shop, and so many vehicles are being backs because they are not fixed properly the first time. And any Diesel vehicle will sit for months because they don t have the mechanics to work on them. 1 maybe 2 at most. They will take your parts deposit and pay for other people a parts and not your own. You will have to wait until someone else puts down a deposit before your parts are paid for. I m my eyes, it s very poor management.Not to mentions management reading my personal message about needing to go to the hospital to every one in the office. Hearing this first hand from another employee.. it s sad discretion is not a thing in this place, it s sad a places my trust In The management . I m sure management will take this review down, but I can t help but say they lie, can t pay their bills and use your money for everything but what it s meant to be used for.

Amazing experience! We came to Brandon s for the first time because we were quoted over $4000 in repairs from a dealership.Brandon s was top notch and said that the cause of the issues was the battery. With just a replaced battery, we were out the door.Thank you for being honest about the situation and taking great care of us!

Got to my car almost immediately, kept me informed through the process, and had my car repaired extremely fast. Worked with my AAA membership to receive a discount. After driving vehicle for a few days it seems to be running smoothly with no apparent problems. I am highly impressed with this auto repair shop. I will continue using this place for my auto needs!

Amazing Service and honest owner, BUT my extended warranty was a horrible experience. Maxcare is horrible extended warranty. Maxcare took a very long to approve the work, then Maxcare wanted me to pay more. I can say Brandon s did their job, unfortunately my extended warranty did not. I will continue to give my business to Brandon but I have dropped my extended warranty.

I had taken my vehicle in for a bad compressor and cracked purge valve. I was given a time frame of a week but the repair ended up taking over 3 weeks. While the vehicle was in the shop there was equipment left plugged into the vehicle killing the battery. Once it was ready for pickup, it was discovered the battery was dead and ended up being replaced by the shop. However, the vehicle has an auxiliary battery as well that I had to take back to be tested due to a fault appearing on the dashboard. Once at the shop the auxiliary battery tested bad, which I expected, due to them draining the primary battery. The shop tried to charge for $200 to get the auxiliary battery replaced and fault cleared even though it had been drained while they had it. I ended up having to take my vehicle elsewhere to get the auxiliary battery replaced.

I have never been to a mechanic where I have felt so informed throughout the entire process. I was given updates and informed on all prices and repairs before they were began! The staff was excellent and the process that is already stressful was made significantly less so! Thank you guys!

Ended up just needing a battery which we got our own for a price that was better. They however installed for us and gave everything and thorough look over with very minimal charge. I would go there again.

My service provider was extremely dishonest, and would never return my phone calls. She was always extremely busy or not there When I was able to talk to her, I was told a bunch of nonsense.No clue if the mechanics are good or not, my vehicle sat there for two months without getting worked on. I was told that it would be next on the list multiple times

I m very grateful for their quick and professional service. I took my car in and repairs were able to be completed that same day. In addition, they provide transportation to and from your home which was incredibly helpful!

Made an appointment to have the sway bar bushings replaced and LOF service. The service advisor kept me informed all throughout the process. They were quick, professional and knowledgeable about a very unique car. I've used Brandon's twice now. The first time my warranty company set it up because my starter went out. They were great! They kept me updated from start to finish. The second time I brought my car in for a quick inspection to make sure it was safe to take on a road trip. It turned out it needed quite a bit more than what I thought. They provided detailed pictures of the work that needed done and helped me get it covered by the warranty company. I absolutely recommend them! Do not take your diesel pickup to this place. After having to take my truck three times for a small oil leak, they were finally able to repair it only by using liquid gasket on everything instead of properly installing gaskets. Due to this shops inability to properly fix a small oil leak and messing up an entire gasket, oil leaked all over my driveway, my garage, and entire undercarriage of the truck. I had to get the truck detailed and acid washed underneath from the mess they made.Update: I had to take Brandon s Auto Repair and Brandon himself to small claims court after the truck started leaking oil shortly after this and another mechanic found damaged parts. Brandon s Auto couldn t even put a cross member back on properly. Do not take your vehicles here! They re also way over due on their taxes, shocked they can even conduct business in the state of Texas when they can t even pay their dues!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance

Very communicative, and you can tell they emphasize transparency and quality of service. Helped me get the information I needed about my brake pads and didn't push me to purchase with them. As a result I will probably rely on this specific location in the future; 10/10 worth the 2 hour drive to Lubbock.I blocked out the whole day for this based on past experiences relating to car problems but I was only there for 45 minutes lol.

Spent over $4,500 for a coolant leak and a grinding sound when I turn. First time they had the truck I got it back and it was still doing the same thing. Second time I got the truck back still doing the same thing. They said everything on the checklist will fix the problem. Well now it s still doing the same thing. I don t normally even leave reviews but I will this time after spending that much money and the issue is still present. I would look else where and save the time and money!

I recently had some work done on my 2500 Dodge Ram by Brandon's. We were heading up to Colorado pulling a large 5th wheel when we started having transmission problems. This was an unexpected stop and we needed help in order to continue our trip. Brandon and his team really stepped up to help. Tawny made us feel welcome and assured us they would do everything they could to get us back on the road. Nate got to work on the truck, figured out the issue and communicated his findings to the company (ATS Diesel) that installed the transmission. ATS was unwilling to help, but that didn't stop Brandon's team. They got us patched up and on the road. A couple days later I received a message from Brandon asking if we made it okay. Their customer service and auto repair work are outstanding.

My Ram 2500 had an engine light come on for my dpf regeneration frequency. I called and they fit me in to run diagnostics and fix the issue. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable which insured a quick fix. The reason I like this place is every time you come here they go over your entire vehicle to check and see what else might be wrong, or what might be an issue in the future. And then they give you a print out of everything.

This place will rip you off! Worst experience ever. Hourly is overpriced according to my warranty rate. Shawna is a female manager there and will try to confuse you when talking about pricing. I paid more than the invoice said, and no one knew why.My truck was extremely dirty when I finally picked it up. I gave 2-stars because the secretary named Michelle was nice. Other than that, I hope not to ever go back!Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. You have been warned.
